• Borziac Valerici (10/5): - Sejurul de o noapte în acest apartament a fost exact ce aveam nevoie pentru o pauză scurtă. Totul a fost curat, bine organizat și primitor, iar atmosfera a fost una relaxantă. Check-in-ul s-a făcut ușor, iar gazda a fost amabilă și disponibilă pentru orice întrebare. Apartamentul este bine dotat, cu tot ce trebuie pentru un confort sporit. Recomand cu drag pentru un sejur scurt!

• Alina (10/5): Cu siguranta voi mai reveni - Am fost cazata la acest apartament și totul a fost foarte bine. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, proprietarul a fost foarte amabil și a răspuns rapid la mesaje ori de câte ori am avut întrebări. Accesul este ușor, iar parcarea a fost un mare plus. Recomand cu încredere!

• Gheorghe (10/5): Corect raportul preț - ofertă - Curat, îngrijit, aproape de parc și de Centrul Vechi Aș fi vrut un fierbător de apă, e mai practic Am dat notă maximă, din păcate Booking clasifică notă maximă "fabulos". Fabulos nu există ! Ca și cum ai spune "perfect". Perfect nu există.Ar trebui să dau în judecată Booking pentru asta. Notă maximă e "foarte bine" , superlativul absolut.

• Borziac Valerici (10/5): - Apartamentul este poziționat excelent și are tot ce I trebuie, recomand cu caldura.Mobilat modern, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie.  Am obținut de la proprietar toate info de care am avut nevoie și a fost interesat sa avem un sejur cât mai plăcut.

• Larisa (10/5): Great stay in the centre of the city - Everything was great. The hosts are really kind, location and the building are nice.
• Marcel (10/5): - Un loc in care voi reveni cu drag . Curat , liniște , dotat cu toate cele necesare. Recomand cu caldura .
• Valentina (10/5): Recomand cu încredere! - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută! Apartamentul este exact ca în poze – curat, modern și foarte bine dotat. Totul a fost impecabil: de la mobilier și electrocasnice, până la lenjerii și prosoape, totul mi-a inspirat grijă și atenție la detalii. Locația este excelentă, aproape de centrul orașului și de punctele principale de interes, dar în același timp liniștită, perfectă pentru relaxare. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost ușoară și plăcută – foarte amabilă, atentă și promptă în răspunsuri. Mi-a plăcut și faptul că există parcare privată și că apartamentul este foarte bine gândit, cu tot ce ai nevoie chiar și pentru o ședere mai lungă. M-am simțit ca acasă. Recomand cu toată încrederea! -
• natalia (10/5): - Am avut o ședere excelentă în acest apartament: foarte frumos amenajat, impecabil de curat, iar comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost promptă și prietenoasă. Un mare plus a fost aparatul de cafea – un detaliu care a făcut diminețile și mai plăcute ☕. Locația este ideală, foarte aproape de centru și de numeroase restaurante, ceea ce ne-a permis să explorăm zona cu ușurință. În ansamblu, o experiență fără griji. Recomand cu încredere și m-aș întoarce oricând!

Die Wohnung ist supersauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Somit perfekte Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistunsverhältnis

The apartment was spotless & full of everyday essentials. The hosts left out tea/coffee making facilities & some biscuits. I cannot say enough about this apartment, clean & air conditioned, private secure parking & 5 minutes walk from the old town. I thoroughly recommend this apartment & cannot fault it. Leaving

• Chuong (10/5): An amazing place to stay in a charming town. - First off, Baia Mare is an underrated town as it is so charming, more like an artists' town with several plaques marking locations where Romanian artists have painted the town. The apartment is right off the old town, with a private gated parking lot. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the town square. The apartment is exceptionally clean, quiet, slightly small but very functional with well appointed kitchenwares for cooking as we did. The AC is a modern and comfortable addition, with modern bathroom. Bedroom is separate, and overall apartment has excellent soundproofing. The host is very receptive with prompt communications when needed. We like it so much we stay for an additional night. None.

• Robert (9/5): Very nice apartment - The room was very nice, the apartment is clean and quiet. The owner is very friendly and the whole check in process went quickly. Pros: - The apartment is equipped with coffee machine. - Quick response You should buy a hair dryer. Just a suggestion: - Replace the patio chair as it is broken. - Add a dish rack.

• Raluca (10/5): Impeccable, very practical and beautifully designed, with a most gracious host. - The apartment is impeccable, very practical and beautifully designed. Very comfortable, spacious and cozy, the heated floors increasing comfort. The bed is also very nice and the black-out curtains and nice sheets offer the best sleep with the soothing sound of the river in the background. A fancy apartment, with a most gracious host, going above and beyond to accommodate special requests.
