• Rico (8/5): Goed - De ligging en het was schoon. Moeilijk contact te krijgen met de contactpersoon van de accommodatie. Bij het uiteindelijke contact ging het prima.

• NADINE (4/5): Good place near to the Antwerpen Station, bedrooms big enough but corridor very smelly. - The place is near the station, close to everything Easy to get around. The place is dirty, the corridor is very smelly The lift stop working. We had to go up by stairs which is unsafe and narrowed. With a special need child was so hard.

Par contre il est utile de préciser que si vous venez en véhicule il faut enregistrer son véhicule sur le site de zones de basses émissions à savoir www.sna.be/fr/LEZ pour éviter une amende de 150€ ! Le numéro du digicode pour accéder au logement était erroné, difficultés pour avoir quelqu'un qui comprenne notre problème en français. Le logement était au 4ème étage et l'ascenseur était en panne depuis le 10/11/2025 et personne ne nous avait prévenu alors que nous avions une personne ayant des difficultés pour marcher. L'interrupteur de la salle de bain était défaillant et la lumière ne pouvait pas s'éteindre.

Горячая вода есть, стиральная сушильная машина тоже. Необходимое в наличии. Апартаменты располагаются в еврейском квартале, на улицах спокойно, можно гулять вечером. Депозит полностью вернули, все честно. Не работает лифт. Необходимо учесть, что подъем предстоит на 4 этаж по очень узкой и крутой лестнице.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione e' comoda per raggiungere il centro citta' ( metro a pochi metri ) Purtroppo l ascensore era rotto durante il soggiorno e avendo valigie pesanti abbiamo dovuto raggiungere il secondo piano attraverso una scala a chiocciola non proprio comodissima. Ottima comunicazione con la struttura che ha risposto prontamente alle nostre domande.

• Coco (3/5): Gehorig en een koude douche - De locatie en de Hongaarse winkel onder het appartement Toen we aankwamen stonk het heel erg naar riool. Toen we vrijdagavond thuis kwamen, van een gezellig avondje borrelen. Stond er een ander gezin voor de deur, die schijnbaar hetzelfde appartement hadden geboekt. We vergeleken onze boekingen met elkaar en er stond hetzelfde, er was dus een dubbele boeking. Ze hadden de politie gebeld en die stonden toen midden in de nacht in ons appartement. Dit had ik laten weten aan de verhuurder, daar kon geen excuus vanaf. Terwijl wij daardoor een gebroken nacht hadden. Daarnaast is het ontzettend gehorig, je hoort alles wat buiten onder en boven je gebeurt. Dus neem zeker oordoppen mee als je ook een goede nachtrust wil. Op zondagochtend wilde we lekker douchen voor ons vertrek. Maar er was alleen maar ijskoud water.. dus we konden niet fris terug naar huis.

• Frans (7/5): Prima voor een kort verblijf met een grotere groep. - We kregen een vervangend appartement ivm een kapotte verwarming. Was redelijk dicht bij en ook handig vlakbij een supermarkt. We kregen een vervangend appartement. Redelijk dicht bij, echter zonder een twee persoonsbed. Het stapelbed kraakte heel erg, geen theedoek aanwezig voor de vaat. Aan de voorkant was het gehorig. De scchoonmakers stonden klokslag 10.00 daar en dat kwam niet echt gastvrij over.

• Mehmet Şahin (6/5): - Konumu iyi şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde otopark ise sokak üzerinde bulunabilir. Tren istasyonu yakını ve çok gürültülü ayrıca ev sahibi bizden 200 Euro depozito talep etti. Mecburen ödemek zorunda kaldık ve çıkarken geri ödedi, böyle bir uygulama yok bu konu dikkate alınmalı.

• Jessica (2/5): - La distancia al centro Fue una experiencia mala,la entrada al apartamento es lamentable,tiene una escalera de caracol muy estrecha y pequeña la cual cosa te dificulta el acceso si vas con maletas ,cuando lleguemos por la noche la gente de arriba de otro apartamento alquilado también ,había montado una fiesta,la música super fuerte,gritos y golpes ,encima no se que habían tirado en esa escalera que tan dificultosa,era como aceite que 3 de nosotros nos caímos al bajar y otro se resbaló al subir ,intenté ponerme en contacto con la anfitrióna pero contesto al día siguiente que nos íbamos ya,no pudimos dormir en toda la noche de la fiesta que había montada...no volvería ni recomendaría este apartamento a nadie,por ese precio no cumple ni con la calidad ni con nada ,el labavo está separado la ducha estaba muy bien pero el lavabo parecía que se caía a cachos...la anfitrióna solo nos dijo que le dijeramos en qué apartamento era la fiesta ,pero nada más . Resumen paguemos para no poder dormir y caernos por esas escaleras

• Bolivar (5/5): - No había aire acondicionado, no está bien que pidan un depósito por adelantado porque normalmente las personas que viajamos vamos con el dinero justo para las estadías , había mosquitos en la habitación.
• Mariló (6/5): Cerca de la estacion - Piso muy grande y al lado de la estación. Ademas estaba muy limpio Te piden un deposito de 200€ por transferencia, cuando te lo envian parece una estafa. Además, lo hacen cuando ha pasado el periodo de cancelación gratuita. Eso fue un estrés. Nos dijeron que podíamos dejar las maletas sin problema antes de la hora del check in. Cuando llegamos estaba una mujer limpiadora que solo hablaba ruso muy antipática. Nos montó una bronca horrible en su idioma ya que no hablaba nada de ingles o francés.

Merdivenler çok dar idi. İnsan çıkmakta zorlanıyordu. Valiz büyük ise merdivenlerden çıkamazsınız. En büyük problem depozito. Depozitoyu alırken banka problemi çıktı. 85 Euro zararım oldu. Evi kiralarken bunu göz önünde bulundurun.
• Whiz (10/5): It was great - The living room is spacious, featuring a TV and Wi-Fi. All my friends connected their phones, making our stay enjoyable. The corridor is somewhat difficult to navigate with stairs, but they also have an elevator. So far, that's the only aspect I didn't like.

• steven (7/5): - Groot appartement met veel slaapkamers...hier kan je met 10 mensen verblijven. Moeilijke draaitrap . De vloer kraakt hard...alsook de vloer van de bovenappartementen ( dit is storend) Het appartement boven ons werd er ook veel lawaai gemaakt rond 5 uur s'morgens .

Det tog 5 dage, inden depositum blev refunderet, og kun efter jeg skrev til kundeservice. Alle senge var køjesenge, i alt 10 på 2 soveværelser. Trappen op til 3e etage var meget smal, svært at gå op og ned med en taske.

A couple of good groceries nearby. The apartment is in the 4th floor. There is a cramped 3-person elevator, but otherwise, it’s a cramped spiral staircase.

• Kristin (4/5): Ok but keep in mind... - We liked how big the place was. There was one bathroom for such a big place, which didn't make sense when there are so many guests and beds. Also, the elevator didn't work well and was only for 1 person and 1 luggage. Additionally, the spiral stairwell was dangerous and not suitable for elderly people or children. What would happen if there were a fire!?

• Andrey (8/5): Very good - First of all, I want to thank Tanya for her hospitality. The apartments themselves are very long. In general, they have everything you need to stay for a few days. There is a store nearby and a train station within walking distance. The metro station and the center are also nearby. Part of the apartment overlooks the railway tracks. It can be noisy in the morning.

• Kim (2/5): I knew it was too good to be true. Rotting meat and maggots in the room! - Good shower Unbelievable, but there was raw meat on top of the wardrobe in the bedroom. Probably a bad joke by someone, but the result for us was an intense smell of rotting meat combined with a fair amount of maggots. That means you really don't want to sleep in that room, where there were 4 beds. And then you let the owner of the apartment know and they offer a refund of €30,-. No more communication or any other compensation, even if it is in the form of an apology. Very disappointing.

• Irving (1/5): BEWARE STAY AWAY. THEY RUINED OUR STAY AND KEPT OUR MONEY. - n/a STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I booked this apartment for 6 people on Feb 27, 2025. Our check in date was supposed to be March 6th through March 7th. I booked the reservation with a debit card from my business account. Upon arrival on March 6th we could not gain access. We spoke to the representative from Simeon Apartments three times while standing out front. They wanted to collect 215.00 Euro from us. 15.00 for city tax and 200.00 for a deposit. They asked us to bank wire the money or use PayPal friends and family. They already had my card from the original booking on Feb 27th. They denied our stay, kept our money and marked us as a no-show. NO REFUND. Now, they refuse to answer any calls or provide a refund. How can I go to a bank that I'm not a member of and wire money to someone I dont know. I also do not have PayPal nor did anyone in our group. We had to stay down the street at another location. Keep in mind we had 6 people with 3 bags each(18 total). We were on tour 7 countries in 10 days. Anytime someone asks you to wire money and they have a card on file is a red flag. We even offered to pay the 215.00 Euro cash. Someone would have to meet us there. The snag was we were checking out at 7 AM and the woman told us we could not get our deposit back at that time.
