• Zuzana (6/5): Čistý byt s moderným zariadením, avšak vlhký, tmavý a studený byt - Ubytovanie bolo čisté a moderne zariadené. Lokalita bola perfektná, blízko centra Byt bol tmavý, chladný a vhlký. Jedinou alternatívou kúrenia bola klimatizácia. Sprchový kút bol slabo utesnený a pri sprchovaní vznikla v kúpeľni potopa. Matrac jednolôžkovej postele by si zaslúžil výmenu.

The accommodation itself is beautiful—very well designed, with top-quality furnishings and amazingly comfortable mattresses. The attention to detail is truly 5-star. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to the old town and about 10 minutes to the city center. Highly recommend! Nothing

• Aleksandra (1/5): - The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the utility area under the stairs. There's no natural light, and the windows overlook the room under the stairs. Zero natural light, zero fresh air. Even if you open the window, there's no light. The apartment itself smells musty and unpleasant. Because the windows don't have access to fresh air, the unpleasant smell lingers. And now for the most important thing... cockroaches and ants. After checking in around 10:00 PM, we entered the apartment and were greeted by a 5-6 cm cockroach scurrying around the bedroom and a swarm of ants. It's absolutely absurd. I asked the owner to call me, but she said she could only communicate with me via WhatsApp. An elderly gentleman came in and chased the cockroach away for 20 minutes and poured chemicals all over the apartment, along the baseboards. My child and I had to leave for an hour after 10:00 PM because the smell of chemicals in the apartment was unbearable. In front of the apartment, there's a spot on the street near a sewage manhole that's infested with cockroaches. The owner knows about it and pretends there's no problem. When I asked her how she imagined I'd go back there and sleep with my baby, she told me that such situations were giving me away and that I should calm down. These kinds of situations don't happen!!! Don't be fooled. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; the location is the only plus, and the older gentleman who manages the building. The owner herself and her attitude are very dismissive. There are cockroaches... it's hard, these kinds of situations do happen. Don't be so dramatic, just go to sleep. Never again!

• Reni (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay - Perfect location, easily reachable on foot from the main train station, a 10-minute walk to the city centre and the old town! Very nice host, always there to help in case of questions! A very cute and comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped, there was nothing that we needed and didn't have it there! The hot water from the shower was running for too short, so we had to wait till the second person takes shower, otherwise it was almost completely cold.

In order to get to the apartment, there is an additional entrance, which makes the place feel very safe and protected. The apartment itself is very cozy and very clean. It exceeded our expectations.

It's located in a very good location, convenient and nice, very well maintained building. The host is very easy to communicate with and accommodated in every way, ordered a taxi and answered all the questions. Easy to get the key. The beds are very comfy and has nice linens, There is a great shower and kitchen. I would stay when I come back for sure and will recommend to everyone.
• Alexandra (7/5): Good - Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. The apartment is small but well designed. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of towels and amenities. Good sized comfortable beds. We would like thank mister Giacomo, who was always very nice and helpful. Not enough fresh air comes inside the studio, as it is located in the inner building’s small patio, the three small windows of the studio are faced close to another building’s wall, so no fresh air is coming inside, could be a problem if you stay there in the summer. There was mold in the kitchen, so all the kitchen cabinets had that unpleasant smell of moisture / mold, including the one with the kitchen utensils. Every time you open the fridge, it is starting to make super loud sounds for hours. The owner told us the noise is temporary, but we were hearing that loud noise every day and night of our 9 nights stay there. Each time it lasts for few hours. Would be good if there was a mop or broom, especially for longer stays like ours. There were crowding ants everywhere, as the studio is on the ground floor, so make sure to cover up all your belongings, especially food. As I see the owner has edited their reply multiple times, it would have been enough to say "I'm sorry", instead of all the unnecessary explanations. So let me be more specific then. * mold due to air humidity is just an absurd, if there is fresh air in the property. I have been travelling a lot and never have to pay to stay in a room with mold, moreover with a child for 9 days, it is just unacceptable! * ants were crawling in the kitchen cabinets also in the one with the utensils. * and yes, your fridge needs to be replaced. We all have fridges you know, but usually a fridge doesn't bother your sleep. This is a problem you were aware of and assured us it is temporary. * as a conclusion, no one wants to deal with problems during holiday time, fortunately we spend 3 days of our stay at your place out of the town and had a great time.

Everything as in the pictures, very clean, comfortable bed, elegant decor, quiet and safe area. Excellent and quick contact with the owner. We felt very good, I highly recommend this apartment.

We liked everything. The only thing I would add would be a floor mop, to be used at the entrance or in the bathroom.

• Alina (6/5): the appartment is very clean and well-kept - the cleanness the proximity to the city center We have stayed three nights, during that in Bari were in the daytime 12-14 C degrees. For heating, in the apartment, is just an air conditioner, which is not enough to heat the room and the rest of the spaces for cold nights. The bathroom utilities - the hot water for the shower - was not functional for two from those three nights stayed there - a city problem. On the third night, we took a 2 minutes shower each of us, taking into consideration that the apartment has a boiler for the hot water and it ends very quickly. As a compensation for all these, in the moment of leaving, the owner tried to offer us a coffee in the city (ha ha!) or a discount for the next booking there. For sure - no, thank you! I regret choosing this acomodation taking into consideration the money spent for three nights ~ 300 euro and meantime, made that our experience in Bari to be unpleasant.

• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location for exploring the old town, great contact with the host. Freshly and carefully renovated apartment. Very well soundproofed. After closing the windows, the apartment is blissfully silent. Nice neighbors, the attraction was a turtle walking in front of the apartment door. There was only one large towel in the apartment. Be careful with the water in the shower because it likes to flow out into the bathroom. It would be nice to have ironing facilities in the apartment in the future.
