• Sarah (3/5): Needs work! Could be really nice, but isn't - Location, security No drinkable water. No hot water. Locks were hard to impossible to work. Stairs were risky at night. Parking lot needed work. Could be really nice but needs work. What more can I say but it keeps making me write more.. Ok, since I can't go on without writing more I have to say that we couldn't shower without hot water. Phew. We couldn't drink the water so we had to go buy some.

• Erika (8/5): Great host, great value - It was a great place for us to stay in our way form Baja to Tucson. We make this trip A LOT and will definitely stay at chocolate condo again. It is really small but still has necessities
• Bill (4/5): Barely adequate for 1 night. - Comfortable bed ,decent shower, clean room.Good restaurant across the street. It was a little hard to find ,there is no signage and the building certainly does not look like a place that deserves the positive ratings. The bed and shower were good, but the building is pretty rough. It looks like the owners have slapped a coat of paint over lots of structural and cosmetic issues to get this place on the rental market.
• Eveline (9/5): Comfortable and clean - A comfortable apartment with a little kitchens, bedroom and bathroom. All very clean. The owner was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
• Suanne (8/5): Good value, wonderful host! - The host was exceptional! We arrived after dark and he came out to lead us to the apartment because we were kinda lost! Super nice! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. It was a good value! It is not luxurious but it is clean and comfortable and has a full kitchen and the bathroom was fine.

• Sean (8/5): It was good! - Clean and comfortable. We needed a one night stop over and this provided us with all we needed. I like that the parking was fairly secure with a gate. Hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen and a dishcloth would be helpful
• Roman (10/5): Comfortable - As you walked into the room, you couldn't help but notice how tidy and clean everything was. The space had an air of serenity and calmness, making it the perfect place for a peaceful night's sleep. The walls were painted a soft shade of blue, giving the room a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The bed, which was neatly made with crisp white sheets, looked like it had been plucked straight out of a hotel room. The pillows were fluffy and inviting, and the duvet was the perfect weight for snuggling under on a cool night. The room was not only visually pleasing but also had a lovely scent. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of lavender, which made you feel instantly relaxed and at ease. You could tell that every inch of the room had been carefully thought out, from the tasteful artwork on the walls to the plush rug beneath your feet. Even the curtains had been chosen with care, as they filtered the natural light perfectly, creating a warm and welcoming glow. As you settled into bed, you couldn't help but feel grateful for finding such a wonderful place to rest your head. You knew that you would wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. Everything was great. No additional comments.
