• Samantha (10/5): - We stayed at Arokaria Studio, named after the beautiful tree that stands tall next to the terrace, for 3 nights in early May 2026. The studio was extremely clean, thoughtfully and tastefully designed and it's clear Despina and her mother put their heart, soul and alot of thought into creating the space. The studio was equipped with everything you might need, including scissors, a sharp knife, and most importantly, ouzo glasses and an ice tray! Outside, the spacious terrace looks onto a cliff face with many beautiful flowers, and a sea view beyond- the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of something in the evening. There's an outdoor, warm shower there too - perfect for rinsing down after a day at the beautiful beach. As others have mentioned, and Despina has stated on booking.com - there are many steps to get to the studio but that was not a problem for us (working off those extra calories from lunch!), but could be a challenge for those less mobile. Despina was a great host, kind, caring, thoughtful and interesting and we really enjoyed her company. A solid 10 from us, thank you Despina 😊 Everything was perfect
• Mikaela (10/5): Υπέροχο! - Ενα υπέροχο κατάλυμα αν θέλεις να έχεις πανέμορφη θέα και ησυχία! Εισαι ακριβώς 2’ με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Παράλιου Άστρους. Εχει μερικά σκαλιά να ανεβείς αλλά αυτό για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, απεναντίας σε αποζημιώνει η ηρεμία και η αροκαρια ακριβώς μπροστά από το μπαλκόνι! Η Δέσποινα και η κα Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετικα φιλόξενες, μας βοήθησαν πολύ στην καθοδήγηση για την περιοχή. Το δωμάτιο τα έχει όλα κυριολεκτικά! Είναι ακριβώς αυτό που βλέπουμε στις φωτό, πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο, με υπέροχη αισθητική και αύρα! Εχει αρκετό αποθηκευτικό χώρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Δεν λείπει τίποτα από αυτό το υπέροχο διαμαντάκι. Μας άρεσαν τα πάντα! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Despina greeted us with genuine warmth, handed us the keys, gave us a thoughtful tour of the studio, and introduced us to her lovely mother who lives upstairs — plus their adorable dog, Myra, who instantly won our hearts. The studio was a slice of paradise nestled on the charming island of Paralio Astros. It was impeccably maintained and exactly as shown in the photos — clean, inviting, and beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease, which made it feel like home from the start. The air conditioning was blissfully powerful and whisper-quiet — perfect for relaxing after a hot day of at the beach. We especially enjoyed the patio, which offered delightful views and became our go-to spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. It's the kind of space that gently encourages you to stay a little longer… and we nearly did! Ten days flew by, and we would’ve happily stayed for a month (or more). Communication leading up to our arrival was smooth and helpful. Every question was answered promptly, and the entire process felt effortless, adding to our overall sense of peace and confidence.
