• Katarzyna (9/5): duża międzynarodowa impreza sportowa. Bardzo udany pobyt plus zwiedzanie uroczego miasta - Lokalizacja - super. Podobał mi się rozkład apartamentu. Byliśmy we troje. Jedna z osób nocowała na antresoli. Wszyscy mieli prywatność. Polecam także dla rodziny z dzieckiem. Obiekt na pierwszym piętrze. Dostęp - kod do drzwi. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Łóżka wygodne/ciepła woda/ dobre ciśnienie/klima (widziałam kominek - nie korzystaliśmy bo było bardzo ciepło na dworze) wprawdzie nie korzystaliśmy z telewizora ale na miejscu gospodarzy umieściłabym go nad komodą zamiast pod sufitem.

• Klaus (8/5): Ziemlich gut - Die Lage und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Absolut zentral gelegen. Der Name der Unterkunft bei booking und in der Realität ist unterschiedlich. Die Einfahrt in die Unterkunft nur von geübten Fahrern zu machen.

• Claudia Magdalina (7/5): Poziție excelenta - Apartamentul suficient de încăpător pentru a acomoda doi adulți și doi copii: un mic living, cu canapea, masă, frigider, microunde, dormitor cu baie și sus un mic dormitor la care ajungi urcând pe scări de lemn. Ambele dormitoare au televizor. Amplasamentul foarte convenabil la începutul zonei de promenadă. Parcare în curte. Intrare în apartament cu cod transmis pe email. Internet bun. Suficiente prosoape și lenjerii de pat. Tapetat cu oglinzi. Necesită renovare. Fără chicineta (nu am avut cum să prepar cafea). Intrarea în curte este îngustă, așa că am intrat cu frică să nu zgârii mașină. Nu mi s-a comunicat numărul apartamentului, dar l-am nimerit din prima. Nu există lift, așa că înțelept ar fi să nu aveți bagaje foarte grele.
• Valentina (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located apartment, in a quiet area yet very close to the city center, with a spacious balcony overlooking the park. The balcony was definitely the highlight – morning coffee with fresh air and greenery was the perfect way to start the day. The apartment is modern, spotless, and fully equipped, with reliable Wi‑Fi and a kitchen perfect for a short stay.
• Alexandra (10/5): highly recomended and value for money - incredibly centrally located with parking spaces extremely close bye, plenty of space for members of family
• Alexandra (1/5): Bad - It is a trap. Dirty (cockroaches, a spider in the bathroom, hair at the corners, absolutely disgusting), located in a run down building, didn’t have toilet paper etc. Do not book!

• Nicu (1/5): Bad - 1. Parking - you can access it only if you have a small car otherwise you can damage your car. We decided to pay the public parking (to be safe) 2. Room was not properly cleaned: a lot of dust, hair... 3. We booked for 3 persons but the third bed was missing the bed sheets. When we asked the administrator he said that he doesn't know and the owner does not want to buy more. 4. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and ventilated and it smelled very bad. 5. Beds were very uncomfortable 6. The water from A/C it flowed on the wall in the room 7. If you want to have breakfast there - it's impossible. There was only a small table in an uncomfortable corner with no accessories (no kettle, spoons, knives, etc)
• Zalan (9/5): Stylish center apartment - The interior design is really interesting. Can accommodate 5 people. The view is nice towards the park. A faint smell in the bathroom - maybe an odorizant would help there. It would be nice to have a wall socket in the bathroom also. The apartment would benefit from mosquito nets on its windows.

• Alexandra (10/5): Highly recommendable !Definitely using it for all my future stays in Oradea! - The location is unbeatable and the flat is very cozy and romantic . Right on the corner with the street hosting all the fashionable cafes and bars in Oradea. The flat has a balcony with a view on the Central Park and it is also two minutes walking from the promenade by the river. Right in front of the building where the flat there are plenty of parking spots. A supermarket is also 3 minutes away walking. Highly recommendable !
