Anu (9/5): It was my first family trip to Yelagiri. The whole family enjoyed the stay. - Easy to find the place. Vey near to the main road. Easy accessibility to the main attractions near by. Very good supportive staff and good service. There was some kind of foul smell in the bathroom.

Prabu (10/5): Exceptional - Yelagiri was new to us. So when v planned the trip a month before, I was referred by booking .com with a decent rating. On reaching the venue, v all cherished the stay throughout. V got a villa type room, which had 2 rooms queen beds each, sofa, tv,ac and a very clean bathroom with heater. The management team were a family, took care of our tiny wishes also. Ex - had guava from their farm. Sweet enough for the team. Amenities were well good enough than a classical top resort . Support guy was smart enough to get all v needed. The resort is situated very close 100 m to the mangalam swamimalai trek starting point. Overall super stay . Superb for both family n individual groups. Luvd a lot No negatives

Rooms are clean and neat. Wifi is great. The location is nearby a trek spot which is an added advantage. From main road to stay the road is bad for 200m but manageable.

Charles (9/5): Excellent for family stays @ Yelagiri. - The stay was like a home away from Home. The beds were comfortable and the villa was great. Facilities were good. Breakfast options were also very good, we had live Poori and Dosa counters in the two mornings we spent here. It was value for money. The access could be a little better for vehicles. There is no road to reach this place. We need to drive very carefully on the pathway as there are large stones along the way.

Ravindran (5/5): Not worth for ur money spent - It's a new property however it's run with a non professional helpers or workers. It's like a lodge with good amenities. Since it's not handled by professional staffs, the room bed wasn't cleaned properly with lot debris etc. There is no inhouse kitchen and proper cook or chef to get good quality morning tea.
Sarath (8/5): Best stay experience - Best ambience in the night. Staffs were pretty helpful. Breakfast was too good The location was not that great. Sedans will find it difficult to make it up there as the road leading to the resort is full of big stones.
Chinnu (1/5): Poor service - Nothing I booked a room via booking.com but upon my arrival after a tiring 5-hour bike ride, I was informed that the property was fully booked, and no rooms were available. The situation was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. It took me an additional 3 hours to find alternative accommodation, causing significant distress and exhaustion. Moreover, the staff at the property appeared unaware of the situation and were unhelpful. Their demeanor suggested they lacked autonomy, and the owner was dismissive and irresponsible when approached for assistance. This experience has severely impacted my trust in your platform. I expect Booking.com to ensure the reliability and accountability of properties listed on your site. I request a full investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the property. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience and extra expenses incurred.

Ashwin (5/5): OKay to stay if the cost is within 2500. They dont cook Lunch and Dinner here, but buy outside. - The good thing is the location, No noise pollution around. I was told that the property was Deluxe Villa which means a complete home for a day. However, in reality its just a hall with a bedroom. The price what we paid is huge for this property even during seasonal time this price is greedy. They provided 1 Rs Shampoo, 4 Rs Soap. No dustbin in the toilet, no tissues. Service boys are from north India and they provided what is required. They mentioned Villa, but gave a room with smaller Bedroom and Hall with another bed. No Balcony Spring bed type which is very bad to sleep.
