• 남 (10/5): 최고의 숙소 - 아파트의 위치는 완벽합니다. 구시가지 초입에 위치하여, 구시가지의 주요 유적지, 레스토랑 및 상점까지 도보로 몇분 안에 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 아파트는 고풍스러우면서 깔끔하여 고급 호텔과 비교해도 될 만큼 훌륭했습니다. 침실, 욕실, 주방이 잘 갖춰져 있어 4일 내내 숙식을 하기에 만족스러웠습니다. 3명이 지내기에 충분히 넓고, 4명까지도 적당한 크기였습니다. 호스트 마르셀라와 연락과 소통이 매우 원활했으며 또한 너무도 친절했습니다. 저희는 다음 여행지가 프랑크푸르트여서 비행기를 타고 가야했는데, 출발 시간이 3시여서 곤란했습니다. 그 사실을 안 호스트 마르셀라가 late check out을 깜짝 선물로 주셔서 큰 감동을 받았었습니다. 이번 5주간 여행 중 최고의 숙소였습니다. 다만 3층인데 엘리베이터가 없어 큰 캐리어 옮기는 데 다소 어려움이 있습니다.

The apartment was an excellent size, easily good enough for 4 people and very well equipped. Loved the bathroom especially the walk in shower. I totally recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik. Everything was superb.

Also no steps to the building from Ploce Gate. It is up 3 flights to apartment though. The property is very modern and perfect for a group of four. • Sarah (10/5): Clean & Comfortable stay in the middle of old town Dubrovnik! - Great location right in the middle of old town, walking distance to many restaurants, tourist attractions, the beach etc. The host Marcela is so nice, we had difficulty finding the property and she jumped on a video call with us right away to guide us to it. Spacious and very clean. Modern marble bathroom with rain shower and several clean towels provided. Comfortable beds with duvets. Full kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge. The property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator just stairs. It was difficult carrying our luggage up and down the stairs but we managed - if you have any mobility issues I would not recommend staying here only because of the stairs.
• Meredith (10/5): Lovely apartment - Wonderful host - Marcela was amazing and the apartment was nearly perfect. Well furnished and beautiful, in a great location. We wished we had stayed longer. Beds are a little firm but that’s just a preference. I would’ve appreciated a warning about the 5 flights of stairs to the apartment and the 300 stairs down into old town. It wouldn’t have dissuaded me from choosing the location, but referrals to Porters, in advance, would’ve saved me great pain. The church bells next door are very loud! Nothing you can do, but for light sleepers, it could be an issue.

• Lucathy (9/5): - A lovely stay at this apartment right in the center of old town Dubrovnik. Restaurants and bars are literally right outside the door to the building but it was not noisy inside. Great views of St Blaize's bells, the square, rooftops and Dubrovnik Wall from the apartment. Easy walk to Ploce gate and Pile gate.

• Csaba (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in the heart of the old town, just steps from St. Blaise Church. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located to explore everything on foot. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Parking is a bit tricky and expensive due to the new parking rules implemented in June 2025. It's probably better to fly in and take a taxi instead.

Just be aware that you're in the middle of the old city, and it can get quite noisy. In addition to the street noise, we could also hear the church bells very early in the morning.

• Susan (10/5): The perfect apartment in Dubrovnik Old City! - Bella apartment was wonderful! It was spacious with 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom on the bottom floor. The top floor had a very well stocked kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave along with an area to relax. Nice views from the windows of the old town and St. Blaise church and square. It was an easy 4 minute walk from the Ploče Gate and easy to roll our suitcases on the flat stones. The host, Marcela, was outstanding! She answered many questions before we arrived and was very responsive. Marcela emailed a lot of information before we arrived. She arranged for taxi Niksha to pick us up at the airport (40 euros) and he waited for us just outside the airport contacting us after we landed. The location was 1 block from Stradun (the main street in Dubrovnik) and walkable to everything. I would definitely recommend staying in the Old City and at Bella apartment! Just a note that it is 2 flights up to the apartment without an elevator. I was with my 83 year old mother and she did fine. We used a luggage service who can take your suitcases from the Ploče Gate at the edge of town to the apartment and up the stairs. https://luggagestoragedubrovnik.hr/

Marcela was a dream host, contacting me with specific detailed information for a smooth, nice stay. She was flexible with our arrival time and even set up a transfer with Niksha. We liked him so much that we arranged for Niksha to drive us a few times. A perfect stay. Thanks Marcela.

We sometimes found the stairs up to the apartment a challenge . Younger travellers would probably have no problems !

The host herself was very responsive and always tried her best to accommodate any requests we had which we greatly appreciated. Obviously it's up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access, so not appropriate for anyone who struggles with stairs.

• Gacs (10/5): Even better than photos - It is exceptionally well located in the center of all the excitement. The apartment has a “wow” effect with high ceilings and quality woodwork. The thick european windows, shades, and AC make it quite comfortable. Not a problem for me, but keep in mind that there is a 5 minute walk plus several flights of stairs required to bring any luggage.
