• Ilia (6/5): Not bad - The hosts are friendly and always willing to help. Cleaning is available on request, and the bed linen is clean. Overall, it was okay. The location is close to the city center and relatively quiet. The location on Booking is incorrect. I had to search for the place for about an hour, and no one answered via the contact details provided. Too expensive for this level of accommodation. Weak internet, no hot water, and the air conditioner is very noisy and does not cool well. There are many ants and large cockroaches in the room. No hot water. The window faces a neighboring building, so the curtains had to be kept closed all the time.

• Mansureh (7/5): Good private room in family guesthouse for a fair price - - comfortable private room with private bathroom - clean enough - very friendly, helpful, polite staff (family run guesthouse) - free drink water dispenser - outside of the party mile, quiet at night - motorbike rental available (350 pesos/ day) - only 4 rooms there -> only few guests to bother you - the owners started working on the guesthouse upstairs every morning from 8:00 am, no resting possible! Although I asked them politely to start later, they didn't. Big minus unfortunately since I couldn't sleep well - bad WiFi - no common kettle, no instant coffee or tea (they provide hot water in a thermo bottle though) - 10-15 min walk to the main touristy street

Owner is approachable They attended to our every request, Arranged our airport pick up and drop off Discussed it already with the owner. Just need to add cabinet or another table for the travelers luggages or things to put to, but it is Tolerable given the price of stay...Just some adjustments for future renters.. over all we have a nice stay..
