• Ricciotti (4/5): Grandi aspettative... - Staff molto disponibile per chiarimenti e consigli, posizione facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus e vicino a supermercato e centro commerciale. Stanze e bagno ampi e ben illuminati, letti molto comodi. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei problemi riguardanti la pulizia, in particolare della cucina (frigo e utensili da tavola), gli asciugamani del bagno odoravano pesantemente di fumo di sigaretta e la lavatrice emanava un forte odore di muffa (presente in grande quantità vicino alle guarnizioni). Abbiamo contattato lo staff e hanno risolto i problemi il giorno seguente. I prodotti per la pulizia erano assenti e gli stracci ancora sporchi e maleodoranti. Mancavano anche i saponi per la doccia e per i piatti. Fortunatamente il supermercato è vicino e siamo usciti subito a comprarli...
