• Vito (4/5): La posizione non è tutto, qualità dei servizi pessima - La posizione centrale a due passi dalla cattedrale, quindi in ottima posizione per visitare Siviglia. Assoluta mancanza dell’host, all’arrivo nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato nella lavatrice 2 asciugamani ed il tappeto doccia sporchi bagnati e non lavati, quindi abbiamo provveduto a fare un ciclo di lavaggio. La spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti lasciata davanti la porta d’ingresso. Segnalato il problema del cattivo odore più volte all’host, la nostra richiesta è stata ignorata completamente anzi siamo stati invitati a gettare la spazzatura nel cassonetto. La casa era stata ripulita grossolanamente, quindi servizi di scarsa qualità.

• Gail (8/5): The keys were very annoying but overall very satisfied with the apartment itself. - N/A There were 4 keys to access the property, which were very difficult to use. It would be useful to mark which key fitted which door or at least put them in order of usage i.e front door, door to lobby & the 2 keys to access the apartment itself.

• Tonia (4/5): - Dicht bij alle bekende bijzonder heden, heel centraal gelegen Er was geen daglicht, geen ramen. Daardoor was benauwde het appartement.
• Kirsti (7/5): Great location, the lock made it a stressful and difficult stay. - Great loction, nice floor planning of the appartment and easy to get the keys in the beginning of our stay. The lock of the front door was very difficult to open and made the stay very uncomfortable. The lighting in the appartment was a bit harsh and not that cosy.
• Alejandra (5/5): - Excelente ubicación El baño es muy incómodo. La ducha es chica y el agua queda estancada. Aunque cierres la mampara es muy difícil mantener el piso seco. La cocina está desactualizada, la bacha es vieja y el agua queda estancada, la mesada también es vieja y esta en mal estado Llegamos en el horario del check in a las 15 hs y el departamento estaba sin preparar, sucio y con la ropa de cama y toallas de los otros inquilinos. Recién se termino de limpiar a las 17.20.
• Isabelle (4/5): Produits nocifs - Appartement magnifique et très bien situé. Mais très très gros problème de canalisations bouchées ! Impossible de rester manger à la maison, ni de se servir du lavabo ! Deux personnes sont venus avec des produits très fort pour déboucher ! Odeurs tellement forte qu'ils nous ont conseillé de mettre un masque à la maison ! Dommage car très bel endroit ! Notre séjour nous est revenu très cher car il fallait absolument manger dehors !!! Odeurs très imitant pour les yeux et la gorge !!! Grosse migraine. Inondation dans la salle de bain avec eaux usées....pas de ménage juste après le plombier ! Nous espérons un geste commercial pour nos frais supplémentaires et notre santé ! Nous étions 4 donc faîtes le compte !
• Ivor (9/5): - Kitchen where you can cook, nice bathroom and living room, spacious and clean. Very quiet. Small points, but: you're in the inside corner of a courtyard, so few small windows and quite dark inside. In winter it gets a bit too cold in the double bedroom, no heating.

• Myriam (8/5): Apartamento para tener en cuenta - La ubicación es perfecta. Justo al salir de la calle ya está la Catedral y los monumentos más importantes están a 10 minutos andando. Tanto la calle como el edificio son muy tranquilos. Me gustó el patio central con las plantas. El apartamento está equipado con el mobiliario necesario y es bastante cómodo. Por decir algo: Hay que tener la luz encendida siempre, es un poco oscuro al ser una entreplanta que da al patio central del edificio, cosa que no afecta mucho si vas a estar por el día visitando la ciudad. La ducha es un poco justa y perdía algo, pero para unos días no es tan grave la cosa.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The position of the structure is great, very close to everything. In the very center and at the same time at a quiet street. The inner yard is nice. The lack of light. It's always dark in the apartment given that it's not a semi-floor, the windows are also very small and look at the inner yard. The shower has some issues, like it looses water even if you're very carefull while taking it, the switch in the shower doesn't work well either. We didn't manage to switch on the TV as the control didn't function. When we switched on the airconditioning in the main bedroom it did smell really badly for about an hour. I'd say that some general maintainance is requested of the bathroom and the AC.
• Lesley (8/5): Clean apartment in a great location. Fairly quiet although some noise from the front door slamming. - Great central location. A toaster in the kitchen would have been nice. It was difficult to open the front door into the courtyard from the street as the key/lock was tricky to use.
• Julie (7/5): Great location to stay in a city which offers so much - The location is excellent for exploring Seville and the hosts responded quickly and fully to our requests Unfortunately it rained day and night when we were in Seville so we spend longer than usual indoors and the apartment is quite dark
