• Juan (9/5): Cómodo y acogedor. Limpio y ordenado. - Nos dejaron un detalle para el desayuno que se agradece bastante, entre ellos cápsulas de café y galletas. Estaba todo muy limpio. Apartamento luminoso y cómodo. El apartamento presenta aire acondicionado en el salón y habitación. Faltaba un microondas para facilitar la cocina de alimentos. No se nos avisó en la reserva de que era necesario abonar la tasa de turismo.

Abbiamo avuto con estrema precisione tutte le indicazioni necessarie alla sistemazione da parte del gentilissimo Mirko. La casa è nuovissima, pulitissima, accogliente e silenziosa. L' aria condizionata efficiente, è stata fondamentale. La casa è situata in una posizione ottimale per visitare Cagliari Consigliatissima
• ROMANLAVROV (9/5): - удобное дистанционное управление, комфортная кровать, кухня с оборудованием и все самое необходимое есть.Недалеко макдональдс-можно поесть ночью, магазин -на машине 10 минут..в целом отлично, если цена Вас устраивает надо смазать замок(плохо крутится ключ), надо обязательно почистить химией диван в гостиной(смотрится очень небрежно)..все впечатление испортил диван...чувство брезгливости придал....нет окна в малой спальне(ну это и не страшно)

• elena (10/5): - Appartamento molto comodo per arrivi e partenze per l'aeroporto di cagliari anche ad orari scomodi grazie al self check in. Appartamento nuovo e molto pulito, dotato di tutto con posto auto privato. Molto apprezzato aver trovato acqua fresca in frigo, caffe' e snack di benvenuto.

• Alena (10/5): Good apartment not far from airport - We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The host was very friendly. The check-in instructions were very clear and the parking space was also a plus. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and it is also convenient to get to the airport (about 10-15 minutes by car) The apartment has very good audibility - you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking, jumping and even talking. Also, the neighbors' dogs kept us awake, barking half the night. The shower was also a bit uncomfortable, small in size, which is why it leaked easily.

• Izabela (9/5): Superb - Very nice, clean and new apartment. Great contact with the host and the possibility of checking in late in the evening. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay the lack of a window in one of the bedrooms may be inconvenient.
• Kathy (10/5): We would definitely recommend staying here. We were only there for one night but could have easily stayed longer, it was - It was lovely, and only about a 15 minute easy drive to the airport. The apartment also seems to be brand new so everything worked, so it wasn’t old and dated. The owner has taken extra care in making sure that everything you need is there it was great. There was even a washing machine which we never used so it may have been a clothes dryer too… I’m not sure. There was various pots and pans and crockery, glasses etc. plus also a coffee maker that takes pods (they even provided 4, for our use. The bed was super comfortable too and we had a great nights sleep. Shower was excellent with good water pressure. Excellent WiFi connection too. A full fridge freezer was there too.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but the apartment was fully equipped and had everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. The instructions from Mirko (the host) were very clear and was at our disposal at all time. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Less than 10 minutes away from the Airport!

• Sebnem (10/5): It was really clean - It was a very clean apartment. It was large, spacious and comfortable. It also had a private parking lot. Fast wifi. There was also a beach umbrella.

Is is just as the pictures 👌🏻👍🏻 It was a little hard finding the apartment at first, and you need to have a car to get around easily (or st least we had a car which was very useful).
