• Anna Marie (4/5): Ok apartment but poor service - Nice size. Comfortable apartment. Very poor customer service. Check in was at 3pm, but no response from the owner on how to get into the property until 9pm after over 20 messages and phone calls to them, we were left standing in the freezing cold with our luggage with no where to go. There wasn’t any hot water, only warm so couldn’t shower. The owner knew but did nothing. No instructions on how to check out. Lots of Ants in the apartment. Had to pay 25 euros on top of the amount by Revolut to them for tourist tax. plug sockets not working in Kitchen.
• Ortega pizarro (1/5): Fraude - Nada Un fraude, no había apartamento, el.propietario no cogía el tlf, llegamos del viaje y nos quedamos tirados ,lo pasamos muy mal, hasta que pudimos ubicarnos en otro alojamiento que se nos hizo tardamos nos dio la noche, y perdimos un día prácticamente,no lo recomiendo a nadie,son unos sinvergüenzas pagado que estaba y todo
• Garcia (3/5): Alojamiento no recomendable. - La ubicación. Tuve q hacer bizum de 20€ por la limpieza q ya estaba incluida en el precio. Estaba muy sucio. Los colchones con manchas amarillas, uno de ellos hundido. El suelo súper sucio. Sin ropa de cama adecuada. Edredones pequeños q había q poner 2, uno a cada lado. El olor de la ropa, uffff!!!! Tuvimos q comprar porq no fuimos capaces de usarla tal cual. La ducha con moho. Vasos sucios. Menos mal q salíamos por la mañana y volvíamos de noche.
• Antonio (1/5): Fatal - El piso en sí Hormigas en las habitaciones, suelo tarima levantado, sucio el baño y sobre todo ducha, sin papel higiénico, sin jabón ✋️ las toallas de manos era papel de fumar de color pero todas llenas de lejía, horrible todo y encima cuando estoy allí me cobran 20 euros de limpieza cuando todo estaba lleno de mierda, ponía que tenía garaje para el coche y me dice que no como es temporada baja que en la calle, todo así, estaría para llenar 2 folios enteros gracias no lo recomiendo asta que este presentable las puertas del armario rotas,gracias

• Laura (5/5): - La ubicación, la urbanización y la comodidad de las camas. Quería destacar que mi nota es por la mala atención y falta de respeto de Juanma, que para empezar no se puso en contacto conmigo y tuve que insistir el día del viaje para poder saber cómo entrar al apartamento, además de que antes de facilitarme el acceso me pidió 50€ (25 de limpieza y 25 de fianza) que no venían anunciados en ninguna parte de la reserva que hice por booking. Los 25€ de fianza me dijo que me los devolvería al dejar el apartamento, que se quedó en las mismas condiciones que lo encontré cuando llegamos. Cuando nos fuimos dejó de contestar a mis mensajes y nos bloqueó, tanto a mí como a mi, como a mi pareja.
• Alexandra (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación, la urbanización y las vistas. Me pidió 25€ de limpieza y 25€ de fianza. La limpieza la pagué por booking y los 25€ de limpieza no me los han devuelto y ya no puedo escribir porque está desactivado el WhatsApp y la casa la dejamos perfecta. Poco menaje de cocina para cocinar
• Noelia (7/5): - El apartamento en general está bien El dueño Juanma te pide 20€ de limpieza y 20€ de fianza. Cuando el precio dé limpieza te lo incluye en el precio final que tú pagas. Así que ojo con eso intenta rascar 20€ de donde puede. Yo hace un mes que me aloje allí y ya de primeras me negué a pagar los 20€ de limpieza porque ya les había pagado, así que solo le mande lo de la fianza, pero aún así no me ha devuelto nada y el apartamento lo dejamos tal cual estaba.
• german (3/5): El dueño del piso que cambie de anfitrión - La terraza La dejadez en el apartamento y falta de implicación para la solución de problemas. Me pidieron pago por la limpieza que fueron 25 euros y después una fianza por llaves de 20 euros,que a la salida no devolvieron. La limpieza se supone que esta incluida en el precio. La mampara estaba indecente,el menaje de cocina hubo que fregarle todo,los colchones eran insufribles,una de las camas sin almohadas y la sabana encimera de 90 en vez de 1,35 que tenia la cama,el aire acondicionado del salón tenía fuga y hubo que poner un cubo por falta de mantenimiento. El personal era una persona soberbia ,prepotente y mentirosa que no se hacía cargo de nada de hecho tuvimos que comprar nosotros las almohadas y no nos las abono hasta la salida del apartamento tras pelear mucho por ello ya que no lo quería pagar. También faltaba trozos de parque,el cual estaban tapados con una alfombra qué tropezamos varias veces.

• Sirithana (9/5): Vale - Almost everything about the property The staff sent the check in instructions but forgot to tell us the passcode. 25€ extra cleaning fee was charged. Then we ran out of toilet paper and there was no dishwashing soap. He told us to buy the items ourselves and send him the bill — but that was it. He also asked what time we’d be leaving, we told him, and he just said “Vale” and that’s the end of it

• Tural (5/5): Bad vibes - Location is not bad, view is good aswell. Apartment is completely dirty, full of ants, we even found womens nail in the room on the flloor. No toilet paper, no bin bags. All the pillows and blankets are undressed. Host was determined to take 15€ for towels. Bad vibes, for real.
• Rhian (7/5): Location amazing, Juanma who met us was lovely, apartment needs a serious update - Location was fantastic, pool area was clean and well maintained, view and distant from beach was amazing Falsely advertised as a 3bed apartment which it definitely isn’t! There are 2 beds and a dirty worn out sofa bed! Not enough pillows (filthy)! Apartment needs a serious dose of tlc!!!

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment,good location and plenty of space. Greeted by Jon the owner when we arrived and immediately felt safe and welcome. Handed the key for apartment and security fob to gain access to the premises during our stay which we liked. Supermarket, restaurants and beach just a little walk from apartment. Would 100% return there to stay.

• Neljäsnimikelpaa (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent value for money. Quiet neighbourhood 300m from the beach. Friendly host came to let us In when we arrived on a late flight. Apartment was clean and had good airconditioning and kitchen.
• Georg (5/5): Passable - Good location There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. We booked the apartment for four, but there were only two blankets. Since the apartment was very cold and the heat pumps did not work, it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, the TV and one day the elevator did not work.
• Manuel (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Restaurants, supermarkets and the beach really close. Well decorated and everything as in the fotos. Perfect for children because of the lift and the big garden to play. Really big and nice pool, we would have loved to go but just opened in summer time :(
