• Roman (9/5): - Hotel je veľmi prekrásny, moderný, útulný, čistý a veľmi dobre vybavený. Úroveň je tu skutočne veľmi vysoká. Personál bol väčšinou veľmi ústretový, ochotný a milý, zvlášť príjemne na nás pôsobil pán za barom v reštaurácii (nie v bare). Pri návšteve tohto hotela treba mať na mysli, že ich reštaurácia sa skôr orientuje na zážitkovú gastronómiu, čo nie každému môže vyhovovať. Žiaľ v okolí hotela nie je mimo sezónu veľa iných možností ísť sa najesť.

Il personale è estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile, cosa che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente fin dal primo momento. La cucina è sicuramente il punto di forza: piatti curati, ingredienti di qualità e sapori genuini. Anche il buffet della colazione è molto ricco nella selezione salata, mentre per i dolci avrei apprezzato una scelta un po’ più ampia — ma ciò che c’era era davvero buono e ben preparato. Molto carina anche l’esperienza con gli alpaca, un tocco originale che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e particolare.

Uno dei pochi hotel rimasti così completi, ci sono tutti i servizi dentro e fuori l'hotel, come palestra, centro benessere, tutto il welcome kit, completo di tutto. La camera era bellissima, super pulita e accogliente, lo staff professionale e gentile. Il posto è meraviglioso, sembra di stare in una favola! Palestra completa e spa FAVOLOSA. Vi consiglio assolutamente di andare! 😍

• Manuela (10/5): Relax - Ho soggiornato all’Hammerack Hotel e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. La spa è ampia e meravigliosa, con due saune, un bagno turco, una jacuzzi riscaldata, piscina rinfrescante che rendono l’esperienza di relax completa. Un ringraziamento speciale va alle operatrici, sempre professionali e molto esperte, capaci di mettere subito a proprio agio. A pranzo ho provato il bistrot, che propone piatti semplici ma ricchi di gusto e autenticità. La cena mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso: il ristorante offre piatti curati nei dettagli e ottimi abbinamenti di vini, che esaltano ogni portata. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, perfetto per chi cerca relax, buona cucina e un servizio impeccabile.

Ist geschmackssache, jedoch würde uns ein Angebot an Menüs als Zusammenstellung besser gefallen. Teeküche Spabereich nachnestückung könnte besser sein. Deluxe Zimmer gebucht - Standard Zimmer zugewiesen = Umzug nach Ankunft .

• Johannes (7/5): Hotel ingesamt ambitioniert, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht - Es gab am Sonntag Riesenprobleme mit dem Frühstück. Das Personal war komplett überlastet, wir mussten 15 minuten auf unseren Tisch warten. Um 10.15 Uhr war kein Brot mehr da, vorher schon andere Sachen. Kann alles passieren, solllte es aber nicht bei Fünfsterne-Anspruch. Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Ruhebereich aber innen viel zu klein oder alternativ zwei Geschosse darüber räumlich getrennt. Rughebereich der Sauna ziemlich kühl.

• Marco (10/5): Esperienza Eccellente! - Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e situato in una posizione ideale per esplorare Malborghetto e i suoi splendidi dintorni. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate e dotate di tutto il necessario. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento. Il bistrot dell’hotel propone una cucina che valorizza i sapori del territorio con ingredienti di alta qualità. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali e la tartare. A fine pasto, ci siamo goduti un ottimo drink preparato con cura dal barman, perfetto per concludere la serata in relax. Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente!

• Silvia (7/5): Hotel bello ma non del tutto a fuoco - La struttura è molto bella e ben ristrutturata, la spa non è enorme ma ben tenuta, pulita e funzionale, bella palestra e giardino. Le camere sono funzionali e il letto molto comodo. Prodotti cortesia numerosi e di qualità medio alta. Carini gli alpaca fuori così come la possibilità di parcheggio sia all’aperto che al coperto. I servizi non sono all’altezza di un hotel di tale livello; in particolare si avverte una generale disorganizzazione del personale con diversi errori (stanza non rifatta il primo giorno, conto finale con addebiti sbagliati -poi risolto-, carta turistica con nominativi sbagliati e poi con date sbagliate, disorganizzazione durante la colazione, scarso aiuto con i bagagli). Ristorante in loco buono ma con rapporto qualità prezzo non del tutto a fuoco. Infine, non c’è la possibilità di controllare la temperatura della camera e dato il caldo dei primi giorni di soggiorno, aprendo le finestre arrivava il rumore della vicina statale e di un campo scuola

• Guest (10/5): Un'oasi di pace, non vedo l'ora di tornare - Ho soggiornato all’Hammerack Hotel di Malborghetto e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. L’albergo è curato nei minimi dettagli, elegante e accogliente. La colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità, con prodotti freschi e una buona varietà per tutti i gusti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la spa: pulita, rilassante e ben organizzata. Il servizio massaggi è stato eccellente, svolto da personale professionale e attento. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e la disponibilità. Tornerò sicuramente!

• miresi (8/5): - Schöne Anlage. Zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück, dadurch kam der Kaffee erst, nachdem das Frühstück lange beendet war; nach Ei wurde dann auch erst nach dem Kaffee gefragt. Es wurde angepriesen, dass es laktosefreie und glutenfreie Speisen auf dem Buffet gäbe. Die waren bis auf Mandelmilch nicht vorhanden. Müll auf dem Grundstück wurde tagelang nicht weggeräumt. Mehrsprachigkeit beim Personal schwierig.

Spa dotata di tutti i confort, saune e bagno turco ampie e ben curate, bello lo spazio esterno con le due vasche idromassaggio. In dotazione per ogni camera una bag per persona con asciugamano, infradito e accappatoio. Tutto estremamente curato nella presentazione. • Nicole (10/5): Soggiorno rigenerante tra spa e passeggiate con alpaca. - La nostra esperienza all’ Hammerack Hotel è stata davvero speciale. L’hotel è immerso nel verde, silenzioso e circondato da montagne: perfetto per rilassarsi. La camera era accogliente e pulita, la SPA bellissima, soprattutto la jacuzzi all’aperto con vista sulle vette. La passeggiata con gli alpaca è stata un momento magico: facile, adatta a tutti e un’occasione unica per stare a contatto con questi animali dolcissimi in mezzo alla natura. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!
• FRANCESCA (10/5): - Posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni, nella tranquillità del bel paesino di Malborghetto, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, colazione ottima e abbondante sia dolce che salata, bellissima la spa. Abbiamo deciso una sera di cenare al ristorante dell'albergo, che offre proposte di cucina raffinate e buonissime in un ambiente molto rilassante e chic. L'edificio centrale è situato in un palazzo storico molto ben ristrutturato, tutta la struttura è disseminata di pregiate opere d'arte. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Speriamo di tornare! • Manuela (10/5): Ein Highlight auf unserem Alpe Adria Radweg - Wir hatten auf unserem Alpe Adria Radweg im Hammerack Hotel eine Nacht mit Halbpension gebucht. Die MitarbieterInnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren etwas früher im Hotel und konnten die kleine aber feine Wellnessanlage genießen. Sowohl das Abendessen (4 Gang à la carte) als auch das Frühstück waren einfach fantastisch! Es gab in der Garage einen Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen auf besseres Zimmer. Kleine kuschlige Garage. Preisleistung finden wir trotzdem etwas überzogen. Das Zimmer war zu Straßenseite mit schlecht isolierten Fenstern, jedes Auto war in der Nacht deutlich zu hören. Mobile Klimaanlage im Zimmer extrem laut und schlecht durchdacht.

• Ingeborg (8/5): - Prachtig hotel, smaakvol ingericht met mooie kunst. Upgrade was attent. Hamid is een fantastische receptionist! Jammer dat hij alleen nachtdienst draait. Heerlijk eten in restaurant, (maar wel uptight sfeer, veel te harde muziek en duurt erg lang voordat je iets te eten krijgt). Prachtige, sfeervolle kamers. Sauna, whirlpool heerlijk. Kamertemperatuur. Veel te warm. Lukte niet om temperatuur omlaag te krijgen. En door ligging aan drukke weg kan je het raam niet openzetten. Hing een vreemde geur in de badkamer. (Riool lucht) Ontbijt, muziek veel te luid. 1 Keer iets later ontbeten (8.30) en veel was op en moest je om alles vragen. Muziek is gezellig maar waarom overal zo hard? Bar, ontbijt, restaurant.

• Rozi (10/5): A place to relax and be pampered. - The hotel is a beautiful oasis of calmness and pampering. The hotel staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. Dino, the bistro bartender, mixes great and original cocktails. Decor, cleanliness, and attention to detail are obvious at every step, both inside and outside the hotel. True to its advertising, this hotel is a place to escape the stresses of everyday life and to relax and contemplate.

• Guest (10/5): Un soggiorno indimenticabile, non vediamo l'ora di tornare! - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile all’Hammerack Hotel. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità: tutto il personale si è dimostrato attento, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con un sorriso. La SPA è un vero gioiello, curata nei minimi dettagli e gestita da personale altamente qualificato. I trattamenti, pensati su misura, ci hanno regalato momenti di profondo relax e rigenerazione. Il cibo al bistrot e al ristorante è stato una continua sorpresa: piatti deliziosi, preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali, capaci di unire tradizione e creatività. La cucina rispecchia l’attenzione all’ospite che caratterizza tutta la struttura. Un ringraziamento va a Daniela, la guida che ci ha messo a disposizione la struttura, con passione e competenza ci ha accompagnati alla scoperta del territorio. Le sue escursioni personalizzate ci hanno permesso di vivere il luogo in modo autentico, tra paesaggi mozzafiato, tradizioni locali e racconti coinvolgenti.
• Arianna (10/5): vorrei potesse non finire mai (cit.) - l’atmosfera e l’essenza storica della struttura stessa, la stanza (305) fantastica! nuova, il profumo del legno meraviglioso, la doccia enorme, il panorama dalle finestre… poi la gentilezza e la cordialità del personale (mai scontate), la spa (compresa nei servizi), gli alpaca (!)… non ultimo, lo stuzzicante ristorante gourmet, da provare senz’altro nulla da dichiarare 🙂
• Dejan (10/5): - Exeptional stuff, especially Oana! they give us present when we leave, and we were there for only one day. Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms, with everything you need and more! Great SPA with best outside hot jakuzzi(it was raining when we were inside😊) Biggest sauna I have ever seen. Everything was 5 star, and the best thing is hotel himself. Beautiful arhitecture of an old 1850 building which, back then, was iron factory! Every part of the hotel was art....walls, floors, wood and stone of such a beauty! And very expensive and beautiful sculptures everywhere in hotel, that you can buy if you can😊 Very nice garden for rest in the shades and sun. We will be back for sure!

• monica (9/5): Subliem - Alles was tot in de finesses afgewerkt! Zo prachtig gemaakt vanuit een diep doordachte visie, zelden zo’n kwaliteit meegemaakt. Dit werkte overal in door, tot en met de keuken van het restaurant ( wel reserveren!) het eten was subliem, zo ook de Spa en de kamers. Beste matras en kussen ooit in een hotel. En ga zo maar door! Het blaffende hondje van de buren s’ochtends vroeg ( kan het hotel niks aan doen)
• Valentina (9/5): Bellissimo Hotel con SPA e dolcissimi alpaca - Bellissima struttura, molto ben curata. Possibilità di fare pet-therapy e camminate con i tre dolcissimi alpaca. Molto bene anche la colazione. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile. La SPA è una delle migliori che abbiamo visitato. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo sicuramente. Praticamente senza difetti. Il nostro suggerimento è di migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle finestre lato strada. Ma per il resto la struttura è perfetta.

• Lucia.72 (10/5): - Hotel favoloso! Ha superato ogni aspettativa, un posto incantevole dove passare qualche giorno in totale relax. Personale gentilissimo, camera stupenda, colazione buonissima con prodotti di prima qualità. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Tutto perfetto!!!
• Sabine (10/5): Stilvolles Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen - Ein sehr geschmackvolles Hotel direkt in Anbindung an den Alpe-Adria-Radweg, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr freundlichen Personal, besonders reizvoller Wellnessbereich. Dieses Hotel hat Stil!
• Louise (9/5): Great spa and bistrot - The excellent spa and bistrot staff There are two restaurants, the bistrot and bar are excellent. However our dinner in the upstairs restaurant wasn’t great, the flavours weren’t balanced and the server was very uptight.

• Dirk (9/5): Super schönes Hotel - Eines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Das Angebot an Speisen war nicht mein Geschmack und wir mussten ausweichen. Der Pool stand leider nicht zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück hätte reichhaltiger sein können.

• Daniela (10/5): Ein Highlight - Unterwegs am Alpe-Adria Weg war das Hotel ein echtes Highlight. Alles war perfekt - vermutlich eines der schönsten und komfortabelsten Hotels, in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Der Spa ist unglaublich, die Zimmer riesig, die Betten sehr angenehm und das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr lecker.
