KAROLINA (10/5): - Gospodin Rudi je pristojan i gostoljubiv, apartman je bio čist, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće.
Petr (8/5): - It is really near by the sea. There is only one AC for both room. It is not easy to get the temperature down. Equipment is older, but owner is very nice and ready to help. Price / quallity is Superb.
Skirius (1/5): sąvininkas mūsų neapgyvendino nes neturėjo kur apgyvendinti 5 asmenų, nors užsakyme pažymėjome 5 asm - Mes atvykome šeima 5 asmenys, 3 suaugę 2 nepilnamečiai vaikai, mūsų neapgyvendino, nes nebuvo pasiruošęs šeimininmas priimti ir apgyvendinti 5 asmenų. Nors užsakyme buvome aiškiai nurodę, kad bus 5 asmenys. Kambaryje tvyrojo blogas kvapas, visur nešvara ir netvarka, kambaryje sudėta neveikianti buitinė technika, kažkokie daigtai, terasa netvarkinga. Jau buvo vėlus vakaras, turėjome skubiai ieškoti kur apsigyventi. Nuskaičiavo už nakvyne, ir negrąžino pinigų nors mes ten negyvenome, nes nebuvo 5 asmenims kur miegoti. Melagis, ir apgavikas savininkas. Nesinomuokite jei nenorite būti, apgauti.

Jacek (1/5): Beware of fraud! Avoid at all cost! - This is the first time I have encountered such a bad owner. Staying in this place cost me a lot of nerves, money and wasted time and the owner turned out to be a greedy fraudster. Long story short. After arriving at the place, it turned out that the apartment was in a very poor technical condition and different from the one presented in the pictures. The owner, after accepting the complaint, agreed to cancel the reservation. Communication turned out to be a nightmare, the owner stopped answering the phone, it turned out that although I bought the holiday through booking.com there is another agent, the Direct Booker agency. Nobody feels responsible for anything. On the way back I decided to visit this place again to talk to the owner again. He was not happy, he said that he had costs and he would not cancel the reservation despite his previous words unless I paid him 150 euros in compensation. He took the money, sent an email to his agent (Direct Booker) canceling the reservation in front of me, only to reverse his decision shortly after I left. The case in the end will be send to a police, and to the booking.com; for a first time I was so disfatified from booking my holidays here
Kitti (3/5): Poor - Good licatin We were waiting for hours until the host arrived to the property. The hosts mobile was switched off. Another hungarian family arrived on the same day and they could not reach the host. The bed smelt urinated . Walls were a bit dirty, the towels looked over used. Only one role of toilet paper was provided for a family of five for two days.
Buyakub (1/5): Bad - Nothing, and I didn't sleep there, I took my family and we left at 10:30 PM in the night because the place wasn't save for us Very Old No Wifi No Mobile Connection Furniture are very Old (bed, Sofa , bedsheets and Pillow's). Not Save
Szilvia (7/5): Good - Quiet location, owner is welcoming and helpful, the sea is very close - 3 minutes walk -, it was not in the description but our apartment had a washing machine and a dishwasher, double bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, outdoor sitting area /terrace is very big and relaxing Sofa bed and camp bed was very uncomfortable, towels were one per person and ever so small, the apartment was a bit small for 5 people and outdated.
Nur (1/5): This property should be removed from the website. It's not suitable for living - Location Property old, run down,dark and creepy Lights on the ceiling broken. Sofa bed was broken. When pointed out to the owner,he said no problem you're staying only one night. Sink tab broke off. AC didn't work properly. Towels and duvet covers were washed but they have been at least 40 years in use. Pillows and duvets had a horrible stench. Better off sleeping on the beach
Andreja (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and hospitable host, beautiful corners by the sea, and above all, no crowds. The apartment is close to the beach, and the shop and restaurant are in the nearby town of Klenovica, which is about a 20-minute walk away. I recommend it to lovers of peaceful holidays. I'm glad I found a location that I will definitely return to!
