- Joanne (10/5): - Location was good

- Maria (10/5): Fabulous! A comfortable stay. - The location is fabulous. So central. Walking distance up Titanic Museum something we wanted to see. Easy walking distance to major city attractions, pubs and restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay. The managers of the property were extremely obliging and helpful and very prompt with responding to queries. We had a very enjoyable stay in Belfast. We found the phone system for entry to building a little tricky but it was not a major problem.
- louise (7/5): Great view, handy location. Please leave info for extra hot water. - Fantastic view from apartment.
Tea and coffee supplied which is always great.
Nice and clean.
Great location to walk to all attractions. Unfortunately there was not enough hot water, so unable to take a shower. On contacting owner they informed that there was a boost button for this. However no information was left in the apartment to solve this issue at the time.
- Roisin (8/5): I would definitely stay here again……..just for longer next time! - The location was great and there is a nice view from the apartment. Towel rads were firm favourite……no more damp towels! Host was very responsive and went out of her way to be helpful. It was a little bit cold (April).
- Freya (6/5): Overall, we had a lovely stay here. Would recommend bringing a fleeced blanket for when you’re watching TV in the sittin - The property was in a great location as it was near the SSE arena. The views from the apartment were lovely and it was decently equipped. The beds were really small, hard and uncomfortable. The bed also creaked quite loudly whenever you’d move in the bed.
- Richard (8/5): - We loved the views and the location, it was perfect for our needs. The apartment also had everything we needed.
- Diane (9/5): -
- allyssa (6/5): Cute with a good view - The apartment was cute and convenient to downtown which is why we picked it. The hall smelled really strongly of curry and spices, and we were accused of smoking in the apartment which we did not. We couldn’t even sleep there due to lack of transportation the following day to catch our flight so we ended up staying at the airport hotel so being accused of doing something when we didn’t even really use the facility for more than a quick shower and getting ready was very frustrating.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Perfect location, clean, spacious and overall lovely. Underground parking included! Nothing not to like. To have access to underground parking you need to enter the apartment first to access a mobile required to lift the shutters. If you are traveling alone this can be problematic.
- Daniel Og (8/5): -
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): Belfast amazing - Views and close to all amenities Mobile phone you had to take with you to access building
- Joanna (8/5): Great place, lovely apartment. - Excellent location, great views. It was cold evening with the heating on (in January).
- Claire (10/5): Excellent - The location is excellent for SSE Arena Nothing, everything was perfect
- Faith (9/5): - I love and my family loved the place... Exceptional and would confidently recommend to all my friends in Ireland 😂🎊. Nix
- Shannen (8/5): Was so easy to check in and out without having to deal with people, we split the price amongst 4 people so it worked out - I really liked the veiws and how nice the apartment was, very fancy and bigger than expected 4g didn’t work very well
- erin (10/5): -
- Natasha (7/5): Good price, nice views, comfortable, convenient. Would recommend. - Comfortable, convenient, clean, lovely views. The elevator was playing up. Having to collect the phone and drop it back after was inconvenient. Nearly got a ticket as had to park on a double yellow line when came out of carpark when I went to drop it back.
- Andrew (8/5): Good accommodation with difficult parking - Clean, good location Parking not well described and no actual designated place
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Phyllis (10/5): - Fantastic apartment in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there
- Karen (10/5): an enjoyable stay, great location, very clean, everything we needed - great communication which made it very easy for us to access the property there was nothing we didn'y like about this property
- Sue (9/5): Brilliant stay. Will definitely come back. - Beautiful apartment. Clean and modern. Excellent host. Great communication. Nice and local to all amenities. Great WiFi signal. Need a fan in both bedrooms as can get very warm. One was supplied but definitely need 2. If you have the window open it can be noisy due to the main roads.
- Mary (5/5): Room for improvement!!! - Location and lovely views from glass windows. Problems with door entry to building as at times using code to enter the building did not work and also with the app on mobile phone supplied. Often the entrance to the building was not manned and had to wait on someone else entering or leaving the building to gain entry. The use of mobile phone for underground parking did not work and on more than one occasion we were trapped in the underground car park with no connection to our personal mobile to ask for help. A second key to the apartment would have been helpful.
- Peterg59 (9/5): Great place for a weekend in Belfast - Lovely apartment with great views and short walk into city centre. Beds slightly hard but weren't too bad after a full day on Guinness
- Ann (4/5): Stay didn’t match the high rating this property usually recieves - Great view over river. Modern apartment with a responsive host Our experience didn’t match the high rating and for the price, was not the offering of other similar apartments during our trip. Bedding low quality and doonas not large enough for beds, some minor issues with cleanliness, one bathroom had a leak so we didn’t use, and on checkin the apartment windows were open and it took a really long time to warm up (not great for first evening when travelling with kids). And not the owner’s fault - but be aware all carparks at this property are very compact
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing
- Ilavarasan (9/5): Superb -
- Matt (9/5): Amazing apartment! - Amazing apartment. Everything was lovely & clean & the location was perfect. Only a very short walk into town. The whole apartment was perfect for 2 couples.
Entry to the apartment was easy enough once you get the info. Dont worry, they send you the details on the morning of your stay. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Belfast. Very cold on arrival. Didn't really warm up during our stay. Heaters are very small for the size of property. However, we did travel in December & were out most of the time, so it wasn't really an issue.
- Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - The property had an amazing view of the city. It was truly incredible. So easy to get about the city due to great location.
- Ettah (9/5): Superb -
- Gareth (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Excellent location and Apartment. Issue getting into the building initially -
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (7/5): Obel 62, Perfect Location for City. - Location was perfect, right across the road from the city centre and close to bus stop for the airport. We felt safe in the apartment. Apartment was very clean. There was tea and coffee available. Views were amazing. I would have liked to get key code sooner as we were travelling and did not get code until almost check in time. Apartments are right on and beside very busy roads and traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed.
- Ruth (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (10/5): A really enjoyable week - Modern, comfortable and easy to get around the city.
- Odubo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clive (9/5): Great location, lovely accomodation - Location was perfect, very close to the Waterfront hall & just 10 minute walk to the city centre. Nothing, the apartment had everything that we needed.
- Helen (10/5): Fab location - Fabulous location Smell of spices on the corridors
- Niamh (7/5): Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location, facilities and communication from owner was spot on. Only downside was - We loved the location and the property is really nice, clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed. The owner was very responsive when we needed answers to questions. Not the fault of the property owner but the property was far too hot due to all the glass which made it difficult to sleep. It wasn’t particularly warm outside so I can imagine it gets hotter in the warmer months. Perhaps supplying some fans would help? We found the phone door entry system confusing and also where to put the bins but once we figured these out it was fine.
- Trudie (10/5): Exceptional - The view Clean
- Houston (9/5): We had a great stay so close to the arena and a great view -
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (9/5): Superb - Great location nice apartment clean tidy
- Maguires (8/5): Nice flat, great view, and ideal location for Titanic museum, despite no building acces from parking - Pros
Location was great, next to Titanic museum.
View from flat was lovely.
2BR and 2 Bathrooms were perfect for our small family.
The management lady was nice and communicated immediately.
The night security guard was helpful. It is impossible to enter from the underground parking garage as the phone app does not have Obel 62 (flat is in this tower block).
The master key lock box is difficult to open to retrieve the house key.
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colum (9/5): Superb -
- Oni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (8/5): Very good -
- Bundy (7/5): Excellent - Apartment was excellent with a great view. Very clean and comfy beds also was good to have tea and coffee already there. The heating wasn't great had been left on overnight and still hadn't heated right up was only 11c outside wouldn't like to be there if it was colder weather, also the TV could be due am upgrade maybe a little bigger and better sound very hard to get immersed in what you are watching. ended up turning it off.
- Mary-beth (8/5): Very good -
- Alexander (8/5): Great location in a lovely clean, warm flat. - Excellent property with good facilities. Very central and easy to get to. No receptionist or staff present.
