- Blandine (6/5): Nice stay in General Luna, but so many things could be improved - Perfect location in General Luna The room was super small, no where to put your stuff… no mirror, soap/shampoo, or hairdryer in the bathroom… AC really old. Bad isolation

- Durano (9/5): I feel safe and thank you to the host! I enjoy overall. - Very quite, the owner is very accommodating. They get into my room without my consent. I understand why they came inside my room while I’m away, but it would be better if they asked me first prior getting inside as my wallet, ipad and other things are in inside.
- Delia (10/5): Nice place to stay - The place is clean, quiet and near souvenir shop , cafe and bars Nothing
- Engrid (10/5): VERY PERFECTTTT PERFECTT BONGGANG BONGGA!!!!! WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE IF MUBALIK MIG IAO!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - PINAKA BEST NA ACCOMMODATION IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!! Ate and her husband were incredibly BONGGANG accommodating and cheerful throughout our stay. They were always just one call away whenever we needed anything, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Makaikog kaayo kay nakasala mi sa ila door knob pero ila gi fix right away! Their hospitality and genuine warmth made our experience even more special. IF MUBALIK MIG SIARGAO, DIRI JUD MI MAGSTAY AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!! Dzai limpyo kaayo ang rooms, kusog ang aircon, pwede ka makalaba kay naay halayan, pwede sab ka makaluto as in mura mog nag balay2! Hahaha. Naa sab kan-anan. Andddd naa mis center but dili sya alingasa magabie even though alingasa sa main road. Duol kaymos El Lobo ug Siargao Beach Club, duol sab kaymog kalinderya if for da tipidernz!!! BONGGANG BONGGA!!!! BASTA OUR STAY KAY 1000000/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NONE BAI. PERFECT KAAYO SILA!!!!
- Daniel (10/5): Staying at a homestay - I liked the owners of the establishment. They were very friendly and very hospitable. The water from the faucet and shower didn't smell quite clean. It had that old pipe smell.
- Aurèle (8/5): Very good - The location To small for 2 people
- Rachel (2/5): Hot and horrible - Location was central. Only good thing! Booked a room here for 9 days, excited for my time in Siargao, which quickly turned into a nightmare. Booked a room with just a fan. We thought no problem as we have stayed in many rooms around the Philippines with just a fan and it’s been fine. When we arrived we knew this was not fit for purpose. The room was a half ceiling / attic room with a mattress on the floor. No shelving, side table or space. NO WINDOW. This came as a shock to me as this was not listed online, as it should be. The room quickly became up bareable and unbreathable. The air was heavy and hot due to no circulation, ventilation or windows and a very small, low roof room. I was finding it hard to breath as I have asthma. We pushed through and tried to bare it for two nights. On both of these nights we had to sleep with our bedroom door open. We saw others do this too. Also it’s listed as having a balcony but the “ balcony” is just the shared hallway / entrance for all rooms. During the two days we forced ourselves to stay out all day and night so we would not have to spend time in the room. Also we had to get changed one at a time. That’s how small it is. After night one, we asked the landlady was there any other rooms available as it was completely unbearable, she told us no. I checked online and saw there was rooms available. After night two we decided to book alternative accommodation because we could not tolerate the heat any longer. Before we told the landlady that we were leaving she approached us and asked up to move rooms in two days time, so she could install air conditioning in the room, and then we could move back into it. We then let her know we were leaving after night two out of nine. She told us we would not be receiving a refund. We asked is it possible for even a partial refund as we would be leaving seven nights in advance. She gave us a bulnt no. She did inform us that they will be putting in the ac and that we could come back when it was installed.
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - lovely owner, very clean and good location nothing
- Lars (10/5): Perfect location and lovely hosts - Amazing hosts
Great location
Nice rooms.
- William (5/5): Overall, it's not the most comfortable, but is fine for a night or 2 if you need a place to stay. - My husband and I stayed 4 nights here. The owners were lovely and helpful. However, the room had no windows which made it feel like a basement, this also was very dark during multiple power cuts. There was a shared kitchen which we used, it had basic cooking tools and a fridge. The entry way had 2 leaner tables with stools which was helpful, especially because we work remotely. With power cuts however, we did need to go to a near by cafe to continue working. The location is close to the main road with shops and cafes perfect for tourists. The walk to and from the accommodation is less than ideal however, especially when it is raining, they have now also added a sign so it is a lot easier to find now. Stated above.
- Rey (10/5): It was great - Location is accessible. Owner is accommodating. Highly recommended. None
- Roos (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay!! Perfect location just off the main road but it's still quiet.
Cris and Chris are so so so nice and helpful!
We will definitely stay here again.
- Chiara (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, very nice and clean room. I loved the possibility of having the kitchen to buy fruit for breakfast.
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional - Chris is such an incredible host, both Chris’s haha I felt like I was home. Very comfortable place to stay. Thank you for being so kind and hospitable!
- Athina (10/5): Exceptional - Right in the middle of things but still in a very nice and quiet area away from the noise. The whole place is spotless clean and also has a little kitchen with everything you might need. Water refills are always a bonus!
And Kris and Kris (!) are always ready to help with anything!
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Lizzie (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Great stay on a beautiful island - Very accommodating and lovely owners
- Thibaut (10/5): My best stay in the Philippines - I really like the place everything is newly renovated, clean and really cosy. The hot shower is the best I had during my stay in the Philippines. The kitchen is also fully equipped. I felt really welcomed by the owners. The main street is a few meters away, perfect to get to the shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. It's really so convenient. Honestly, it is the best hotel I stay in after 3 weeks travelling in the Philippines.
