• Colin (9/5): - Modern complex on the airport side of Gibraltar and an easy walk from the airport and to the town centre. The host Agi is a wonderful caring person who really cares about her guests.
• Alan (10/5): Fantastic location, close to beaches and the town. Great facilities! - Fantastic location, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the town, plus just a 15 minute walk to the airport! All facilities were excellent- everything I needed for a break and a real home from home. The fold up bed couldn’t be closed, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of my stay.

• Tudor (9/5): Great location, close to the center and the border, with easy access to transport and shops. - The location is very good , you have buses going everywhere, but you can also easily walk to the city center in about 10 minutes on pedestrian streets. It’s only 5–10 minutes from the border, with small shops nearby, and if you need bigger supermarkets, you can get there in about 30 minutes by bus A few small things could be improved, but nothing worth mentioning as a real negative, overall the stay was good, nothing that really affected our stay.

• Kimberley (4/5): No functioning toilet and no resolution from host. Personally would not reccomend. - Not a lot other than storage and kitchen facilities. We had no functioning toilet for the whole duration of our stay, nobody was sent to look at it despite informing the host. Instead we had to use a mop bucket to flush away waste in the toilet which is most unpleasant. When advising the host and requesting some sort of compensation as we do not feel you should have to flush a toilet with a mop bucket in an patient you’ve paid for, we were told there was nothing she could do to compensate and in her own words “maybe next time you should book a hotel and pay double the price” now to me a functioning toilet is a basic service so wether I paid 3,000 or 300 I expect it to be working and it wasn’t. The host claimed to be unaware of this issue until our stay yet recent reviews on here prove otherwise. Whilst agi accommodated an early check in and later checkout which I’m sure she would be quick to jump to in response like she was with the last host who reported the toilet issue, this does not make up for the fact that until we were advised about a mop bucket our toilet had to be left in an unhygienic way and then later be flushed by a mop bucket, which might I add was quite time consuming to fill as there was barely any water pressure at all. Agi continuously advised that the area of Gibraltar we were staying in had the same issue with the toilets and water and yet we had numerous friends staying in various locations on the same road who all had perfect water pressure and at the very LEAST a functioning toilet. We would not stay again nor reccomend this apartment based on the way the host responded to the issues and i will add photos on here to show screenshots to show the messages, as quite frankly it was unacceptable. Blurring out number for privacy of the host.
• Helio (4/5): Not worth the amount paid - Apartment made to be good but the bed is a horrible sofa, the bathroom has no water in the toilet, shower has little water, dirty shower. The inconvenience is that it must be paid via bank transfer to another country.

S - It’s close to all major attractions, a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 15 minute walk to market place or you can take the bus 8. There is a supermarket near by and a really nice restaurant. It’s very clean, comfortable, modern, has all amenities you want. The host was very exceptional. Went over and beyond. If I ever come back to Gibraltar, will definitely stay here Nothing

• Philip (8/5): 8.5 out of 10 if I could give half marks - Communication was excellent, especially as my evening flight was diverted to Malaga. We found a way for me to begin my stay at the apartment, even though it was nearly midnight by the time I arrived. There was a plumbing issue with the toilet cistern refilling on the second day - though this was an issue for the whole building.

• Barnes (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, the room was perfect, clean and in perfect location. 10 minute walk to main street. The only thing if anything would be people shouting in the corridor and neighbours a little loud but that can't be helped. I still had a great night's sleep.
• Derek (8/5): A great place to stay when visiting Gibraltar. - It is modern and comfortable. It was clean and everything worked well. No major concerns. It is a little bit away from the central areas but has a restaurant and supermarket close by and good bus connections.
