• Gahinet (9/5): - L'emplacement en retrait tout au bout d'un chemin carrossable. Son jardin Ses chambres simples propres et confortables. Bonne literie. Et puis son chef Sanjay. Gentillesse Grand sourire et Serviabilité. Un dîner local de qualité,nous étions 7. Un safari bien organisé
• Pascal (8/5): - Wir haben zwei Nächte im Imperial Resort im Udawalawe-Nationalpark verbracht und hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles war sauber, angenehm und in einer tollen Lage. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war jedoch der Koch Sanjay. Er war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Tag mit sehr leckerem Essen verwöhnt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Cooking Class mit ihm: Er hat die Gerichte so ausgewählt und erklärt, dass wir sie problemlos auch in unserer Heimat nachkochen können – eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung! Darüber hinaus hat Sanjay uns auch bei der Organisation unserer Weiterreise unterstützt und war jederzeit für Fragen da. Er hat uns sogar seine Kontaktdaten gegeben, sodass wir ihn während unserer weiteren Reise in Sri Lanka jederzeit kontaktieren konnten – das war wirklich außergewöhnlich und sehr herzlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Aleksandra (10/5): Rewelacyjne miejsce na totalny reset i świetna baza wypadowa na safari - Świetne miejsce wypadowe na safari, niesamowita przyroda dookoła, spokój idealny do wypoczynku. Spaliśmy tak dobrze, że sami jesteśmy zaskoczeni. Pokój komfortowy, dobre warunki. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest wprost rewelacyjny! Budynek jest stosunkowo nowy, my mieliśmy pokój na parterze i praktycznie cały wolny czas spędzaliśmy na tarasie, wsłuchując się w dźwięki natury. Sanjay, manager, jest jednocześnie kucharzem i ugościł nas bardzo smacznymi obiadami (i w bardzo rozsądnych cenach). Zorganizowano nam indywidualne safari z doświadczonym przewodnikiem, a dodatkowo Sanjay podpowiedział nam uczestnictwo w karmieniu małych słoni i w związku z deszczem załatwił nam tuk-tuka. Ciepła woda pod prysznicem mogłaby być cieplejsza (system grzania wody na prąd tutaj jest mało wydajny). Komary, ale to nie wina obiektu :)
• Eva (9/5): - Der Manager war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns nicht nur eine Safari im Vorhinein organisiert sondern uns auch ein sehr leckeres Abendessen zubereitet!! Das Zimmer war einwenig muffig aber für eine Nacht war das kein Problem.
• Jacob (10/5): Comfortable, trustworthy, safe, and delicious (for food) - thanks to the staff who were very courteous and delivered very delicious food and were kind to children especially. they made us feel welcome and at home in our short, but comfortable, stay. All was fine, thanks!

• Conor (10/5): - We had such an incredible stay for 2 nights here! Exceptional hosts that went above and beyond, incredible food with a story and love behind every meal. They also booked us on a private tour for a very reasonable price - there seem to be a lot of scams in the area and we cannot recommend the Imperial enough!!

• ipkumarawd (10/5): Everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend the place for anyone-family, couple, solo. - The food (breakfast and dinner) was superb - authentic Sri Lankan healthy food! Sanjay (Manager) was very helpful. A safari trip to Udawalawa was organized at a fair price.

• A (8/5): Very good - Big room, nice clean bathroom, the property has a lovely garden. The chef has worked in Europe and cooks a great chicken curry. He also showed us herbs from the garden and gave us a curry recipe. They organised a private safari tour at a reasonable price. Property is surrounded by greenery, really pretty. Really nice breakfast included. Room was clean but a bit dusty. It's quite isolated but we didn't mind as we had dinner there.

• Angelo (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was fantastic! Sanjay was incredibly kind and took great care of everything. The room was clean and even had a TV with international channels – a great bonus! There are many scam accommodations in the area, and we actually ended up here after moving from another place. It was absolutely worth paying a little more for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. A safari is offered as well, which we didn’t do this time but would definitely try next time. Sanjay also organizes Tuk-Tuks, which is really convenient. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back!
• Holly (10/5): Absolutely incredible staff and hotel - Everything was absolutely amazing. We came to this property late at night after originally going to a disastrous hotel infested with ants. They welcomed us kindly and set us up with an incredible room. I can't remember the man's name who greeted us, but he sorted everything out from start to finish with a smile on his face. The room was perfect, clean, and everything we hoped for after a horrific evening! In the morning, he gave us free refreshments and food, to try and make our experience that little bit nicer after what we had been through. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff were absolutely incredible which was a huge bonus ❤️ Everything was perfect

Unlike other accommodations that lure people with low prices and then make them take an overpriced safari tour with them, here the family managing this place is very kind and polite. They are happy to cook for you, arrange a tuktuk or the safari, but for a fair price. The garden is beautiful, the breakfast is tasty and the beds were comfortable, what else could you want. :)

• Viktorija (10/5): A relaxing stay in a very comfortable resort! - It’s a very well-kept resort, with new facilities and a serene atmosphere. After the bustle and hikes of Ella we enjoyed a relaxing feeling there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and helped us arrange a safari. A big bonus point for the best chicken curry we tried in our three week trip so far! Definitely recommend this gem of a resort! 10/10

• Angelina (8/5): Great stay! - Had a last minute booking here because our original hotel canceled on us. The property is fairly new, the rooms look nice and clean, the bed is comfortable and even has a mini fridge. The location is a little off track so you need for a Tuk Tul - however the owner is happy to arrange it for you no problem.
