• Stephen (5/5): Not a good location and property management was unreliable - Clean property with many amenities The location is so far from any restaurants or shopping that it becomes inconvenient to stay there. You absolutely need a car or a taxi to get around and during the times when you need one, like when you want to go skiing or to the restaurants, it’s next to impossible to get a taxi. So you’re stuck. If you stay here, strongly suggest you rent a car. There is absolutely no communication with property management. We had several questions that never went answered. The checkout was 10 AM and we wanted to ski for the day so we were stuck not knowing what to do with our bags. We reached out to property management the day before, but never got an answer.
• Fairuz (9/5): - Very cosy and comfortable apartment. Looks much better than the photos. Complimentary transfer available from Hakuba station when we arrived. Loved that there was a washer and dryer available. About 10-12 mins walk to Goryu ski slopes, where you can catch shuttle buses to other locations. There’s also a shuttle bus stop located 1 min away which will take you to Goryu if you don’t wish to walk. Not much food options/ amenities nearby so do come prepared. You’ll definitely need a car to get around.

• Natasha (7/5): Great location, close to the slopes, good place to relax after full day skiing - Cosy, underfloor heating was great, close to the slopes Layout was not the best with only wash basin being downstairs when both bedrooms are upstairs. No hooks for towels, exit sign upstairs is too bright with light going through bedroom doors at night, no dishwasher
• Bernard (7/5): Great snow that week - Location - shuttle stop across the street to the slopes- comfy and well equipped Poor/no communication from staff. Several power shortages- very poor internet - had to use 4G most of the time
• Rachel (6/5): Great location, local staff are lovely and helpful, and the amenities are perfect in Winter. - Great amenities, location and staff that were present. Very close to Goryu slopes and the heated floors are great! (Be prepared to walk up a short but steep hill to get to Goryu!) Property managers online could be more communicative. It was difficult at times to communicate, especially once you’ve checked out you will not get any responses from them. They prefer contact via WeChat or Line but for people with e-sims with no phone number, you can’t use the app.

• Mark (9/5): Excellent location, shuttle to ski hills very close, warm and attentive staff - Staff was great, female staff went above and beyond to accommodate our friends who had different arrival times and gave a a ride to a local store. She was very attentive and the on site bar/restaurant "Iori" was great serving excellent food and cocktails Due to heavy snow the internet was almost unusable for work, this was an issue but we managed.

• Yuan Chang (7/5): - 2間廁所+1間浴室很夠用，尤其是熱水幾乎是可以馬上出不用等很讚! 設施該有的都有。甚至連烘衣機都有真的不錯 廚具部分有電飯鍋可以煮飯挺不賴的。要是有一個大一點的鍋子可以拿來煮湯那會更好! 門口就有免費村巴可以搭上去五龍 電力不夠真的很崩潰，不能開太多電器會跳電... 滿多東西跟官網寫得不太一樣，沒有早餐，沒有壽喜鍋預定 管理棟基本上都沒有開，長住房間沒有打掃只有換垃圾袋
• Caitlyn (8/5): Spacious, convenient and comfortable. Minor issues which can be overlooked. - Convenient to check in/out, great location to Goryu ski slopes and the train station. House was spacious, comfortable and had great kitchen and laundry facilities. The heated floors around the other parts of the house were amazing too. Couldn’t figure out how to turn heating on the tatami floors. Some things were not cleaned e.g foil left with food crumbs in the oven. Soap/shampoo in the bathroom upstairs were almost empty when I arrived too.

• neko (9/5): ミニマリストのおうちみたいでとっても快適でした！ - とても清潔でシンプルなお部屋で快適で安心して過ごせました。家族旅行で宿泊しましたが、和室と洋室両方あって、お布団とベッド両方あったのもよかったです。 特に良くない点はなかったです。ただ、テレビの地デジが映るとよかったかなと思います。ログインすればいろんな番組を見ることはできましたが、地デジがあってもよかったかな。
