• Revathy (2/5): - The location is very silent They mentioned breakfast is complementary but they provided one day with poha and another day with upma which is unacceptable. The professional drivers can park their car in the location.
• Sabyasachi (1/5): Extremely unhygienic, poorly managed, and misleading property – not suitable for families. - The location was manageable and check-in process was straightforward. The stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a family visit. The room was in a very dirty condition at check-in, and shockingly, a used condom was found on the floor, which raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. When reported, the owner showed no apology or accountability and simply sent a staff member to remove it, which was highly unprofessional. Additionally, some room lights were not working, making the stay even more inconvenient. Basic amenities like drinking water, towels, soap, and toiletries were not provided initially and had to be requested multiple times. Even after repeated requests, the items provided were of very poor quality. The property also misrepresents its facilities. There was no proper parking, no food service, and breakfast—although included in the booking—was not provided. In the morning, I called the owner’s contact person multiple times regarding breakfast, but my calls were not answered. When I contacted the owner, I was told the person was “on vacation,” which contradicts the fact that he was actively communicating and guiding us just the previous night. We were asked to wait for breakfast, but after a long delay only tea was provided, which was not drinkable, and no food was served. Overall, the property lacks basic hygiene, professionalism, and consistency in service. The experience did not match what was promised during booking. I am attaching chat and payment proof as supporting evidence.

• Abhijit (1/5): Very poor experience in Ooty Accommodation - Rooms and Toilets are spacious and good Food is extremely poor rather bad. Paid full money but not got good food. Their attitude to provide food is extremely bad. It's better if they don't commit for the food. It's an isolated place in the hill... difficult for anyone in the night to go out for dinner. We didn't like their careless attitude towards the guests. Even room was not having any locks. Very poor maintenance. Given an opportunity we don't like to return. Shame on Booking.Com for promoting this kind of places to stay
