Guest Reviews
- Richard (9/5): - Perfect for what we needed, the house was warm, We didn't use the lounge, it felt a bit sparse, but the kitchen was a fabulous space to meet and chat with the friends we were staying with, and the facilities were great in there too.
Bedrooms and beds comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.
- Susie (10/5): - Location was perfect. We used it for a base for a family wedding in Skipton. Lots of room, beautifully done out.
- David (10/5): Great location for a wedding we attended. Beautiful home that fit our needs of 3 bedrooms. Our children loved the house - Modern, clean property with great character! N/A
- Mandy (8/5): Very pleasant , very enjoyable - Location,comfort,very clean The hill ……
- Anoushka (10/5): Centrally located home with excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend! - Centrally located home with excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend!

- Josie (8/5): Modern, comfortable stay in Skipton - The house was warm, modern, comfortable and super clean. Plenty of space to relax with each other, spacious kitchen for making meals and all the basics you need in the kitchen too. It was ideal for me and my family staying in Skipton for a wedding. The outside space was a real bonus it's just a shame there's no plants out there to brighten it up. I had two older family members staying with me and they found the steepness of the street quite daunting. Less confident drivers might want to park on a different street and if you're unsteady on your feet take it easy heading to and from town. The room on the top floor has a low sloping ceiling so best for the shorter folk in your group!
- Anne (10/5): Peaceful, modern, clean and beautifully presented. - It was in a great location , its was clean and quiet. The house is modern, all top spec and facilities were excellent. Great views too. Oh and it smelled wonderful. We need a garden ideally for our dog but the outside space was fine for our short stay. We’re not used to the hills either!
- David (10/5): - Beautifully finished cottage Very steep hill
- Gemma (10/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): Little gem of a property in excellent location for access to town centre. - Very clean & modern, equipped well, easy access, great location & views from top room The shower and basin in bathroom were not draining properly. Could have done with more seating in front room. A second key would have been handy.
- Peter (10/5): Pleasant stay - We enjoyed our stay - modern, clean and comfortable - well equipped - lovely enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend this property. Nothing. We knew it was on a hill but didn’t bother us.

- Jamie (10/5): Lovely house with comfortable beds. Great for a short stay. - Central location close to everything we wanted to do
- Chris (10/5): -
- Janet (10/5): Great find - Loved the kitchen and seating area, and we could open the doors to the garden .The bedrooms were comfortable and the whole place was well-equipped Its on a big hill we were ok but anyone unfit would prob struggle
- Bowker (10/5): Very comfortable, would definitely recommend - Location was ideal for exploring Skipton and beyond. Had breakfast at the Devonshire vaults, which was very good and very nice staff My mum is quite elderly and struggled going upstairs as there wasn't a handrail. Also the property is on quite a steep hill, which was a slight issue for my mum, but overall we had a fab stay
- Chris (10/5): Great base for Skipton within walking distance of all restaurants and bars. - Modern, clean and very nicely decorated. More spacious than it looks from the outside.
No issues with parking, just make sure your parking brake working well as its on a steep hill.
Communication great from the owner. We had no issues so didn't need any assistance but they were quick to respond to messages before we arrived. If I was picking then having a single bathroom for a large family or a few couples not ideal, but nothing a bit of communication on who's using it when can't fix.
- Caroline (10/5): Amazing property! - Beautiful property. Great facilities. Very clean. Great location. We travelled for 7 hours and tried to collect the keys from a bar in the town as advised by email..The keys weren't there and we were unable to access the property after a long drive. We eventually spoke to the host and were given the key safe code. It would have been really helpful to receive an email with the code.

- Kira (8/5): Lovely central stay - Perfect location, great facilities, clean and comfortable beds. Nothing it was lovely, you just need to turn the heating down a little bit 🙂
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect position - Skipton is such a pretty town and we had a good walk on the moors. The accommodation was perfect. Cle - Clean warm comfortable quiet Nothing
- Witri (9/5): Superb -
- Sheila (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in the cottage - The location of the property was very convenient for accessing the town. Another positive was that there were more than adequate facilities for cooking, which we didn't use as there were a number of restaurant in the town which were of a high standard., Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is situated on a steep incline which should be a consideration for those who are less mobile. We would have preferred two bathrooms for the convenience of six adults however it would not stop us for staying again.
- Madeleine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trafford (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (9/5): Would definitely stay there again - Location perfect and apartment comfortable, bright and modern. One of the best places we have stayed in. I had a hip replacement and suffer with back problems. A banister or hand rail on the stairs would be a good idea. There were no instructions to use hob and oven.
