• Arunkumar (9/5): Charming Sea-View Room with Traditional Déco - Beautiful sea-view room with charming traditional décor. Although the room has an old-style design, it adds to the unique charm of the hotel. One of the long-time staff members was very helpful and provided excellent support throughout our stay However, there are a few improvements needed. The owner should consider adding WiFi, and the door lacks a proper lock, which should be fixed

• Kim (4/5): Disappointing - The photos do not reflect the property. It is rundown and needs to have some maintenance done. I wouldn't recommend it. The pool was not clean, the filter was never turned on. The staff were lovely and the food was good but the owner needs to spend some money on the property to tidy and repair it.

He does not cook well, does not taste well and does not clean Even after entering our room on the day of our arrival, he sleeps on the beam at the door to the room. Asking for something, he asks us to go and get it, not even taking our bags. The room doors could not close properly There is no provision for child care. We went there at night but it didn't look like a bungalow it was like a haunted house and it was dark all around. Only one or two lamps were burning. Swimming pool not cleaned Swimming pool nearby was not properly maintained and cleaned. A/c room and non a/c room is not much difference but for a/c room only 10000/- which is too much for this bungalow Nothing
• Ella (7/5): A cute bargain by the ocean - Super close to the ocean, lovely pool, good restaurant right next door (phenomenal cheese kottu) and a few very cute kittens. The owner and staff are both lovely and committed to making you as comfortable as possible. Our check out time was made super flexible for our convenience. There’s not a lot to do in the area as a whole and the rooms are definitely on the simpler side. Walls are thin, so it does get quite loud.

The only thing I found unfortunate is that the location was very far from Colombo, but the view of Colombo made up for everything and made up for it
