- Puneet (10/5): - Spacious, clean N/A
- Joanne (10/5): Beautiful cottage - Property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The stove is a lovely added bonus. Walking distance to the village and very close to Glenbower woods. We had a lovely stay here.
- Paul (10/5): Great for a quiet get away - Peaceful location Nothing
- Julie (9/5): - Beautiful cottage, clean and modern and well kitted out.

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - It was a perfect weekend away , everything we needed was at hand. With a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable clean living areas, a lovely little stove that kept the cottage very warm with little effort. We both had a great night's sleep, peaceful and quiet, with a refreshing shower in the morning. The cleanliness of the cottage is a credit to its owner, Eimear was very easy to deal with and was at hand to answer any questions. Situated at the very start of the village, it makes for a short stroll to the heart of the village with shops and pubs and a restaurant close by. I don't hesitate in giving the railway cottage 10 out of 10. I look forward to staying again , I will definitely be returning for multiple stays
- Sharon (5/5): Honesty is the best policy, this would avoid disappointment. Considering the cost per night value for money was very poo - Location was good Disappointed with cleanliness, dog hairs on furniture, very obvious..we had to clean before we settled in, we only had a brief stay and arrived late on Saturday night.
This cottage has the potential to be outstanding but the outside view is a building site and there was nowhere for our dog to run.
Also none of the local restaurants allowed dogs in or even serve food at out door seating…wished we’d known this
- Anne (10/5): Lovely find ! - Lovely little cottage great location for visiting towns beaches or countryside trips.
- Rachael (8/5): Stunning property in lovely village. Very helpful host. - Absolutely beautiful internal decoration.
Very warm & comfortable.
The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to our questions, and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. The only ‘weakness’ was lack of WiFi in the property, which we were aware of at time of booking.
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - Cottage is beautiful and nicely hidden away so you do feel very private. Huge ceilings and gorgeous rafters really nice to live in. Spotlessly clean, well organised and tidy, kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Super easy check in and very responsive host who kindly left a lot of details about the area for us. Bathroom is like brand new and very well kept. Washer and dryer was so great to have available especially with the dogs, detergent was left for it too so we didnt have to buy our own if we wanted to just do a quick wash. The house was well stocked for our stay which we really appreciated : tea bags, coffee pods for machine, milk, fully stocked kitchen with cutlery plates bowls oven dishes and trays (I could have cooked a full roast dinner or even baked a cake!) , washing liquid for the washing machine, bottle of prosseco on arrival, spare blankets, hair dryer, dog bowls, brand new clothes and sponges for cleaning, fully stocked to light fire in stove.
- Linda (9/5): Beautiful place, would highly recommend - Beautiful home, everything you need. Comfortable bed. Very clean. 2 pubs where you can also eat, a chippy and a Chinese take away all within walking distance. We took our dog, there is no garden but a large driveway where we could play with him. Our host, Eimear, stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Nothing
