• Hong (10/5): Beautiful and clean place, enjoyed staying - Very nice and clean, comfortable ,good value The mountain road very tilted, no soap for shower, living here must have a car or friends pick up. I already paid for the cleaning fee, there still cleaning rules applied, but sorry I have to leave the building 5am, it was stressful.

It was a bit unusual that we needed to take of the sheets, empty the bins and clean the kitchen - empty the dishwasher. But given all of the other pro’s, definitely worth it and coming back again.

Two proper beds. Clear instructions. Location was on a bit of a hill. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom was disappointing.

• Effemmeo (8/5): Very good - very comfortable apartment with very good equipment! the view from the property is very nice and Koblenz can be reached by car in a very short time! having a parking spot on site makes it definitely a plus! we felt a bit pressured by all the house rules: parking, lights, heating, electrical outlets, cleaning, organizing kitchenware, collecting garbage, unpacking sheets, putting away used towels... in our opinion, there were too many requirements, especially considering that we anyway paid a cleaning service at the end of the stay.
