- Antonella (7/5): - Vicino alla stazione Sugamo Difficoltà nel fare check in e soprattutto al momento della prenotazione il prezzo era di 120 euro e dopo aver effettuato il pagamento sono stati scalati 159 euro. Sarebbe meglio dire prima del pagamento i costi aggiuntivi e non dopo aver dato conferma senza poi poter annullare.

- ruby (10/5): - It was a wonderful place to stay as a solo foreigner traveller. I liked that it had all facilities such as Lift, kitchen facilities and dinning facilities. And i got a comfortable and cozy place to relax and explore surroundings.
- さぁにゃん (5/5): 清潔さが足りない。 - 駅やコンビニが近く、立地は良いです。 部屋が狭く、天井が低く、照明が暗いので圧迫感が凄いです。 シャワーカーテンの長さが足りておらず(恐らくカビが生えた下の方を切った？)終始風圧で身体に貼り付き、トイレ側にも大量に水が行くのでユニットバスの床はびちゃびちゃになります。 １階のエントランスはいつも開けっ放しで防犯面が少し心配です。 我が家以外の宿泊者は外国人しかいないようでした。 部屋は埃っぽいです。 シーツも洗ってるかどうか… テレビも小さ過ぎる。 床に敷くマットレスはペラペラで二枚重ねても快適には寝れない。 また泊まりたいと思うホテルではありませんでした。

- Nuri (8/5): Very good - it is close to the station, there is elevator, microwave for together. all the facilities are complete. eventhough no staff but the admin is very responsive this hotel is no staff hotel, so we can not store our luggage before check in. but, the allow us put our luggage after 12 am, and check in to the room, but with the condition that the room still be cleaned yet. there is a few stairs before entering the door hotel, if you have big heavy luggage please be prepared.
- Drew (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Recommend - Location was great, 3 min walk from Sugamo station which is on the yamanote line so easy to travel around Tokyo. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby so very convenient. Vending machines in the building and coin laundry in the basement. Owner was attentive and answered all of our questions. The bathroom was abit dirty. Couldn’t figure out the aircon or it didn’t go below 18° so the room was very hot.

- William (6/5): Pleasant - It’s practically next to Sugamo Station. There’s an elevator and lobby/waiting space. I don’t usually complain about cleanliness but some parts like the wardrobe and back of the sink are really dusty and the aircon definitely needs cleaning. Also I found this bug twice. Also the wi-fi seems to be limited which might be a factor if you plan to work/stream there.

- Mathieu (7/5): A confortable and calm place if you want to stay one or two nights. - The place is very calm. The room and bathroom is clean and there is microwaves outside the rooms. Before arriving, I recieved a mail saying that I had to take my own thermometer to input my temperature for the check-in. I had to buy a new one because I didn't plan to take a thermometer for my trip. But temperature wasn't even needed for the check-in, so I bought one for nothing... There were also no hotplates in my room, even though it was indicated that there were a kitchen in the room. It didn't bother me personally, but it can be troublesome for people planning to cook in their room.

- Sanjay (1/5): DO NOT STAY - Nothing DO NOT STAY!! They will not help you with anything, there is no staff present, you must do everything yourself. BOOKING.COM will not help and the staff on the phone are rude. They scam you with a huge hidden cleaning fee. The doors are misaligned and very difficult to open, huge fire hazard. The airconditioners are not cleaned and filthy.

- Steef (2/5): I would pay little higher just to get better facilities, this is just not acceptable - close to station - smelly bathroom - dirty lift - noisy exhaust and heater - only towels were provided, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, not even complementary water how expensive couple of bottles water can be. - the toilet sprays were weak or not working properly - drain was kinda clogged up on wastafel
