- Jeremy (10/5): We felt we had “free run” of the historic property which we greatly enjoyed. - We were most impressed by the people and the property. All involved were generous and caring. The property is glorious. Nothing
- Aditya Mukherji (10/5): - Very gracious and kind host. Yvonne was very kind and welcoming. She was flexible with our check out times and was even kind enough to let us use the microwave and fridge. The whole building felt like a royal homely palace! Nothing at all.
- Raymond (8/5): - Quiet and peaceful location just outside the city Does not have a bar or restaurant on site
- Bambi1984 (10/5): Beautiful hotel and excellent v - My partner and I were extremely impressed with Ennismore house. The decor and period features were beautiful and the Christmas trees made it even more special. They have unlimited teas and coffees which we were delighted with as we were wrecked tired! The staff were lovely and the cleaning ladies were very kind and helpful when I had a small request. We will definitely be back again There are no baths

- Anne (9/5): Great location, peaceful and pretty - Great location, nice and close to the city center but peaceful and quiet for that lie-in after a night out. No complaints

- Daniel (9/5): - Beautiful views from the room, including a peaceful, secluded garden. The room was well furnished and clean. It was nice and quiet and the bathroom was also clean and well furnished.
Yvonne at the front desk was really professional and personable. She made my check in a breeze, and her enthusiasm felt genuine when talking to her.
The public rooms were great for sitting and relaxing with a good book and the rest of the hotel was also nicely decorated and furnished.
I got a really good deal on the price and it was the peaceful stay I was looking for.

- Michelle (10/5): - Beautiful old building. Comfortable bed.
Great customer service.
- Bot (10/5): - Staff were very friendly even got a little history of the house itself. Complimentary biscuits, croissants, tea/coffee with the addition of juice in the morning was really nice too and also the water too Room could get really warm after awhile. Nice when you enter but to stay for a long period of time or sleep in it starts to get you
- BEATRIZ (9/5): Cosy Victorian-style hotel - The hotel is a gorgeous old Victorian house, with a beautiful garden. It's well decorated and cosy. The bed is super comfortable. It's quite distant from the city centre.
- Sylwia (10/5): - Beautiful house surrounded by gardens, spacious comfortable room, friendly staff, secure parking.
- RALPH (7/5): -
- Nathan (10/5): - Really cool place to stay, pretty easy to catch a bus into town as well. Room was spacious and clean, and bed was very comfy. Nothing
- Sade (10/5): - Such a lovely stay with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Super clean rooms and bathroom, and the communal spaces were all peaceful and relaxing. The only bonus would be more breakfast options in the future but the complementary tea and biscuits were great.

- Bryony (9/5): Very enjoyable - We loved the big old style rooms and the tea room. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Really good value for money in Cork. Only small thing is that the bathroom was a little chilly.
- Piotrowska (10/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): Comfortable, cosy and really enjoyed our stay - Quiet, comfortable and not too far away from the city centre Lack of food
- Günther (10/5): -
- Kings (9/5): Gorgeous place to base ourselves for visiting Cork and surrounding area. - The grounds and the building are beautiful. The decor is beautiful, furnishings with old world charm are very comfortable and the decorations for Christmas added more charm to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. Also they were very helpful with suggestions as to where to go in the region.
It was quiet, and the pastries and coffee available were very welcome each morning. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. In hindsight sight we could have asked for and extra chair in the room. I’m sure that would have been accommodated.
- Kerry (7/5): - Beautiful property. Wi-Fi was challenging.
- Gerard (9/5): - Despite not booking breakfast, fresh tea, coffee and croissants were provided which was a lovely addition to out stay. I would highly recommend the Ennismore House.
- Daniel (10/5): We felt at home - Superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, quiet location and a warm atmosphere. We truly felt at home here.
The staff was very helpful every time we needed anything: booking a taxi, providing information and suggestions for things to do in the city, and even bringing us gluten free snacks, etc. People in Cork have a reputation for being friendly and this hotel was the perfect example.
Absolutely recommended! It's not in the city center but you can easily walk there (30 minutes mostly downhill), take a bus which stops very close to the hotel, or go by taxi if you're traveling with luggage.
- Guest (6/5): 2nd time to stay and didn't disappoint - Bed is extremely comfortable and very peaceful
- Guest (9/5): - Location was very nice, especially being in the city. The parking was really nice, being in the gated property was comforting.

- Russell (10/5): Irish hospitality at its best and building & rooms that provide old school surroundings. A charming place to stay in - Very friendly professional staff, lovely & ornate rooms and really comfortable beds. The building has a great feel about it with ample parking. A really really pleasant stay and we’ll be back. No negative feedback.

- Sophie (10/5): Tres bonne adresse - La chambre etait spacieuse et propre.

- Vanessa (9/5): - Whilst it was a fair walk uphill to the house, I expected it. I absolutely loved the house and my room. The grounds and the house were very well kept. I would certainly recommend. I felt the check in process was very cumbersome (looked for ID, which I did not have as I didnt think I needed a passport coming from Waterford and dont drive. Also there was a request for my bank details (after I paid) which I felt was not appropriate).
- Henrietta (9/5): -
- Oways (2/5): Expected a better star - It was a big room The shower was not working at all, I had to use a bottle to take a shower. The staff were very approachable. My room was at the far end of the hotel that I was almost lost getting in and out.
- Kim (10/5): - Norman was a wonderful host. Breakfast was amazing. Nothing. It was great
- Ahmed (9/5): Amazing calming and comfortable - Amazing , comfortable, calming , with nice complementary free breakfast Nope
- Marvina (10/5): Classic and serene - Lovely old property, peaceful with lovely garden on site.
- Martina (10/5): -
- Leah (10/5): -
- Oliver (9/5): -
- Gleb (10/5): - It felt like we are participating in a film set!
- Christoph (10/5): - Das Zimmer war geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten.
- Sofia (6/5): - The breakfast room, reading room and gardens were very nice. The bed was comfortable as well. Our room and the corridor leading to the room smelled pretty bad. Lots of the furnishings were very worn out and made the place feel a little threadbare. There’s also a really annoying gate to get yourselves and your vehicle in and out of. The location isn’t very walkable, so you’ll have to drive into (and park) in Cork proper, or get a taxi.
This would all be fine if they didn’t charge a premium to stay there.
- MARIA (10/5): -
- Amy (9/5): Great accomodation - Really friendly staff, good sized room with comfortable beds. It is outside of town and not walkable.
- Amber (9/5): Very helpful staff and beautiful grounds and rooms. Very comfy bed! - It’s history and design The location was a short distance to town (no issue for us but could be for others)
- patrick wickham (10/5): - Peaceful Location was ok.
- Cliodhna (10/5): - Beautiful building, the staff were lovely and the room was so comfy! Great location Nothing!
- Guest (10/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): Brilliant, felt very accommodated and the Italian lady that checked us in had a great attitude and was very helpful! - Beautiful grounds N/A
- Marius Bodor (3/5): - Nothing I'm a driver for living and I go in many places around Ireland in different times of the year for the last 25 years ....I never ever seen a b&b ,guesthouse or a hotel when you ask for an extra blanket the staff said " we don't give extra blankets" ....I dont know, maybe im wrong ...no tea or coffee facilities in the room, paid for the room on Internet where says breakfast included, get there ...sorry ,we only give pastry ,biscuits and tea or coffee for breakfast 🤔 ....never again
- Kathryn (9/5): - Nice quite location with lovely views. The house is grand and was really quiet during our stay. Theres a couple of communal areas which guests can use freely and the views from the windows are lovely - Tea & coffee is provided here freely in a self-serve type arrangement. Bedroom was confortable and clean It wasn't a problem for us but some guests may find the lack of breakfast provision an issue, given the hotel is in a residential area. I understand that they do provide crossiants to tide you over if you are desperate!
- Shelly29 (10/5): I would definitely stay here again!! - One of my favorite B&Bs I stayed in during my trip! Really cool building.
Super cute room that had everything I needed, with a view of the garden. Was able to walk around the garden in the morning.
Provided drinks and pastries in the morning to start your day off!
- Claire (10/5): - From the pictures we thought that Ennismore House looked nice, but it turned out to be absolutely stunning - a beautiful 19th century merchant's house with lovely grounds and a view out to the river Breakfast was basic, but it was set out in an absolutely lovely room with great views out to the gardens.
The staff were really helpful and very well informed about the house and about Cork. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful place with lovely people and we felt very pampered!
- Mary (10/5): It was wonderful and every staff member was fantastic. They went out of their way for me They were friendly and efficie - It was beautiful Nothing
