- Ioannis (9/5): Tranquil escape in the centre of Como. Makes you want to come back! - The location is great and the rooms are lovely. Given its location in a courtyard, it was also very quiet. The staff was very nice. The rooms are clean and the bathroom very spacious and modern. The breakfast was not in the property itself but we were given the choice of three different cafes. One was in front of the entrance. So it was overall very convenient. It was nothing serious to worry about. Just something we were not aware of before.

- Ecaterina (10/5): Great hotel with gorgeous rooms - The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed, he even offered us a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The room was amazing, the most beautiful hotel room that I’ve been in before, felt like straight from a magazine with every detail was very well thought out. The hotel offers breakfast vouchers and has some nearby restaurants that offer breakfast menus, we ate both times at Caffè & Caffè and really liked the food and beverages. Highly recommend this hotel! Everything was great, nothing to complain

Si può trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze sulle strisce blu (con un po' di fortuna). Personale molto gentile e disponibile Forse sarebbe utile una convezione con i parcheggi come per la colazione: sono molto vicini, ma cari. Per la sua posizione nel centro storico non ha ha camere con vista se non sul cortile interno, né un balcone o terrazza.

Also USB and Apple charge sockets very helpful. Location was perfect in central Como close to train station and lake. Also choice of local cafes for breakfast worked really well. Host was really helpful with great communications. Would recommend

- Günther (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Tolle Lage und sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Check in und Check out einfach und unkompliziert. Frühstück im Posta Bistrot empfehlenswert allerdings kein Buffet. Die Bilder in Booking.com stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Wir haben Maisonette Suite reserviert und stattdessen Deluxe Suite erhalten was leider nicht der Reservation entsprochen hat! Entsprechend war auch die Lage in den Hof nicht besonders toll. Also nicht auf Bilder verlassen! Zimmer ist leider sehr ringhörig, an Fenster zu öffnen in der Nacht war nicht zu denken.

- Monique (10/5): Perfect location and wonderful hotel. - Beautiful, modern hotel. Fantastic room. In the heart of the town but also away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We had a choice of 3 restaurants to go to for breakfast, which was great. The customer service from before arriving and during the stay was lovely. Felt like we were treated like friends rather than paying guests.

Good recommendations from staff as well. The breakfast included was very good. We could choose from 2 cafes - Caffe&Caffee and Panino Centro. Both were excellent options with either a pastry option or a omelette option. We had the omlette at both cafes and they were both excellent. It also included a coffee and juice. More than enough. Panino Centro omelette was the best. The linen in this room smelled AMAZING - it was fresh and clean and was changed every two days. I like the WhatsApp communication as well. Thanks for a great stay. The only negative was the bed was really hard. But I know they cannot cater for every personal preference.

- Ahmed Jassim (7/5): كومو مدينة الهدوء و الجمال - موقعه صعوبة اجراءات استلام الوحدة السكنية لا يعتبر فندق بالمفهوم العادي ،حيث اني أفضل دائماً حجز الفنادق بدل الشقق أو الوحدات الخاصة ،فهو عبارة عن وحدة سكنية في مبنى خاص و كان وصولنا متأخر بالليل و لا يوجد استقبال متأخر و عند تواصلنا مع صاحب العقار كان جافاً جداً في المعاملة ، و الافطار في مباني أخرى ، عموماً لا أنصح به أبداً ، بالرغم من اعجابنا بكومو و نفكر اعادة زيارتها ، و لكن طبعاً في فنادق معروفة و موثوقة

- Nina (10/5): Geweldig - boek hier zeker weer bij een volgend verblijf in Como - Het was een prachtig vertrek met heel fijne service. Donato is erg behulpzaam en enorm vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is bij het naastgelegen café en daar is een royale keuze. De locatie was ook top en een parkeergelegenheid is ook goed geregeld. Geen op of aanmerkingen, er is na 18h geen bemande receptie maar de Self Check-In is super duidelijk en in geval van vragen is Donato vrijwel direct online.

Good quality linens and towels that is very important for me. Good breakfast in a next-door cafe, served by menu that is a huge advantage for me personally. And super friendly and helpful staff, always in touch for any questions. Highly recommend! The only thing I would slightly improve is check out-time. 10 am is a bit early for those who prefer to sleep longer in the morning

- Carlo (9/5): Hotel perfetto per coppie che vogliono godersi la città, proiettati sul centro con tutti i comfort e il lago a pochi pas - Posizione migliore possibile, colazione al bar a fianco ottima, albergatore estremamente professionale conciliando la propria cordialità e simpatia, pulizia ineccepibile, letto comodissimo e bagno ben organizzato, comoda entrata senza dove portare dietro nessuna chiave o badge. L’unica pecca è che quando altri ospiti entrano nell’anticamera per dirigersi verso la loro stanza, si sente molto rumore a causa della porta forse un po’ sottile

- Marilena (6/5): Nice room and spacious , terrible breakfast, no elevator - The room was nice and quite spacious, beautiful design The breakfast was horrible… they give you a voucher to go to a cafe and the cafes there offer you nothing… you have to choose for example between a really bad focaccia with two slices of cheese and two slices of prosciutto and a sweet croissant.. either a savory or a sweet.. and just one coffe … and you could choose either water or juice or else you’d be charged… that’s a SCAM for saying “Brekfast included”… Lidl would’ve been better….
