- Caterina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean and lovely! We were told we couldn't check in at noon because other guests were leaving at 10 and the hosts needed time to clean which was no problem for us at all. Then the host texted us at noon that the place was ready, so it was very nice surprise that they accommodated us regardless! The hosts were also very kind and responsive, and check in and check out were smooth. The location is also perfect--it's very close to the bus/train station as well as the historic center.
