• Markéta (9/5): Superb - a good balance between price and accommodation quality in the capital city, nicely furnished, comfy bed, great design, good communication from owners the bathroom could have been cleaner, at first glance, it might not feel entirely safe for a solo female traveler, as there is this tiny narrow street and noisy neighbours (just guessing by what I saw from balcony and heard during the night).

• Sresht (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Beautiful home and courteous staff. The rooms were very clean and asthetic. Pocket friendly. All major amenities included. Loved the stay. They don't have food but the good part is they tell that to you as soon as you make the booking and send you a list of hotels which are 3 mins walking from the room as it's in the center of the city.

• Tara (10/5): Stunning Room in Colombo - It was a beautiful cosy room and we were greeted with a fresh juice by the most welcoming and hospitable staff. Right next to the beach and close to a Cargills Food City (supermarket). It’s the perfect place to stay after a long day of travel.

• Vaishnavi (10/5): Home like comfort, warmth and kindness :) - I was in Colombo for a work trip and was looking for a place to stay and work from. Ceystay was the most perfect place I could have found. The whole property is well designed with lots of light and the rooms are clean and extremely cozy. I was extremely relaxed during my stay here. The location is great with cute cafes and restaurants in walking distance and there is also a bakery in the property which makes some lovely cakes. What stands out about Ceystay is the warmth and hospitality of the people. The support staff is very helpful with anything you need and they ensure your stay is comfortable. The owners are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They also have an adorable doggo Sky who will give you so much love and joy with his company. Thank you Ceystay for a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back and highly recommend Ceystay to anyone travelling to Colombo. Nothing. Everything is perfect.

• Marina (10/5): Perfect hotel for backpack travellers who are planning to discover the city: clean, comfortable and great located. - We stayed at the hotel only for 1 night, however we loved it a lot. Nice and quiet location, very friendly stuff and clean rooms. It is a great value for money and perfect for the stay if you are planning to discover the city and stay mainly for nights. Audibility was too good, in the morning you can hear how other guests are having showers or doing things in the toilet.

• Satchini (9/5): Superb - A peaceful and cosy place in the middle of Colombo. I came here for a short stay and was pleasantly surprised by the place. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, with a comfortable bed, and the balcony made it the perfect spot to unwind. Despite being in the city, the area around the hotel felt surprisingly peaceful. The staff and manager were attentive to every need and always eager to assist. Their helpfulness and hospitality made the place even better! This is honestly a wonderful place to stay if you're seeking for some peace while staying in Colombo. I'd definitely come back

• Steven (10/5): Clean and quiet with very friendly and helpful staff - A small well run accommodation complex. Clean and quiet. Location down a private lane (which is why it is quiet) makes it hard to find.

The first floor has a large public resting area, I want the second floor also has a small terrace, the room is not big but very warm and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. The National Museum is easily accessible either by bus or TUTU.

• Mr. (10/5): Great place to rest in Colombo - The place is beautiful and our room was big, comfortable and cozy. We had a great rest after our flight. It's located in a very calm area and close to the beach and train station (15-20 min by tuktuk). WiFi was unstable, but It's a common thing around here, I blame the company that gives the service.

The host was super endeavoured and happy to help us when we had questions. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again!

We arrived very late in the night and were too late to book the (apparently amazing) breakfast. Luckily within a few minutes walk there vare some lovely places to be found.

Even tho I'm a local they gave the same service unlike other hotels. The rooms are really nice and tidy. They even upgraded my room for FOC. It's such a nice place and worth the money spent.

Clean place clean room. The people who run the place are very friendly and helpful. There's a great Chinese restaurant just opposite the road. There a nice mall nearby waking distance so ya Ceystay was great. I recommend it 2👍 Nothing... everything was great!

The owner opened another room for us to freshen up before leaving to airport with no extra charges . Even the house dog shagy was so adorable
