• ian (9/5): - Smart apartment. We arrived at 18.30 we were given the keys and advised it was just across the road 50 m down on the left and through the black gate. We walked on and struggled to find the apartment block let alone the apartment. Even with the Google maps address it was too vague. We walked back after 15 mins of searching but the property office had closed. It then took another 30mins of frantic searching as it was starting to get dark. We eventually found the building and then worked out the location of our apartment. I think it would be helpful for future visitors to be given a more detailed map or photos of various entry points to find the apartment easier and save the worry of finding it in future.

• Valler (3/5): Deceiving listing, horrible management company. - The view was gorgeous but that was the only positive thing about our stay at this property. I stayed at Managio Royal Apartment through this management company. I had negative experience and would suggest to stay away from dealing with them. I had a bunch of issues with them: The listing they manage on Booking.com is deceiving. It doesn’t specify that you can’t access the building entrance by car and you have to climb over 100 stairs uphill even before you enter the building and then another 3 sets of stairs inside the building. I was travelling with 2 kids, 2 strollers and 4 huge luggage’s which I had to carry sleeping kids and all of the luggage with no lights as management company did not bother to leave the lights on (they are located next door) or instruct us how to turn them on. When I approached them their manager Diego said they don’t control the Booking.com listing which obviously is a lie. Then I found out that what was listed as a modern luxury apartment has mould on the bathroom ceiling. The building is super old and right above the apartment there is an open attic where you can see wholes in the roof, hence mould in the apartment. When I approached the manager, Diego said that in the morning the cleaning team was in the apartment and there was no mold which obviously is a lie as mould doesn’t develop overnight. He also said they have nothing to do with the attic. Like all of this was not enough, we constantly had issues with water. From no water pressure and sudden temperature changes to completely running out of water after 2 people take a shower. This happened 3 times during our stay. I sent a video to management of my husband covered in soap and absolutely no water not even cold. They said they will call water company. As you can see the management is not responsible for anything and Blaine things on anyone but themselves. They were not sorryh or apologetic, they were mainly annoyed.

• Larissa (9/5): Stunning view and lovely apartment—just be ready for lots of stairs! - The apartment is wonderful, with a breathtaking view—you can even see the ferry line from the window, which makes it easy to plan your outings. The decor is beautiful, the bathrooms are spacious, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside, which I hadn’t realized when booking, is the number of stairs. There are a lot! The apartment itself is on the second floor, but to reach the building, you already need to climb many steps. I think its around 130 steps in total. So, if you have any mobility issues, this place may not be ideal. Definitely bring light luggage!
• Rebekah (10/5): Great view and location - Perfect location. Just a short walk to the water front and one minute from the ferry. It was like a treasure hunt trying to find the building but each turn had a clearly marked “62” on it so we found it. The instructions for picking up the keys were very clear. The apartment was very big and beautiful. It had a great view of the lake from the living room and main bedroom. I would stay here again.
