• Baruch (1/5): Don't fall for the images in the listing - Location. Mold in the bathroom, old and poorly maintained apartment, stained towels, very small and unequipped kitchen, misleading listing images and description.

• Werner (6/5): - Location is excellent and in walking distance from almost every attraction. Kitchen is not the best. No microwave and nothing to wash dishes etc with. TV was not working. Shower in the last bathroom is leaking and the whole floor was under water after a shower. Overall, everything in the house seems dated and a bit rundown.

• Sergey (6/5): - Идеально для тех, кто без машины. С парковками просто очень большие проблемы. Либо где-то парковаться в 10 минутах. Суперский хозяин Александр, очень располагающий, заботливый, милый ресторанчик внизу. Аппартаменты уже повидали свое. Когда-то это был просто крутой уровень, но за его состоянием надо следить. Сколотые плитки, ушатанная мебель, дырявый диван, грязные полотенца. За 200$ за ночь ожидаешь более высокого уровня

• Eran (9/5): - דירה גדולה ומרוהטת, כוללת 4 חדרי שינה (שניים ממוזגים), מזגן עוצמתי גם בסלון/מטבח. מיקום מרכזי מאוד בין העיר העתיקה לחדשה. מתאים לשומרי שבת. 2 מקלחות ומכונת כביסה. בעל הבית נחמד וזמין המטבח קטן ומאובזר באופן בסיסי בלבד (אין תנור), בימי הקיץ חמים צריך לקחת בחשבון שלא כל חדרי השינה ממוזגים. אין חנייה בסביבה הקרובה.

Very good host always responsive and helpful. The washing machine was broken on our arrival, but we understand it might happen. Overall all good.

• Oskars (7/5): Not worth the price - Great location. Hospitality. Spaceous apartment. Fast communication Sheets were with stains (see pictures), one of the shower cabins were leaking, another shower was completely destroyed. Black mold in the shower cabins (which is dangerous for your health). Blanket were without sheets. And there was also mosquitos in the apartment. Pillows were so big that there were not enough leg room (I'm 175cm). I give this place 7 out of 10 only for the location and nice host.

• Kolesnik (1/5): Bad experience! - Nothing. It was very stressful experience. The property we booked wasn’t available. Host took us to other apartment he owns 300m away from the original place we booked by foot with kids and bags. Which was lower quality and dirty. Bed sheets were not clean, and he said he will send someone to replace dirty sheets, but he never did. Host was very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend to anyone as you may get into similar situation. Please be aware pictures on the booking website may not be actual apartments you will stay in. He also rounded the amount we owed for apartment, so we ended up paying more than what was listed in the booking. Poor customer service. Return key was also hassle as we have to drop them at his other apartment 300m walking thru narrow streets or 10 min drive on the car around..I would avoid at all cost such place, especially when you have a large family and kids.
• Hans (10/5): Great stay in the heart of the city! - Amazing location, spacious appartment with a cosy garden and a great host who was always there for us!!!! Alex also offered us some great trips and took us to a different places to experience the local culture and to enjoy the countryside. In addition you can taste the local cusine at host’ restaurant which is located in the same building. Outside cats noises at night ;-)

• Ondřej (10/5): The best place I was staying in during my stay in Georgia. Next time I Won't miss this place! - Host Alex was super kind and reliable. We were also offered to join dinner in his restaurant which was perfect. All the parts of appartment was so comfy and clean.

• Handenur (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect. The hotel so near to the freedom square. You can walk everywhere. Aleks and manager both were very helpfull and polite. They made traditional food for us. They have very good wine in their restaurant. On the last day our flight was canceled and we stayed one more night and they gave us a discount. Thank you for everything. We will be back! :) We didn’t want to leave.

The underfloor heating is amazing and we had hot showers. The property is hard to find on taxi apps ... We used directions to a bookstore nearby. The property is a little dated.

Fantastic owner who welcomed us with genuine hospitality and took good care of us during our stay. Great communication, and all our requests addressed in minutes. Small restaurant downstairs with wine tasting and delicious food. Could not ask for a better place for our week-long stay. Will be back! We didn’t want to leave!
