• Giacomo (7/5): Posizione comoda, a pochi passi dal centro città. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente. - La disposizione interna è molto comoda. C'era puzza nel bagno e puzza di fumo sulle scale.

• Andjela (5/5): - We really liked the apartment’s layout and location. Everything was nicely arranged, and the space was well organized. We also appreciated that there were already many useful items inside, which made our stay more convenient and comfortable. Very poor experience – I do not recommend this place. We stayed in this apartment in Ljubljana and unfortunately experienced a series of unpleasant issues. First of all, the water was cut off several times during our stay, which is already a major inconvenience. However, what disappointed us the most was the condition of the apartment itself – it was extremely dirty. There were leftovers in the bathroom trash bin, and we even found a piece of a knife or scalpel (!) on the floor, which is both unhygienic and dangerous. When we reported all of this, we were offered only a 15% discount, which we find completely unacceptable given the circumstances. Such behavior shows a total lack of responsibility towards guests. For all these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation. There are many cleaner and better options in Ljubljana where basic hygiene standards are respected and guests are treated with care.
• Barbara (10/5): - La struttura è situata in una posizione ottimale. Si trova in pieno centro, vicinissima a tutto! L’appartamento era molto accogliente, arredato benissimo e soprattutto veramente pulito. Lo staff sempre presente per ogni richiesta. Veramente consigliato!
• Jens (7/5): - Location, quality, cleanliness, supermarket next door, restaurants and river nearby Pictures of two apartments are mixed in the advertisement - unclear what you get. Causes confusion at check-in - which for is yours (this was spelled out but only in one somewhat hidden place). On days the grocery store was open, drunkards/beggers were very loud and rude right in front of the apartment until about 10-11pm, even banging at the windows/door.

• Elena (9/5): nice central flat in Ljubljana - convenient location walking distance to the centre very nice and spacious studio apartment ease of checkin and checkout infrared sauna is a real treat :) - the coffee machine - the noise from people hanging out and smoking in front of the flat - the windows are not opening or at least I didn't see a way to open them, and fresh air is a bit of an issue

Beide Safes konnten mit den Check-In-Instruktionen geöffnet werden, einer enthielt Schlüssel für beide Wohnungen. - Hellhörig: Geräusche, wie Schritte aus der anderen Wohnung oder Musik von draußen konnten wir deutlich wahrnehmen. - Vorhänge dunkelten auch nachts nicht ausreichend ab

Also, I booked the stay for 4 people and only one bed had sheets and everything while the other one was a sofa bed with absolutely no sheets or pillows. We opened a small closet and found one bedsheet to put on it and nothing else.had to use the “pillows” of the sofa as pillows with no pillowcases and there were no blankets. Not happy at all about the stay. The owner is impossible to contact during the stay, he only answers before the stay because of the payment but while we were there he was unreachable. Not happy about the experience and would not recommend
• Hubert (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut Parkhaus ist in der Nähe -kostenpflichtig Ausstattung des Appartments ist gut Wir haben für4 Personen gebucht aber nur 2 Bettwäsche gehabt Ich habe versucht über die App (die man zuerst runterladen muss um überhaupt einchecken zu können) Kontakt aufzunehmen War aber unmöglich da es nur KI generierte Antworten gibt die nicht mal ansatzweise helfen oder in verständlichen Sätzen antworten Wir hatten also für die 2 Nächte nur 2x Bettwäsche für 4 Personen!!!! Auch im Nachhinein hat sich niemand gemeldet Daher nicht empfehlenswert!!

• Lucas (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Lage dieser Unterkunft war für unseren Aufenthalt in Ljublijana perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum der Stadt weg. Der Eingang war ebenerdig - heisst also rollstuhlgängig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem. Die vorhandene Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir würden aber bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt gerne wieder hier übernachten. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Am ersten und zweiten Tag wurde irgendwo im Haus gearbeitet, was sich in Baulärm im Zimmer niederschlug. Zum Glück aber nur tagsüber, wo wir eh meist unterwegs waren. Und es ist anzunehmen, dass dies nur vorübergehend so war, dass das künftig also nicht mehr stören wird. Für den Check-In muss eine separate App heruntergeladen werden. Sämtliche Kommunikation läuft dann darüber. Einen persönlichen Austausch gibt es nicht. Auf eine Anfrage betreffend Parkplatz (auf den ich in eben dieser App aufmerksam gemacht wurde) wurde ich nur wieder an die App verwiesen. Die Frage blieb also unbeantwortet und wir haben uns schlussendlich selbst umgesehen und eine für uns passende Lösung im Parkhaus Kongressplatz (Parkirna hiša Kongresni trg), nur wenige Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, gefunden.

• Jana (1/5): Cannot recommend – felt unsafe and uncomfortable - The apartment looked modern and was nicely decorated. I appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, the in-unit washing machine (useful for longer stays), and the many shops and supermarkets nearby. The location was convenient for accessing the city. I originally booked this apartment from May 20 to June 3, but I rescheduled my flight already on May 22 and left early on the morning of May 24 because I felt completely unsafe. Every day, from morning until evening, at least one but mostly a group of intoxicated men gathered right outside the entrance, drinking, smoking, and loitering. Several times they harassed me as I was leaving or entering the apartment, which made me feel deeply unsafe. The apartment is located at street level with large glass windows, and the two entrance doors (one glass, one a thin sliding door) offered no real protection or privacy. As a solo female traveler, this was a very distressing situation. In addition, the apartment is located directly next to a supermarket's delivery entrance. Starting around 5 a.m., there was constant loud noise from metal trolleys being moved around – sleeping was nearly impossible. When I raised my concerns with the hosts, I received a dismissive response stating that Slovenia is a safe country. This felt like a slap in the face and very unprofessional. Regarding the apartment itself: while it looks stylish at first glance, it lacks many basics that would make it functional or comfortable for a longer stay. For example, there were no coat hooks, no pan to cook with, and only a single small coffee cup – overall, it could be more cozy and well-equipped. I was offered no refund or compensation despite leaving well before my original check-out date and given the above circumstances. I would not book this place again – and strongly advise solo travelers to stay elsewhere.

• Evelin (1/5): I don't recommend it - Good location Dissatisfied, when we arrived the bathroom was dirty and covered it took 2 days to go fix it, the person who went to fix it fie around 8 am never warned that I was going I was sleeping when I opened my eyes this person is there without warning or anything did not knock on the door he just put the code and entered the apartment a lack of respect and the deposit 120 euros they never returned them go more than 8 days and no one is responsible, so I wouldn't recommend this place

• Vrandecic (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great, in a nice location, with a comfy bed and even a Swedish sauna. In order to get a key, we had to register via some app, pay a couple of extra fees we didn't know about and on top of that had to pay a security deposit of 120 eur, otherwise, we would be left locked out. The security deposit was refunded five days after our stay ended.

• Katinka (9/5): Good apartment, great location - Good shower, good bed, friendly owners and very spacious apartment. And a sauna which was very nice after a long cold day in Ljubljana it would be practical to put up some hooks or coat hangers: near the door, in the bathroom, next to the bed.
