• Marchant (10/5): Wellpark - Emma & Simon couldn't have done more for us. We stayed 4 nights over Christmas the flat was excellent complete with Christmas decorations & pressies under the tree for us so thoughtful. A breakfast basket was provided along with basics tea coffee milk etc. Highly recommended. Many thanks. Everything was perfect.

Gli host sono stati di una disponibilità incredibile sia nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande che a farci trovare abbondante cibo per le nostre colazioni. Veramente consigliato!! Non abbiamo assolutamente nulla di negativo da dire. Abbiamo valutato la posizione in modo non eccellente semplicemente perché noi ci siamo appoggiati qui per andare a Edimburgo (che ovviamente è un po’ distante) ma a 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa c’è la stazione dei treni con treni diretti ad Edimburgo che passano frequentemente.

• Jamie (10/5): No faults - would absolutely stay again. - Was a home away from home. All the amenities we needed on our doorstep, comfortable and cosy. Can’t rate this little gem highly enough. Nothing to dislike. The hosts were brilliant and really accommodating.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little apartment with everything provided, even porridge for breakfast every day. Emma was really lovely and went through everything with us when we arrived Very little we didn't like The shower floor was very slippery after I'd used my hair conditioner. If we stay again, I will take a little shower mat with me. I didn't connect to WiFi when we arrived, when I needed it a couple of days later, I couldn't find an access password anywhere in the welcome pack, it may have been me but I couldn't get connected.

• Louise (10/5): Enjoyable stay with my partner. - Booked this apartment as a wee night away from home with my partner. The host was so friendly and welcoming. The flat was clean, tidy and comfortable, the breakfast that was included was a nice little touch. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend. Nothing

• Denise (9/5): Superb - Lovely flat, very clean. Good cooking facilities, great location, nice quiet area. I'm cold blooded so I felt it a bit cold (even with a hot water bottle). I think a warmer tog on the bed would help and a bigger duvet - maybe king size, so that when you move in bed, you're still covered - that aside, it was great.
• Jacqui (10/5): Perfect Stay. - Wellpark Corner was our delightful home from home for 12 nights. It was comfortable, warm, super clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly want. It is ideally placed for train travel to Edinburgh, with eateries and a small co-op within walking distance. Emma and Simon were caring and helpful hosts. We couldn't recommend this property more highly and sincerely hope we can return one day. Nothing to dislike.
• House (7/5): Good - The friendly and helpful check-in. The comfortable and spacious apartment. Breakfast could be more varied to include fresh fruit, yogurt, and jam or marmalade with fresh bread or rolls.
• Emma (10/5): Wonderful hosts and accommodation, we felt at home staying here. - Emma and Simon were so kind and welcoming and made us feel comfortable to ask anything anytime. The apartment was comfortable and clean and they provided toiletries and breakfast which was so thoughtful. Nothing it was all great.

Comfortable, nicely decorated,very clean and has everything you need The fragrance of whatever laundry detergent is used is way too strong and certainly wouldn't be good if you had any kind of allergy. We found it over powering. Might be an idea to use fragrance free laundry soap.

• Stefano (3/5): Not very transparent booking routine booking for 3 you expect bedding for 3. We were not even offered reimbursement!!! - Our reservation was placed for 3 adults, but bedding was available only for 2 people and we were asked for an additional charge for a second bed.

Having to pay £10 extra to sleep on the sofa bed but because it didn't pull out properly l had to sleep on the floor. Could do with a microwave and toaster. Toilet wobbly!

Breakfast we had to make us ourself (cereals and coffee/tea); futher all the tings you want in an appartment (kitchen, living, bathroom, sleeping room). The water is undrinkable here. But luckily the coop is nearby for drinkable water and fresh bread in the morning.

• Hutton (8/5): Very good - The flat was lovely. It was very beautifully decorated and the host had thought about everything even providing porridge pots, a pint of milk and some cereal bars for breakfast I was a little put out that in order to use the settee bed there would be an extra £10 charge for bed linen. This wasnt mentioned when booking and it did get my back up a little when paying over £100 a night for the accommodation. I ended up bringing my own bedding to avoid extra cost. The only time i have done this in the past was to a caravan park! As i was travelling with an 87 year old lady i always intended letting her use the bedroom. The sofa bed was not comfortable, it had a very thin matress. The internet wasnt great but that is no reflection on the host, perhaps just the area.
• June (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay at Wellpark corner and i would be happy to stay there in the future - Location was very good near the venue for the wedding we were going to , with a chinese and hotel near by , had a good meal in the Laurel Bank Hotel , when we picked up the keys Emma gave us a carton of milk which was appreciated There was nothing we did'nt like about the property

• Elizabeth (10/5): Was perfect for what we needed & would recommend & stay again if we were back in the area. - Was ideal for our overnight stay. Breakfast offering was very nice but for me personally I don,t like porridge or dried fruit so maybe a couple of small boxes of cereal as an option for awkward ones like me. Found the shower a bit hot at 43 for me & the Eco setting 31 was too cold . Could not find a way to adjust this but maybe there was a simple way to adjust that could be displayed .

Convenience stores and takeaways close by. No problems and nothing to dislike about the property. No on-site parking but plenty of unrestricted street parking just outside the property.

We had a Chinese which was just up the street. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was above our expectations.

Emma and Simon were amazing hosts, we booked last minute and when we got there the place was super clean and well prepared for our stay. I would 100% recommend this place for everyone!
