• Carla (6/5): We enjoyed the location of this property, it was central to the main attractions of Hiroshima with an easy walk. - The property was centrally located to the major attractions in Hiroshima and was clean inside. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I knew there were stairs to access the property but the amount in person was far more than I thought. It’s not easily accessible. The property had a strong curry odour from the neighbouring restaurant and we had to purchase an air freshener to mask the smell. The blinds did not block out enough light/heat from the large window overlooking the park and it was quite loud with the exhaust fan from the restaurant.

• Jan-Nicolas (4/5): Great location, but smell is a problem - The room has a very nice view of a small park. The location is perfect for seeing Hiroshima and the interior is modern with a kitchen that has everything you need. The towels are good and soft. There are three big problems. First, the smell. There is a curry restaurant downstairs. Most of the time, the room smells very strong of curry. It is not pleasant. Second, the TV. This is very bad design. The TV is mounted in the way. To go to the bed or the toilet at night, you can hardly pass it. It is dangerous when you come out of the bathroom. Third, the stairs. The staircase is outside and the steps are very steep. When it rains, you get wet just going to the apartment. Also, you hear every person walking on these steps from inside the room. Finally, the park is nice but kids are loud and people have parties. The location and the park atmosphere are nice, but the curry smell and the TV position are the worst parts. I would think twice before staying again.

De appartementen zitten boven n curry restaurant en daardoor hangt er n sterke geur en draaien er de gehele avond n afzuiger die vrij luidruchtig is. Tevens is de trappen naar de appartementen lang en vooral het achtergelegen appartementen gaan over brandtrappen wat het meenemen van koffers best zwaar is.

• Ai (7/5): - 室内は綺麗。スタッフのレスも早かった。 洗濯機が乾燥機つきで良かった。 周囲の駐車場は長時間駐車には向かず、高額。大通り沿いの市営の駐車場が比較的安価で便利。 エレベーターがなく、狭い階段が滑りやすかった。また、階段付近は暗く、汚く、ごみごみした感じだった。 入口はとても分かりにくい。桃丘の階段を登り、その奥に扉がありそこから入る形。 夜間、周囲の公園で若者が騒いでいて、ややうるさかった。 一通りの家具、食器類は揃っていたが、コーヒーサーバーがあるとなお良かった。

• 藤原 (8/5): 立地よしコスパよし‼️ただし出入りは要注意 - 立地が良く、近くにお店も沢山あるので観光がしやすかった 室内も綺麗で、快適だった 女子3人で泊まっても広々のベットも🙆‍♀️ ドライヤーもSALONIAで風量あったからありがたかった。 個人的に枕が体にあって良かった 沈むタイプ柔らかい枕がいい人はすきだと思う キッチンや洗濯機もあるので、長期の人も良さそう 場所が少し分かりづらかった カレー屋さんの階段を上がって行くけど、 並んでる人がいる時は気まずい 段差の違う外階段があり、危ないので注意 大荷物を運ぶのはだいぶきつい 足が不自由な方は難しい。 部屋着はないので、準備して行かないといけない

• JINWOO (7/5): NOT BAD - I was very satisfied with the overall facilities, including the washing machine, bathroom, sink, etc. There was no elevator. The air conditioner heater was initially set to 32 degrees (maximum), but it didn't come on for 20 minutes. So I had to lower the temperature to 25 degrees and turn it on again. Then I could raise the temperature again. Even with the heater on, the room was incredibly cold. I'm not sure if it was because the bathroom exhaust fan was constantly on. And I wish they'd cleaned the air conditioner. Have a good rest and have fun!

• Herbert (8/5): Very good place with some room for improvement - Excellent location with lots and lots of shops large and small within walking distance. Good sized bedrooms where you can walk in and out and the four beds were at least full or queen sized. One toilet. Good shower pressure. Smaller sized tub. Table can comfortably fit 4, a bit tight for 5 people. A bit cramped sitting in the kitchen table having breakfast for us, but we made it work. Had to plug in my PC in the kitchen while everyone was sleeping. No selectrical outlet in the kitchen for me to connect my PC . An outlet was located near the door but it was covered up. Relied on battery power and portable battery. Up to at least 10 PM, there was noise sounding like motor or machinery running outside one of the bedrooms. I suspect it was for the kitchen hood fans running for the curry restaurant downstairs? It didn't affect me since I used earplugs, but please make note.

• Stewart (9/5): Great apartment for the able bodied. - Great location & apartment. This apartment & Hiroshima in general is great. Definitely would stay here again if staying for a few nights or more. The stairs. Fair warning ⚠️ that you must be willing to take your bags up the narrow, steep staircase to the front door. Do not stay here unless you are able bodied or travel light!

• JeongHyun (8/5): - 위치는 완전 번화가 쪽으로 이동시에 아주 편리했습니다. 히로덴역도 가깝도 돈키호테 및 백화점들도 아주 가까워서 좋았습니다. 숙소도 조용하고 앞에 공원도 아주 만족했습니다. 시설도 아주 훌륭하였습니다. 계단을 이용해서 숙소에 들어가야했던점은 조금 아쉽습니다. 다른 부분들은 아주 청결했지만, 베개가 조금 변색되어있었습니다. 이점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그외에는 아주 편안하게 지내고 왔습니다.

Owner was very prompt in replying to any queries.. The 2 flights of stairs as I have hip injury, so I brought my luggage up in several trips.

Overlooking a kids playground which is nice. The owner very prompt when I needed help 2 flights of stairs. But I managed by taking my things out of suitcase and bringing them up in several trips.

Several floors up, no lift but we managed alright though could be an issue with big luggage cases. Washing machine dryer not great but perhaps I didn't select the correct function...plenty of clothes hangers so dried our clothes placed strategically around the apartment.

• emi (5/5): If you are a heavy sleeper this place will work for you - Apartment 401 has two bedrooms separated by a kitchen/eating area which is hard to find and was the main reason we booked it. The interiors have been totally redone and are lovely with comfortable new beds and fluffy towels, new kitchen and bathroom. Salt, oil and coffee provided but not tea, or paper towels. It was extremely clean, neat and tidy. Directions and photos provided made it easy to find. The four flights of stairs helped us stay fit! The original single glazed windows were retained so it was extremely noisy at night from the restaurants surrounding it and people on the street, and the motorcycles which kept waking us up throughout the night even though we were wearing earplugs. Plus there are no block out blinds so the sun woke us early, luckily we had eye masks! Not what you want for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen only had a tiny one person pot so we had to buy a large pot which really should have been provided for a large apartment. No where to hang towels to dry out, despite there being room in bathroom to locate some hanging rails or hooks, so we had to hang them on the kitchen chairs. There were no shelves to store groceries despite there being room above bins for shelves. It's like the apartment has been half furnished. It was a bit hard to tell from the Google map address that it was in the same building as a curry restaurant and surrounded by restaurants. It didn't work for us so we moved to a quieter part of the city after two nights of a seven night booking.
• Aviran (2/5): we left to somewhere else - nothing really. When we arrived at this so-called “hotel,” we were immediately greeted by a strong smell of curry throughout the apartment. We spoke with the host about it, but the only suggestion we received was to keep the windows closed — which they already were. It was raining that day, and water leaked into the hallway; we could even hear it from inside the room. The noise from the street was constant, the stairs were extremely narrow, and there was no elevator — something that was not clearly mentioned on the booking page. The entrance itself felt poorly maintained and unwelcoming. Calling this place a “hotel” is completely misleading and, honestly, outrageous. It was absolutely not worth the money we paid for such a disappointing experience.

• Renato Angelo (4/5): Sicuramente c'è di meglio - Unica nota positiva la vicinanza al centro commerciale Parco con molti negozi e ristoranti e la relativa vicinanza al parco del memoriale. Difficile da localizzare in quanto su booking appare foto di un'altra struttura in realtà bisogna cercare un piccolo ingresso in un palazzo con una scala e solo guardando dentro si può vedere la scritta hiroshima hotel e con nostro grande dispiacere arrivando dalla stazione carichi di bagagli che non c'era ascensore.... oltre a questo superata la prima rampa di scale una porta da accesso ad un corridoio che non esiterei a definire sporco e malandato e poi altre scale in ferro veramente lugubri. Il tutto condito dall'odore di curry del locale adiacente. La stanza era pulita ma piuttosto piccola specie per 4 adulti.

• Adrienne (10/5): Great place to stay in Hiroshima - The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was great to have the washer-dryer to do some laundry and there were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe to hang up the few items that didn't dry fully in the dryer. The TV had Netflix and YouTube which was nice to have when relaxing in the afternoon. The location was walking distance from the Peace Park and the castle and there were plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby too. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Hiroshima. Other reviewers mentioned the steep stairs up to the 4th floor but it didn't bother us. The quilts were a bit too heavy for this time of year, however. We had to blast the air conditioning to be able to sleep under them.

• Stelios (8/5): lovely stay, very well equiped place - the place is very well equiped. it was almost as comfortable as my own home! i liked the window view to the park too. walkable dinstance to stores, restaurants etc. 15-20' walk from touristic attractions too! easy to get to the train station by bus/tram. quiet. good wifi the stairs leading to the flat were a bit random

• Ruth (8/5): Excellent location, clean and modern. - The location was excellent with Okinomimura and Hiroshima main shopping street just around the corner, and Peace museum about 7 mins walk away. It was very clean, and relatively easy to find on the first day. The stairs to the apartment is quite steep with no elevators, which can be a bit difficult with large suitcases. Also, street noises can be loud occasionally, but definitely not a deal breaker.
