• Sergio (10/5): Excelente en el corazón de Almeria! - Apartamento muy cómodo, completísimo, excelentemente ubicado en el casco histórico de la ciudad. La atención de Tomy para ayudarnos a subir las maletas por las escaleras fue un complemento adicional.
• Alison (10/5): Great location with really helpful hosts - Super location, very clean and great facilities. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming. They let us borrow some beach towels and sorted out a couple of minor issues for us. Highly recommend! Mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful

• Visti (9/5): - Lejligheden ligger i hjertet af Altemira med særdeles gode tapas-restauranter lige om hjørnet og et stenkast fra de største seværdigheder. Området er ganske charmerende, og selve lejligheden på 5. sal er velindrettet, ren og pæn og har det, man forventer. Tagterrassen er virkelig en gevinst, og værten er hjælpsom og sørger for alle relevante oplysninger om boligen og byens mange tilbud. Rart, at man får en personlig modtagelse ved ankomsten. En guidet tur i Tabernas ørkenen 30 km fra Altemira kan stærkt snbefales. Alt i alt er lejligheden, værten og byen et godt bekendtskab.

• Amy (10/5): This was amazing stay in Almeria & I would come back in a heartbeat! - We LOVED the location of the flat, the communication and help from staff (Tomas was incredible & made the process sooo easy), and the apartment!! The apartment was super clean and had all the extras we needed, like storage, spices IF we wanted to cook, a hairdryer (coming from the US, we needed that), even a full length mirror (weirdly important to me). The location and views were incredible - nearby many great restaurants & bars and close to the major sites. It even had a fantastic view San Cristobal!! The ONLY thing we didn’t enjoy about the apartment would be the 5 flights of stairs to walk, especially when we had luggage or heavy bags! On the flip side, Tomas carried our suitcases up when we arrived AND I could definitely use the exercise!!
• Jose (10/5): Apartamento amplio y confortable. Todo reformado. - El apartamento es muy cómodo y estaba totalmente reformado. La terraza con buenas vistas. Esta ubicado en pleno casco viejo de Almeria, cerca de bares de tapas, y a 50 metros de la Catedral. El parking gratuito está a 15 minutos.
• Jacopo (10/5): una terreza en el alma de la ciudad, para disfrutar Almeria al mejor - ¡Que maravilla! Un piso perfecto para conocer Almeria. Ubicación central, cerca de la Catedral y de la Alcazaba. El piso es muy bonito. Dos anotaciones larga, cocina y baño nuevos. Limpieza optima. ¿Qué mas? Obviamente la terraza es un valor por disfrutar la ciudad desde de arriba tambien, con una vista maravillosa de el Cerro de San Cristóbal. Muchísimas gracias a Tomás que con su gentileza ha estado a disposición por cada nuestra necesidad. Hay que subir algunas escaleras, pero merece la pena. Seguramente en futuro nos veremos a volver. Lo consejo a todos. Me gustó todo
• RAMON (8/5): - El apartamento está muy bien y la ubicación también, en el centro histórico y muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. Los 5 pisos sin ascensor, aunque por otra parte el anfitrión nos subió las maletas.
• Zelmar (9/5): - Trato muy correcto y amable de Anfitriones, el apto súper limpio, con muy buen gusto, con todo lo necesario Colchones cómodos, extra tenga lavarropas. Nos resultó un poco incómodo y cansador los 5 pisos por escalera para ascender con carga.
• Olga (9/5): Een heerlijk verblijf gehad 😀 - Super fijn appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Tomy is echt vriendelijk en reageert snel. In en uitchecken ging erg makkelijk. De bedden zijn goed en het terras is in de namiddag is heerlijk. Er is een goed werkende airco in de woonkamer die ook de slaapkamers bereikt. Verder zijn er genoeg extra ventilatoren aanwezig. Strijkbout, wasrek, wasmachine en de gehele keuken inventaris is geweldig. Ik raad het appartement ten zeerste aan. Een heerlijke plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. We waren goed voorbereid op het aantal trappen naar de 5e etage. Daar moet echt rekening mee worden gehouden. Het was niet zo dat dit niet beviel dus zeker niet negatief. Jammer dat er geen schaduw gecreëerd kan worden in de ochtend op het terras maar Tomy zei dat daar aan gewerkt wordt dus dat is ook positief 👍🏻
• Caroline (10/5): - We loved our stay here. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of recommendations and information leaflets in the apartment which was very helpful. The apartment was decorated beautifully and I could tell they were thinking of their guests when designing it all. We had everything we needed and more and we only wished we could've stayed longer. We were travelling with two teens so they were delighted with the space we all had and also to have their own room. We will definitely be back.

• christine (8/5): Bien, mais les étages nous ont un peu découragés - Appartement propre, refait, bien situé et une jolie petite terrasse L'appartement malheureusement se trouve au 5ème étage et pas d'emplacement proche pour la voiture
• maud (9/5): Belle découverte - Bien placé, ôte charmant, plein d'attention, un plan pour visiter la ville,des bonnes adresses resto, bar, parking ,plage... Belle appartement. A 15min de aguadulce,a 1h du récif des sirènes pour du snowrkeling au top 😊 Un parking gratuit avec peu de place, et un autre 20€/jrs. En plein centre ville c'est comme ça 😑

• Rainer (10/5): Modern and well equipped appartment with terrace in central location - Modern apartment in the heart of the old town. Many points of interest are less than a 5 min walk away: the tourist info, the cathedral, the alcacaba, the medina quarter, the market hall, various museums, the modern boulevards and many shops of the town center. Lots of restaurants and tapas bars are just around the corner. The beach can be reached by a 20 min walk or by city bus. The apartment is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The personal check in by Tomas was easygoing and friendly. The whole support and communication by Tomas was perfect. The large terrace with views over the old town provided a comfortable place to spend some time during the mornings or evenings.

• Louisa (10/5): Loved it! - Lovely apartment fully equipped with a great terrace having a view to the old castle and very close to visit. It is in the heart of the town ‘old quarter’ with lots of very inexpensive Tapas bars but within walking distance of the beach with a great promenade and the train/bus station so making it easy to travel to other towns. Just need to be aware it is on the 5th floor with no lift

The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no lift. We were helped to get out bags to the apartment, which was a blessing. We were able to manage this issue - it was not a problem for us.

• Craig (10/5): A hidden gem in the centre of town - This apartment is a hidden gem in Almeria. Thomas was a great host and meet us at the door on arrival, everything was explained and a few extra touches made the stay even more special. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. The terrace made morning coffee and evening drinks a pleasure.
• Andrew (10/5): Best apartment I’ve ever stayed in, very good value - This is a masterclass on how to run an accommodation business. Everything was clean, quiet and the staff were very attentive. The apartment is in the best location especially for really good tapas bars: La Consentida, Real 31. Although it’s in a prime location, it’s still very quiet (the roads are so small there’s barely any traffic and they have to go slow). The balcony gives you great views over Almeria. It’s very hard to find anything really. The bedrooms don’t have heating or AC and it did get quite cold at times. Maybe some bigger bath towels as the ones provided are quite small.

• Owen (10/5): Great location, great host, great facilities. - Lovely little apartment with two bedrooms. Spotless. All amenities. Amazing location near street with lots of tapas bars. Welcome and checkout from Tomas was very friendly - a lovely young man. Tremendous value. Double bed could have been a tiny bit more comfortable - but I am very tall so fine for most people!
• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was excellent, clean and lots of room for 4 people. So impressed all the little extras included. Toiletries, cleaning products, coffee pods, water to drink on arrival. Thomas met us and assisted with the baggage up the stairs. Early arrival time and late exit was available. Lovely little outside terrace to take in the sun. Central location, list goes on. Only negative would be the flight of stairs as no lift, so makes it difficult for people with bad health issues to get upstairs.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great, as the hosts of the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone definitely!
• Johan (8/5): Nice new decorated, Very Central located and spacious new Appt, 5th floor, no elevator - Title; Nice new decorated, Very Central located and spacious new Appt, Big Tx to Tomy as owner and host for all attention, tips and respons to our questions during our stay, Appt is very central in Almeria City, located at the 5th floor [no elevator], 150mt from most restaurants. 2 bedrooms with very good beds, some noise from the frig at night. All main touristic hotspots at walking distance, parking on the Streets is hardly to not available but parking in public parking [costly] directly availble. Note that a great and spacious balcony is available, that in February, the sun is low and move out after 3PM. None
• Debbie (10/5): An interesting and relaxing stay in a fabulous city . - Perfect location to explore the city. Exceptionally well resourced with everything you could need to cook and live comfortably. Beds were very comfortable and all the furnishings were of a high standard . The outdoor terrace was great and we could even use it in February. Every detail was well thought out and very attractive. The owner was very helpful and great at communicating with us. He even met us on arrival to help us carry our bags up the stairs. It was perfect - better than we hoped. It is up 4 flights of stairs which was fine for us but might be an issue if you have knee or leg problems.

• David (9/5): Great center of city apartment. - Great location, well managed check in, lovely terrace and rooms. The stairs, five flights is quite a hike so don't book if you have any mobility problems.

The apartment is equipped with everything - really everything - that one could need during a stay. They provided even a small welcoming in the fridge. Very nice and accomodating. • Steve (10/5): Totally enjoyed my stay in Almería in this first class apartment - The apartment was excellent. Clean, great location and a wonderful terrace. Tomas, the host, was first class. Don’t worry if you can’t speak Spanish as his English is perfect 😀. Nothing for me, but do remember it is on the 5th floor and there is no lift.
• Vincent (10/5): Great location, spacious, comfortable beautiful views from the terrace. - Brilliant location, right in centre of old town, near the Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the best tapas bars. Nicely decorated, comfortable and everything you need provided. Stunning views of the Alcazaba and the skyline from lovely terrace, so nice to have a drink in the evening watching the swallows. Thomas, who checked us in was so nice and helpful and also facilitated a late check out for us. Plenty of information was available in the apartment about the local tapas bars and shopping, & also a very welcome welcoming beer & large bottle of water, which was much appreciated! Only thing that would make it an 11 out of 10 would be a lift, as it's on 5th floor, so unfortunately not for anyone with poor mobility or fitness problems. In an old, narrow building so probably impossible to put in a lift, but the apartment & views are well worth the climb!
• Anthony (9/5): Terraza exceptionally - The apartment is clean and well located, good local restaurants and cafes. Walking to the port and beach takes 20 minutes, with many nice places on route. The communication with the owner is excellent, rooms and beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace a big plus. I can highly recommend. The apartment is on the 5th floor with stairs only.
