• Jonathan (2/5): I won’t be back - Looked good in photos Security is poor- ground floor apartment in lean-to, and unable to lock door onto the street. Owner would not answer phone call - only texts. A lot of mosquitoes. Window would not shut properly and a lot of noise from other apartments. Did not feel safe - left after first night.
• Jagoda (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience - - My stay at Casa fiumicello ended prematurely 3 hours after check in. Right after entering the apartment I felt a very unpleasant smell inside. I contacted the landlord immediately asking to turn on the A/C in order to get the air flowing. I got the reply saying that he can turn off the heating, because the previous visitor requested it. However, I got the information that he won't turn on the A/C because, and here I quote: "[...] honey, the air conditioning turns on in summer and not in winter [...]"... In spite of the fact, that air conditioning was offered on Casa fiumicello booking.com site, I decided to let it slide and left the apartment right after leaving my belongings. After I came back about 2 hours later, the smell got even worse and when I entered the bathroom, I discovered the water flowing from the water closet. I contacted the landlord informing him about the situation to which he replied: "I don't know what you did [...]" even though I didn't even use the toilet at all. The landlord arrived around 40 minutes later and was acting very hostile. Despite the statement in the offer on booking.com, the landlord didn't speak english. I did't feel safe staying inside in that situation, so after calling booking.com customer service and telling them what happened, I decided to take all my stuff and leave the place immediately. After many calls and emails exchanged with booking.com customer service, I was offered merely a small percentage in refund for the stay that didn't take place. They told me to contact the landlord in order to get the money back... After I did,, he replied to me accusing me of clogging the toilet (which I didn't even once used) and informed me that if he doesn't get the compensation for plumbing works from booking.com, he will proceed with his lawyer...

The beds were very comfortable and the Air conditioning was amazing! the location was walking distance to the Centre. We really appreciated the free condiments, bed linen, towels and the use of the hair dryer. Would 100% recommend and would stay again! thank you so much!!
