Hostel is located in the loudest area of the city and the noise was all the time, all night. We couldn’t sleep for 3 nights even with ear plugs.

• Mounir (10/5): Halim made an already beautiful beachfront hostel experience feel truly exceptional. - Stayed at Surfaces Hostel in Taghazout and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place itself has such a beautiful, laid-back vibe, just a couple of meters from the beach - perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings. But what really made it stand out was Halim. Incredible host. He genuinely elevates the whole experience - welcoming, attentive, and just brings amazing energy to the place. You can feel the difference straight away. Unreal atmosphere all around, and Halim made it 10x better. Highly recommend. N/A

• Andrzej (5/5): Affordable, nice rooftop-terrace and personnel, but too noisy and smelly to have a pleasant stay. - We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hostel and friendliness of the hostel's staff. Good contact with the owner. The common space on the rooftop is really pleasant to be in and we have used it a lot. Well equipped kitchen. Our room was located right over the most popular night food-spot in the town, and even with our earplugs in and with windows closed we couldn't sleep well. We also tried not to open the window because of smoke coming from the nearby grillhouse, but the room smelled like burned meat anyway. We have generally avoided spending time in our room in favour of the common area. Probably the other rooms were better, though. It would also be nice if the hostel was cleaner.

• Nina (10/5): Home away from home - Die Atmosphäre war super. Halim, der dort arbeitet ist super nett, hilfsbereit und macht alles, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Er gibt gute Tipps, heisst einem herzlich willkommen und hat für alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatte eine geniale Zeit. Ein kleines Gestell oder Hacken, um Dinge aufzuhängen, wäre nützlich gewesen.
• Katarzyna (10/5): We couldn't have found a better hostel. It's a 3-minute walk to the ocean and a 30-second walk to delicious loca - A super-atmospheric hostel in the heart of Taghazout. We had a cozy room and very comfortable beds. We loved the hostel's decor, the atmospheric dining room, and the rooftop. There was always hot water in the bathroom, and Halim kept everything in order. He was very helpful, caring, and cheerful. He took care of us at every step and made delicious breakfasts. De sfeer zat goed en alle gasten werden vrienden tijdens het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was heel lekker en de locatie was perfect. De prijs-kwaliteit was perfect. /

• Karolina (1/5): - The host of the house was really nice The manager was unresponsive to feedback and behaved offensively. The house needs renovation, and the overall standard is very low. There was no hot water, the toilets were dirty, as were the floors and furniture. I don’t need luxury, but it was very difficult to feel comfortable in this place.

• Marcin (8/5): Great place in the center of Taga - Hostel is in a prime center, it also has some movie vibe in it as you walk in from busy restaurant corner. It has rooftop, it has chill space, it has kitchen and the host is a friendly guy. I kinda liked it but it's worth considering that rooms are over busy restaurant street so you will have noise till 0:00. I slept in airpods.

• HAYLEY (8/5): Perfect for location and basic stay - It’s very basic but location is amazing. The guy who worked there (maybe Habal, I can’t recall his name) was lovely and super helpful and polite. Made me a lovely breakfast to enjoy on the rooftop. It’s very basic but the price completely reflects that. Hooks in the bathroom would really help

• Dominika Nina (7/5): Definitely worth the money! - It has perfect location, atmosphere and nice people - Hamil was super friendly and helps us with anything we needed. The accommodation has nice terraces to sit and chill. Breakfast is included in the price - even though we bought our own food because it's still the same. We not looking for luxury buffets, so we were pretty ok with it. Right under the hostel you can rent wetsuits and boards for good price. But wi-fi is pretty shitty, sometimes doesn't work at all. They said it is problem everywhere, but I don't think so. As well the cleanliness could be better (but you're going to hostel, so what kind of expectation you have :D). The most rooms are orientated to the city, streets and restaurants, so be prepared for some noisy nights and food smells. But nothing that bad you can't stand. Normal night life :)

Même pas la place de mettre des affaires… 10 cm de trou sous la porte et dans le mur au dessus de la porte avec une fenêtre de 50 par 50 Déçu j’ai quitté le logement car humide et bruyant.. je suis rester 30 min et obtenue aucun gain
• Zoe (7/5): It was good value and pretty much what we expected . We were made to feel very welcome. - We left before the shops opened so we didn't eat breakfast but Hareem got up specially to make us moroccan tea in the morning. He was really helpful and friendly. It was quite hard to find, as there was no sign outside with the name of the hostel on it. We asked someone nearby and they helped us find the front door. Some more instructions as to how to find the entrance would be helpful. The rooms are road side and the restaurant outside meant it was quite noisy. We did stay on a Saturday night though.
• Max (3/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Außerdem hat mir die Dachterrasse gefallen. Es war fast nie ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Ich wurde zu spät reingelassen. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste von meinem gesamten Aufenthalt in Marokko (altes Brot, kaum Aufstrich und sonst nichts außer Thee). An einem Morgen gab es kein Frühstück, was mir auch erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde. Der Mitarbeiter hätte einen Notfall gehabt. Ein Mitarbeiter reicht einfach nicht aus. Außerdem war es nicht sauber. Im Zimmer meiner Nachbarn lag eine alte Unterhose und die Bäder scheinen kaum gesäubert zu werden.
