• Marta (9/5): - Appartamento grande, con due bagni di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio, arredato con estrema cura e buon gusto. Davvero bello. Stanza da letto meravigliosa e letto davvero comodo. Zona comodissima giusto a due passi da locali, ristoranti e bar, ma giusto giusto due vie indietro rispetto alla confusione notturna. Perfetto. Peccato avere l’acqua calda limitata perché avendo la vasca idromassaggio non è sufficiente a riempirla tutta. Il sistema di riscaldamento è abbastanza rumoroso ma sopportabile. Non ci sono punti di luce naturale a parte la vetrata in entrata. Recensione onesta nel bene e nel “male” ma nel complesso posso dire che consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

• SylvieL (8/5): Très bon séjour malgré de nombreux détails à améliorer. - L'espace, l'originalité, la déco incroyable. La baignoire balnéo parfaite ( il ne faut juste pas trop la remplir sinon pas assez d'eau chaude) La rue calme. La literie. La gestion, ça pourrait être un appartement de grand luxe mais il manque des choses basiques et vu les commentaires précédents ça ne date pas d'hier ( Torchon, liquide vaisselle, verres à vin), vaisselle cassée, ampoules manquantes, portes qui ne fonctionnent pas) alors que certaines pièces de déco valent sûrement plusieurs milliers d'euros!!! L'insonorisation, gros point noir ! Bruits de l'immeuble très gênants. Info importante à savoir : la porte d'entrée s'ouvre grâce à un verrou intérieur, il faut forcer sur la clé pour le débloquer et trouver le bon axe. Une fois qu'on a pris le coup, ça va mais à l'arrivée on s'est retrouvé bloqués à l'extérieur et guidés à l'envers par le contact de l'agence.

Porte de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas Canapé lit inutilisable en lit, donc i annonce n est pas conforme. Nous ne pouvons dormir qu à deux et en couple.

• Timothy (2/5): If your looking for a dirty, dusty and smoking rundown apartment this is the one's for you! - The location was good. The place is in disrepair very dirty, very dusty, moldy and worst of all people have been smoking in an apartment which has NO windows for ventilation so everything stinks badly to the point its uncomfortable. We found a used smashed ash tray and crushed cans of beer and redbull under the sofa bed when "trying" to put it togather. The owners where aware of our party size they should have made up the sofa bed and they would of discovered the mess within. After seeing the images on booking.com and else where your expectations are high but upon arrival you realise these images are very misleading as this apartment has not been cleaned or up kept properly for years. Everything is damaged and dirty, windows dirty, couches stain dirty, walls dirty and damaged, mold in both showers and on the tiles, we had 3 people in our group so the sofa bed was important. The sofa bed is held together with a chain (I now see other have mentioned this in there reviews, I wish I paid more close attention to them before booking) and is broken and badly stain. We had to stuff things under it so that it would not collapse in the night. Almost all the cupboard and doors are broken and the kettle is missing, DO NOT close the heavy sliding glass doors to the toilets as they easily come off there roles (or are off) and are extremely dangerous being heavy glass, one of our group was stuck in the tolite area for almost an hour just because she wanted to close the door to the toilet. We had issues with ants, cockroaches and mosquito's which is not a huge issue for us as we are Australian but I think if the cleanliness was better they would not be there. I did reach out to the owner and spent sometime speaking with them via whatsapp, was a pointless waste of time it's clear they are aware of all the issues and are unwilling or unable to get the place up to standard which is a shame as this would of been a fantastic stay should this place have been cleaned and in good repair.

• Echo (10/5): Luxury and space - Lots of space. Unique and high quality renovation and decor. High quality king size bed. The hosts were very responsive.
• Anna (7/5): Spacious, but not enough hot water - The apartment is incredibly spacious. It is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is central, and you can walk to most major attractions. The customer service staff was rude when we called to ask for instructions on arrival. The apartment wasn't ready on time. We waited outside for half an hour. There was not enough hot water to have a shower. Forget the bath! You wouldn't fill it 1/5 with hot water. No essentials like hand soap or tea bags.
