- Brenda (10/5): We have stayed in many villas in Italy but this home and hosts exceeded our expectations. - We loved everything about this home. This is an authentic Italian home which has been lovingly and tastefully furnished. Sergio and Benedetta are incredibly generous hosts even baking us a beautiful breakfast pie. Nothing was a problem. Even when we locked ourselves out at 10pm. There are 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 beautiful new bathrooms. The kitchen is the largest and most equipped we have ever stayed in. There is an upstairs gym which is well equipped. Also free Wi-Fi all through the house. Sergio kindly delivered firewood as the weather turned slight cool. Fireplace warmed us but also then turned on the interior heaters. They have thought of everything. The villa was the cleanest and best equipped we have every stayed in. They have thought about the needs of the tenants. The house and the grounds are immaculate. There are two beautiful outdoor seating areas. The bonus is you are surrounded by nature in a very private and secure setting but 10 minutes to supermarkets and shops. There is also a BBQ and pizza oven next to the large garage. Arezzo is only 20 minutes away. It truly is an amazing Italian experience. We will definitely be back as it is very central to visiting other areas. You will not be disappointed. If Sergio invites you to view the 700 year family house/palace, don't miss out. It was incredible and only 10 mins down the road. Don't miss out on this truly amazing Italian experience Absolutely nothing except we couldn't stay longer
