- TAL (1/5): The worst place I visited in Japan - Unfortunately we didn't like anything. apartment is about 5 minutes from the train station, from where you can get wherever you want. the room was uncomfortable at all, uncomfortable beds, pillows the thickness of a finger, bath towels the size of a kitchen rag, just a shame! The The room was not equipped at all, the water in the shower was not hot, when we arrived we wanted to rest but discovered that there were no sheets and a bed cover, the owner of the apartment at first refused to believe us, and after I took a picture of the room he realized that there were none and decided to send us only the next day. We had no choice so we bought a sheet ourselves for almost 5000 yen, I asked for a refund for it, at least that is what I got. In addition, you get one towel per guest, when we asked for more towels the owner was not willing to bring us and only after arguing for hours did he bring us 2 towels the size of a kitchen rag. The owner of the place was very rude and argued about everything. I have to say that we stayed in 7 hotels during our trip to Japan, all of them were amazing and this was supposed to be our last and gave us a really bad final experience, I recommend you check reviews before booking places in Japan. We left the room 4 days before the end of our stay and moved to another hotel because it was so terrible.

- John (10/5): - The hotel was very nice and spacious enough for our family of 8. The view was great—we could see Tokyo Skytree, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place was very relaxing. The bathroom was big and clean, and the kitchen was also nice—we were able to use it for cooking. Overall, we were able to relax well after our tours. 😊 It’s not that I didn’t like the stay—this is just a suggestion. I think the check-out time could be extended to 11 AM, since check-in is at 4 PM. Because the place accommodates many guests and there is only one bathroom, we had to move quickly in the morning just to make the 10 AM check-out. It was a bit tiring, especially since some of us were first-time visitors to Japan and really made the most of our trip. 😊

The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer conveniently located in the bathroom. It’s surrounded by supermarkets and convenience stores, all within a 5–10 minute walk. Both Kinshicho JR Station and Kikukawa Subway Station are about a 12-minute walk away.

- Ronald (8/5): Decent Place for Short Stay - Great location. Apartment was small, but that's Tokyo for you. Has all you need for a short stay! Getting in the unit is very weird and clunky. It has a normal physical lock that requires a key. The key is hidden in an electronic lockbox. The electronic lockbox is finicky and took some time to get it to open to reveal the key. Note that you CAN'T take the key with you, it is tied to the inside of the lockbox with a retractable cable. The unit has 2 beds, plus a folding sofa bed and a "Futon Bed"--the futon is very thin and not comfy. I had to take some extra comforters and fold it in half to use as extra cushioning for the futon bed.

Could be slightly cleaner but otherwise good ut - The property was convenient to multiple stations - each about a 10 minute walk away. We loved being a bit more out of the way in a quiet suburb rather than in the city. If you don’t mind travelling to get around tokyo this is a great option. Utilities were good: washing machine, shower and japanese toilet were easy to use. TV however didn’t work, could not connect it to wifi and the remote was very slow. It was slightly unclean- Long hair all over the floor. However everything else was clean ie. bathroom, toilet, bedding etc. Just needed a vacuum.

- Jose Luis (9/5): - It is quite functional and in a very strategic place. The space is strategically distributed and the studio was properly clean. They gave me body soap, shampoo, toilet paper... enough ther the whole month I stayed in. I suggest the landlord to provide English instructions for the air and the washing machine. It was hard for a "gaijin" like me to manage these aspects, I even wondered how to properly settle the air machine when I was leaving.

The AC remote is not provided. We were nit able to control the AC heating and it is freezing in the evening. The management did not do anything to resolve the issue. There was a fire alarm triggered in the whole building. Communicated with the management but did not take the concern seriously. After an hour non-stop alarm, a japanese guy passing by called the authorities and a firetruck arrived after 10mins. It was scary, we waited outside for an hour. No one from the building admin show up. Not enough toilet paper was provided.

Good location, 2 subway stations near the apartment. Not enough bathroom amenities considering the duration of the stay, and it would be nice to have national television channels. Also, the quantity of clothes hooks (hangers) was very few. Would be nice to include an extra pan, more plates, and cutlery.

- Хараб (4/5): Good location but dirty room. - The apartment is in a good location. There are two metro stations within walking distance: 10 and 15 minutes away. Nearby, you'll also find mini-markets and several shopping centers. It's just one stop from Tokyo SkyTree. The staff responds to messages quickly and has always been very polite to us. The apartment was dirty, with a lot of dust and hair. We also found garbage and a toothbrush under the sofa bed. The shower drain was constantly clogged. There were three of us staying in the room, and it felt very cramped. One of us had to leave their belongings in the hallway, as there wasn't enough space in the closet. We had to buy our own clotheslines and clothespins because there was nowhere to hang our clothes after doing laundry. This was very inconvenient, especially since we were staying in Tokyo for a week and a half. I also found some trash in the mirror cabinet above the sink. The dishes were greasy too. Also, if you're tall and unlucky enough to sleep on the couch, your legs will hang off the edge, or you'll need to sleep sideways. So, if you choose this place, it's best not to stay with more than two people.

Separate bathroom and toilet is a good thing. Location is not so far to access from JR and metro lines. The room wasn’t clean at all. We found used towel in the bathroom, hair on the floor, and bread crumbs. The check in is a little complicated, so is the TV connection and all the other things because you get sent a huge PDF file for these things and the set of rules is insane.

Konbinis are nearby, but the immediate vicinity is very quiet and does not have shops or restaurants

- Anonymous (8/5): The place has its pros and cons, but overall it has been a good stay. But personally, will not book the place again sole - It was spacious. We were a group of 5 and 4 people fit in the 2bed bedroom and one slept on the floor. Comforter and beddings were provided. There were appliances needed, water heater, refrigerator, microwave. The dining table was also a plus which you do not get when you book hotel rooms. However, some of the chairs were broken and are prone to accidents. There were a couple of malls nearby if you are in to shopping. The balcony has a view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. Checkin was a hassle. No attendant or receptionist to assist. They expect you to check in early to get the passcodes and their lockers are old school which may be hard for some people. The complementary supplies were not enough and we were told to buy ourselves. We booked 5 nights, for 5 people and we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper that were already almost halfway. No extra trash bags either. If you are not bringing your own shampoo/soap you will also run out if you are staying extended period. For the amount we paid, it should be reasonable to have enough supplies. The place could also be more clean. The bath tub was blocked by hair, the floor was not thoroughly cleaned, and especially underneath the tables. The floor is not carpeted nor heated. The place is far from train stations and will require you to walk 14-17 mins to get there.
- Cham (7/5): Overall ok - Location is quite good. Easy to check in. They even provided laundry detergent in small packages. Kitchen sink quite dirty. TV seems like quite difficult to set up(but we never tried so don't know)) Others ok.
- Yik (5/5): Passable - Location Layout and small
- Mathilde (8/5): Very good - Clean, well equipped for eating our breakfast and comfortable. There are several stations near the flat but you have to walk at least 10-15 min
- Thai (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfort, full amemtities that you can cook at home. About 15 minutes walking from kinshicho JR station, lots of restaurants around. Ioio and parco mall near station. Nothing.
- Ryan (7/5): Overall nice place to stay for a short trip. - Very clean and lots of room. Had to buy toilet paper when the first roll ran out.
