• Joanne (1/5): Pretty poor - Leaving The code was incorrect. We stood outside the apartment for 30 mins trying to make contact. This was at 1.30 in the morning after coming from the airport. Photos showed pretty plants and nice mirrors. None of which were actually in the apartment. The were marks on the walls were a large m irror had been. The bedroom looked like it had recently been robbed. No bedside tables. The carpet was filthy dirty and the walls were pretty dirty as well. The bed was old and the mattress old and tired. The kitchen could havbeen cleaner with greasy marks about the cooker. All in all a poor place.

• Eliane (8/5): Sehr gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön. Grosser Balkon! Die Matratze, man spürt jede Feder. Auch die Kissen sind nicht sehr bequem. Da die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön ist, könnte der Balkon mit schöneren und bequemeren Möbeln ausgestattet sein. Die Zustellung des Zugangscodes zum Gebäude und zur Wohnung, erfolgte erst nach 2 Telefonaten.

• Obiora (10/5): Wonderful. - The property was very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. It’s not very easy to locate at first. There was a mixup with the booking and a stranger walked into my apartment. He obviously had the code which was a security concern. The code was then changed afterwards.

• Kirsty (8/5): Lush stay, just a shame about the clientele the back of the property entertains - Location Wear and tear, the entrance to the property seemed like it was the place to do drug deals - so felt unsafe especially with my children present.
• William (4/5): Good location, uncomfortable bed, communication & washing up facilities need improving - Location Double bed was very uncomfortable (perhaps the mattress should be changed?). Kitchen sink /washing up facilities were inconsistent: detergent was provided but no sponge or drying cloth. Asked property management to provide and received conflicting answers. Eventually provided. However one should not have to waste time on a short stay asking for such small things. Communication - A property maintenance visit was requested for the second day however I asked if this was being mixed up with my kitchen requests and asked for clarification. I did not receive a reply and then on day 2, the staff arrived just as we were going out which was a little inconvenient.

Location was convenient and parking was not a far walk , property was easy to find and instructions were clear Two things: 1. Was not informed about building work happening inside building. Could hear drilling and banging from the moment I woke up to the moment I was ready for bed. 2. Additionally, the rats directly outside the building, there are lots of them and they are huge too!!

• Juraj Maciak (8/5): - Nice and very clean apartment in centre of Manchester. You can't shade the windows completely and the living room is still well lit from the shopping mall even during the night. The bedrooms has inly small window into the hallway which was also lit during the night.

• Femshang muanze (8/5): Great please to stay - I loved the luxury, the security, and the price above all. It was more than close to the city for me.. so many doors and lifts to get into the place, I took over 30mins trying to locate the place. But I guess because it was my first time.

• Jennifer (1/5): Never again - The only good thing about this property is the location. 1. The room we got was very different from the pictures advertised. It looked bright and nice. All we had was one tiny window to the side blocked by a building. Could barely get any sunlight in. I guess you can slap “premium” on anything these days. 2. Bathtub drain was not working. A staff was called in to come fix it. 3. You’ve advertised yourself as an aparthotel. There was no vacuum provided, no trash bags, no toilet brush, no dishwasher (no soap or sponge so you can clean up after yourself). Room service is not provided which is fine but how do you expect guests to clean up after themselves? It’s ridiculous. Then, we requested for these to be brought to us, waited hours no one showed up. The only time someone came in to drop it off was as soon as we left which was sketchy. We came back and found the door to our place unlocked? Imagine if someone had walked in. 4. Tap head was loose. Thought we could manage it but the poor thing eventually fell off. 5. I don’t know who built that bathroom but it was poorly executed. I’m 5’7 and the ceiling was so low my head was constantly pressed into it whenever I got in the bathtub to shower. Now, imagine my partner who’s 6’1. Had to shower with his head bent down. 6. Claimed property was sound proof. It is not. This is quite possibly the worst place I have stayed in. We had to end our stay earlier and booked a better place. Book at your own risk. I have attached pictures as proof.

• Beverley (8/5): Nice place but check-in was tedious and time consuming - It was clean and had great facilities. Nice layout and large balcony. The check-in process was excessive and annoying. They requested ID plus a selfie photo of both guests before we received the code to check in. The pet fee was £21 which was excessive and wasn’t made clear at the time of booking. Also a pet form to be filled in! The process took so long that we had to find a pub to sit in to do everything rather than be out in the rain with our suitcase. It was very tedious and strange that so much ID was required even though I booked via Booking.
• Leyla (8/5): Solid and would stay again - Well placed in central Manchester it was very easy and no more than a 20 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The living room/kitchen was very spacious and made for a great place to hang out and play board games/chill/watch Netflix. The access to the property is down a little side alley. Was fine with friends but would not wish to stay here as a solo traveller.
