The owner was very friendly and sent us great suggestions for places to eat and things to see in Thessaloniki. We would definitely recommend it! Nothing!

• Claudiu (5/5): NEVER AGAIN - We booked this apartment for an night in transit. We hopped to sleep at night to continue our trip to Romania. Was an nightmare. Some neighbours kids and adults screamed until 3 am. The walls are like paper and could here everything. We barely sleep 3 hours before 700 km road. The neighbourhood looks like an ghetto, little bit creepy. And the price was for 5 star hotel...NEVER AGAIN.

The apartment is old and looks worn from the outside, but all the furniture in the house is new and the inside of the house is very modern. It is great that the house has its own parking space. The owner is very hospitable and attentive. He helped us with everything. This house is recommended. Nothing.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment and the location are great! In a quite neighborhood, close to the main atractions, good restaurants... The private parking is a big plus. And last but not least - the host is great! He is very kind and very helpfull.
• Urska (8/5): Very good - The apartment is close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We visited everything on foot. The rooms are big enough, except the bathroom which is rather small. The biggest advantage is of course the parking in the yard. It's quite noisy at night, cars, neighbors above us, and stray cats. But that probably only bothered us, since we're at home in a house in the countryside.

• Jonnas (10/5): Nice apartment in the city center. - Nice apartment located in a very good location, about 20 min walk from the Withe Tower. We stayed one night for transit, and the owner was very polite and helpful. He recommended us as a couple of restaurants, so we ended up trying one of them, which proved to be a great experience. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. Not necessarily a downside, but if you come by car, just call the owner in some advance for getting parking instructions. Otherwise, it will be impossible to station even for 5 minutes around as it is very narrow and crowded with no parking options.

It's located within walking distance from the port area, where you can also visit some of the iconic spots in Thessaloniki. The overall surrounding streets look a bit spooky at first (which was the only reason I didn't give it a 10), but then you realize that's the way the entire city looks, at least in these parts of the city. George, our host, was most accommodating and eager to help us in any way he could, thanks for everything!

• Suyanti (5/5): Not comfortable - Good location and the owner was very responsive. Easy check in. However, most of the facilities were old and quite dirty and dusty. The towel was old and worn out. So does the bed sheet, linen, etc. No sound proof so the voices from neighbors can be heard very clear. Next door also turned on a very loud music and quite bothering.

• Kateryna (7/5): Convenient apartment with private parking - The owner met us at the agreed time and helped us park in the private parking spot which is invaluable in Thessaloniki. The owner was super nice, checked us in and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The bed and the couch were comfortable and accommodated the 3 of us well. The smart TV had Amazon Prime which we appreciated, and Wifi worked well. We walked about 15 minutes to downtown which was short and convenient. The boiler was an issue as you need to turn on the breaker every time 20 minutes before you want to take a shower. It made it hard to coordinate and had to plan for a shower when we came back late in the evening, or had to wake up at 5am to catch a plane with no hot water readily available. There is no sound isolation between the bedroom and the living room, and the bedroom door lock does not close well, so the door had to remain ajar. The sound of pipes in the bathroom could be heard well in the bedroom very loudly, which got in the way of getting a good night sleep before an early flight. We could hear neighbours have dinner and talk very clearly, so the sound isolation was an issue for us.
• Göktuğ (10/5): It was the perfect place to stay during our trip - The location is quite good. Private parking lot is a huge plus in the city and I let my car to stay in there while we were traveling around. Everywhere is close to the apartment by walk. It’s a bit old neighborhood but it’s safe. The owner of the house is a great guy.

It is not right in the center, but it is 15 minutes from the White Tower and 10 minutes from Aristotle Square, an easy walk. Private and secure parking is a big, big plus. Nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion: two small chairs and a small table on the balcony, for smokers.

The location is rather a residential area than a tourist one, so you get a glimpse of middle class Thessaloniki living. The apartment is quite basic, ventilation is problematic, kitchen utensils minimal, view is virtually nonexistent.
