• Philip (10/5): Great Villa, great location, would go again. - (We were a party of 9) The location was great, 5 minutes from shops and bars, 8-10 minutes from the harbour (which is where most of the entertainment is). Slightly dated in areas, outdoor BBQ, Fridge and pool table could do with a revamp. But with lots of eating out options we didn’t intend to BBQ anyway.
• Alan (10/5): Great villa, quiet location but only 5 minutes from the town and local shops and restaurants - The villa was great. Good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. Pool was excellent - clean , well maintained and a great size. Good sized garden and play area which gives the impression of being quiet and private. But located just 5 mins from shops and local restaurants and another 5 to the marina and kassiopi beach. Lots of sun loungers , outdoor shaded eating areas. We were a family group of 8 including 2 babies - with cot and high chairs provided. Can't really fault anything. Andreas met us in arrival and departure as he was in the area at the time. Great welcome pack on arrival too. Nothing

• Gary (8/5): Amazing family holiday and would definitely return. - Location location location. Perfect for town, literally minutes walk. Excellent pool, lots of loungers and good bbq. Lovely and quiet also and very private. Bathrooms could do with being updated, that’s it.
• Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great villa in a superb location, we traveled as two couples but it would be ideal for a large family group with two double and three twin bedrooms, the villa is well equipped with everything you need. It is only 5/10 minutes easy walk into the village and harbour where there are many excellent restaurants, the local supermarket is well stocked and a trip to the bakery is a must!
• Julia (9/5): Perfect holiday home from home - We stayed at Villa Charchala as a family of grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, and we loved it as soon as we entered. It was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a beautiful swimming pool and covered patio area and well maintained gardens with children's swing/slide. The owner went above and beyond with his hospitality and was on hand via WhatsApp for anything questions or issues that arose. The family cannot wait to go back! There's was nothing we didn't like about the villa!! It exceeded our expectations

• Catherine (10/5): We have already booked to go back and cannot wait! - We absolutely loved the location of this villa, so handy for the bars and restaurants at the harbour but tucked away so you felt secluded. It was perfect. The villa itself was large, well equipped and had beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. Andreas, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. If we were being super picky, it would’ve been good to have better pool cues for the pool table - the kids would’ve liked to have played. This was by no means a big deal.

The Villa was totally charming & the location was perfect, peaceful yet close to shops/bars & 5 minutes walk to the stunning harbour. Clean, well equipped with a beautiful large pool and extensive garden area. Villa Charchala really made our stay special & Andreas was the perfect host always ready to help if needed. Thank you for a great stay, we would not hesitate to return 😁 Nothing whatsoever to not like!

• Cristina (10/5): Very nice house for families with children - Very nice & large house close to the city center of Kassiopi, but located in a quiet area. It is equipped with everything you need for a large family with children, very nice outdoor space, a nice pool. We had a really good communication with the host, Andreas, very available and quick to answer our needs. The house is walking distance to the city center which has a nice small port and lots of restaurants and shops. For a large family with children it was very good.

• Evelina (10/5): Perfect stay in Kassiopi - We really enjoyed our stay to Charchala Villa. It is perfect for a group of friends, but also for families with kids (the stairs to the first floor may be a minor inconvenient). The owner of the villa was always available and ready to meet our requirements. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. Towels for the bathroom and pool available. The kitchen is fully equiped. Also, the pool, the barbeque area and the patio are perfect for lazy days. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from beaches in Kassiopi. Nothing to dislike.
• Barbara (10/5): A beautiful villa in a perfect location. - We stayed here in a family group aged fromc75 to 2 years old. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk to the town with supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and the port and beaches. The villa has been recently refurbished and is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped and comfortable. Our whole family really enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. We couldn't fault our experience. Andreas was very helpful if there was anything we needed.
