• Dean (10/5): - Honestly, after nearly 48 hours of door to door travel, I could not of been happier to arrive at Namborus! Alfonzo and Marvin made my stay an unreal experience! They took me around San Juan, showed me some surf breaks and helped me with so many little things having just arrived in Nicaragua. It’s not just a place to sleep, it felt like a home! I stayed a further 5 nights.

• Veronica (2/5): I won’t be booking this place again. - Location The noise. They have rules no noise from 10pm until 9am and the first one making noise where the front deck employees at 6am. This is unacceptable!

• Seraphina (10/5): - das personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit!! die räume sind modern, minimalistisch eingerichtet und es gibt eine guten wasserstrahl. ich kann es besonders für pärchen oder freunde empfehlen, die es ruhiger mögen und keine lust auf laute musik haben. außerdem gibt es eine küche, wo wir im kühlschrank immer unsere getränke kühl stellen konnten:)) wir waren mehrmals hier und würden immer wieder kommen!

• Line (7/5): 1 nuit - Cuisine bien équipée, chambre spacieuse Nous avons payé en espèces mais ils n’avaient pas de change d’argent : ne nous ont pas rendu la sommes total et nous ont dit qu’ils nous rendraient… mais non..! Le matin le café pourrait être fait automatiquement par l’équipe de l’hostel et cela éviterai de demander à l’accueil… il n’y a pas d’huile et de sel à disposition dans la cuisine. la douche n’a pas de débit pour se doucher c’est très compliqué !! Prix assez élevé pour une nuit

• Heike (8/5): Hier hätte ich es auch länger ausgehalten - Wir haben unsere Reisepläne kurzfristig geändert und konnten vor Ort noch eine Nacht stornieren, obwohl die Stornoregel besagt, dass nicht mehr storniert werden kann. Das und er Empfang war insgesamt: sehr nett. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Bereich zum Wäsche aufhängen und einen kleinen, hübschen Aufenthaltsbereich. Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz am Ende, das auch Balkonmöbel hat und am ruhigsten liegt. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und zweckmäßig, aber schön gestylt. Man ist schon fast im Zentrum und zum Strand ist es auch nur ein paar Minuten. Restaurants und Läden, ohne dass man weit laufen müsste. Es war irrsinnig warm im Zimmer und der Ventilator reichte nicht zur Kühlung. Als ich geduscht habe, kam so wenig Wasser, dass ich Mühe hatte, nass zu werden. Später lief es wieder normal - vielleicht hat ein Nachbar zeitgleich geduscht?

• Alice (4/5): Surprised this hostel has ok reviews, so many better options in San Juan. - The kitchen was nice and good location. The double en suite room was very small and worst of all didnt have a window to outside, so there was no air flow and it was a very uncomfortable and sticky to sleep. Front desk played videos from their phone late at night and could be heard from our room. Doesn’t feel like good value for money there are lovely hostels at a similar price range in the area.

• Nathanael (7/5): - No me dijeron que tenía que decir que iba a desayunar, en booking salía desayuno incluido, y si no me dicen nada yo supongo que habrá mi desayuno incluido, pero en la mañana cuando me desperté con hambre fui a buscar mi desayuno y el de mi novia y resulta que tenía que avisar y que no había cocinera y que ni aunque pagara me podían cocinar por qué no había nadie cocinando, fui un 24 a 25 diciembre, todos los cuartos estaba llenos y nadie desayuno :/, yo luego pues normal, fui a buscar un desayuno, pero qué tal si es alguien que anda con lo justo? No pensara igual que yo, al final de cuenta el personal es muy agradable y buena onda pero eso no quita que prácticamente me robaron 10$ de desayuno de los 35$ que pague, (10$ por qué ellos venden el desayuno a 5$)

• Ingersoll (8/5): Very good - Virgil was very helpful with advice on transportation to surf breaks and on board rentals. The room was clean and had everything I needed: a comfy bed, shower, toilet, and air conditioning. A helpful staff member was always present at the front desk and I felt very safe.
