Anonymous (1/5): DO NOT BOOK..SCAM AND FRADULENT PROPERTY - Nothing. Fraudulent and a scam. Do not book this property. It is nothing like the pictures. It’s practically a dark dungeon type in the buildings basement that smelled like mold. Plus the owner will not communicate with you. Being a new property you would think they would be all about good customer service. But that wasn’t the case. I tried to contact them multiple times with some questions before check in, never heard back from them. Then I informed and involved booking.com to try and get in touch with them they didn’t even respond to booking.com Booking.com told me if there were going to be issues with communicating with the property they would relocate me. At the last minute the property finally gets back to me. I got to the property at check in and it’s nothing like the pictures. It smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. I immediately informed the property owner and he tried to give me a room in a shared accommodation which was filthy plus there was a naked man walking around in the kitchen. I did not feel safe at any point at this property. I told the owner my concerns and that I wanted to cancel and get a refund. The owner agreed but then backed off which was completely unprofessional. The whole thing felt like a scam with the owner trying to make a quick buck and booking.com has done nothing to help me get my refund. I do not recommend this property. You will lose your money and it’s a complete scam. I hope this owner gets blacklisted and is removed from any booking website for doing what he did to me.
