- Joseph (6/5): Good Apartment, But Communication issues - This condo apartment has a lot of good qualities. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were as advertised. It's a comfortable space. In short: great property, but the service and communication from the owner could have been much, much better. It's a decent stay if everything works, but be prepared for potential challenges if something goes wrong. However, our stay was significantly impacted by major communication and maintenance problems. First, the check-in process was disorganized. We arrived at the official check-in time only to be told the apartment wasn't ready. We had to wait for another two hours with our luggage before we could finally get in. The bigger issue was a broken air conditioner in the bedroom. This was the only AC unit in the apartment, making the nights very uncomfortable. We reported the problem immediately. The owner acknowledged it and said maintenance would come, but no one ever showed up for the entire duration of our stay. The lack of follow-through was very frustrating.
