This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Joanne (6/5): Pleasant stay and good communication from managing agent. Allowed an early checkin. General cleanliness was good but car - Plenty of space Needs a lot of deep cleaning. Carpet in family room needs replacing. Very stained.
Elaine (8/5): Very good - The location of the house is perfect. Close to shops and only 10 min. walk to beach. A house that can potentially sleep 14 people has only a 6 seater table in the dining area (with only 5 chairs)

Acckk1 (7/5): Good - We loved the location as the house was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes & beach. With 4 bedrooms, the house offered enough space for our weekend getaway. The extra large TV screen was great for a stay-in movie night & watching sport. Even though we brought our own bedlinen along, we struggled with the dirty mattress protectors that were on the beds ~ they appeared not to have been washed or changed after the previous occupiers left. We would also highly recommend that the kitchen tap be repaired as it was barely useable + the kitchen sink be replaced as it does not look hygenic at all. The rest of the house, bathrooms and kitchen were acceptably clean, but we definitely struggled with the dirty mattress protectors and broken kitchen sink + tap.
