- Michela (5/5): - Posizione buona. Appartamento pulito. L'host INESISTENTE! non risponde ai messaggi e non è disponibile. Non parla nessuna lingua indicata nel sito, neanche inglese! Ho provato ad usare Whatsapp perché la chat di Booking non viene considerata. Anche in questo modo non ho sempre ottenuto risposte. Alla richiesta di un possibile cambio data: zero risposta! Alla richiesta del wi-fi: zero risposta! Altre richieste di info semplici come l'orario di arrivo e la consegna delle chiavi: risposte non chiare! Al nostro arrivo nella struttura (ore 18.30 concordato) non c'era nessuno fuori ad aspettarci, ho chiamato al cell 3 volte e non mi hanno risposto. Salendo all'ultimo piano della palazzina ho sentito delle voci ed ho bussato ma non ho ricevuto risposta... dopo 15 min che giravamo li intorno è passato un uomo in corridoio e ho chiesto se era l'host di Booking...e per fortuna era lui. Da tenere presente che a metà settembre non c'è molta affluenza di turisti da poter confrontarsi e chiedere informazioni. Oltretutto quel giorno pioveva e faceva freddo quindi l'host avrebbe potuto dedicare un po" più di attenzione all'arrivo degli ospiti. 😞 Consiglio: se non vi accoglie nessuno all'ora stabilita, salite all'ultimo piano e bussate FORTE! 😀 le scale sono nel retro della palazzina...
