• sacha (1/5): A fuir !!!! - Rien !!! La cave faisant office de logement se situe dans un quartier populaire bruyant et sale. J'ai abimé mon véhicule de location car des véhicules sont garés de part et d'autres et l'emplacement pour se garer est très exiguë entre 2 poteaux. Lorsque l'on pousse la porte, comment dire...une odeur pestilentielle qui donne envie de vomir se dégage, lorsqu'on soulève la couverture il y'a de tout: des cheveux, des poils (draps non changés). Les toilettes avec des traces d'excréments, le lavabo avec des résidus et des poils, les murs sales, le frigo avec des poils et des cheveux à l'intérieur. La bouilloire très sale. Ce lieu donne qu'une envie celle de fuite ce que nous avons fait en demandant l'annulation gratuite mais la personne a refusé en prétextant que nous étions des menteurs. • RUBEN (1/5): Horrible - La ubicación Sucio, viejo y deteriorado, un zulo en un semisótano con una uralita en el tejado, un olor a tabaco horrible tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y la puerta pero aun así era horroroso el olor, la luz de la cocina no funcionaba, el calentador del agua, salía templada las cucarachas y hormigas campanas a sus anchas

• Konstantinos (1/5): How to mess a nice tour. - It was close to the main tourist places. It was my worst accommodation ever. The booking must check first what serving. It was my worst night. We are leaving at 6.00. It was impossible to stay any longer in there. It's not a room ,not even a house. ,its a laundry and storage place who make it and called room to stay. Maby you can say it's a garbage place. It was infront of parking places and between big garbage boxes. No place to stay human . IT WAS A STINKY PLACE I make my complain in booking personally. Keep away from this room. None safety for staying. Away away.

• Sandra (8/5): - In zwei Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. die Lage ist super. Ausstattung ist gut. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin hat sich persönlich überzeugt, dass alles okay ist. Die Unterkunft ist eine ausgebaute Garage und befindet sich eine halbe Etage unter Straßenniveau. Muss man mögen.

• Natalina (1/5): Vrlo loše iskustvo, ne bih preporučila nikome. - Nažalost, Ništa… Smještaj nije bio čist, uvjeti nisu odgovarali onome što je prikazano na fotografijama. Bio je smrad u sobi, užasan. Premali wc, nemožes se okrenit, a kamoli zatvorit vratu.. UZAS!!!

• G R V (4/5): It's Rose Garage - It's not an apartment in a building, but a 5m x 3m room set up in a former GARAGE! I'll explain why 4/10 below. 1. it's official 2. location close to the old town (5 min walk) 3. parking space (very hard to find in Split) 4. quite clean, air conditioning, hot water 1. the pictures presented are misleading, having a building next to it taken 2. the location is behind a block of flats, close to garbage dumpsters 3. the parking space is very tight, having to struggle to park 4. the surprise you get when you get to the location. you say you are in a bad neighborhood, like Ferentari, or the Bronx. 5. old, dismantled furniture, old paint, everything looks antique and from a long time ago. 6. the fact that it is presented as an apartment and in fact it is a garage, IS A SCAM! 7. the owner tries to be nice knowing that once you get to the location you will be overcome with despair, she never appears at the location. the parking space was occupied, the door was unlocked, with the key from inside. IN CONCLUSION: IT IS A SCAM!

• Janice (6/5): We knew it was a converted garage before we got there but there was no space to put the suitcases. - Near to the town No one is ever going to cook there so it would be better to get rid of the table and chairs to make more room

• Feng-yu (8/5): If I visit Split again, I'd probably chose this site again because of its ideal location and price - Perfect location right across a street from the old town center (east/silver gate). The parking slot is very hard to squeeze your car in unless you have a car in the size of a Smart.

It was a semi-basement and the shower room and toilet were so small that I couldn't even shower. Also, there was a strong sewer smell and there were mosquitoes. It was the worst accommodation I've ever experienced.

• Lukic (6/5): Pleasant - If you need a place to crash for one or two days, which is near the ferry port and in the city center, then this could work well. The best thing about this place is its location. The internet was also very good and fast. We also appreciated the flexible check in. There needs to be more transparency that this is a renovated garage. It still looks like a garage from the outside and it is VERY small inside. The bathroom smelled bad and there was water from the water heater dripping down on the toilet seat. Out stay here was not very comfortable, but we had a great time in Split. We felt like the price for this place is not justified.
• Emily (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, everything is in walking distance! Wouldn’t recommend if you are sensitive to loud noises as can often hear everything from outside -however that’s no problem if you are out all day!!

The photos fairly reflect the inside so we didn’t have any surprises there - while nothing fancy, it has all the basics which suited us ok. Only comment is that the bed could be updated.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location and a nice and cosy apartment. It is small, but it has everything you need for a short stay. Having a parking space in Split is a huge advantage. The owner was very kind and explained how to get to the apartment before we arrived.

• Rodrigo (9/5): Great place to stay just a few meters from Diocletian Palace!!! - As the managers indicated, it is indeed a very well provided for apartment. Excellent location!!! Just outside Old City itself. But it had oil, salt, pepper and other kitchen utilities and utensils. Clean, well organized. Highly recommendable. Parking space is available, but complicated to park.

• Tuii (2/5): Would not recommend - I do not understand the good reviews here,the only good thing was the distance to the city centre/old town The "apartment" is a garage renovated into an "apartment". It is extremely loud at all time, even 3 am. We stayed there for 2 nights and couldnt sleep cause people were talking all night or the trash disposal service came. The bathroom always smell bad for some reason we dont know and its way too small anyways. The parking spot is tiny but still a plus for split, although i would still consider so stay somewhere else. Even for a budget option i would still not recommend it.

• Árpád (9/5): Great location, helpful host(s). - The location was really close to the centre (literally a few steps away from the old town) and the port (which is full of cafes, restaurants and is overall a nice place to take a stroll). The parking spot was right in front of the entrance. The host provided a really helpful descriptive video to help find the location. The room is quite small so wouldn't recommend it for a very long stay.
